    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Havent finalitzat el període d'exposició al públic per poder examinar i presentar les oportunes reclamacions a l'expedient de modificació de crèdit 13/2019, dintre el pressupost municipal del 2019, aprovada inicialment per l'Ajuntament en Ple a la sessió ordinària del dia 25 de juliol de 2019 i tenint en compte que durant el període de 6 al 28 d'agost de 2019, segons edicte inserit en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears número 108, de data de 06-08-2019 i en el tauler d'anuncis de la Corporació, no s'han presentat al·legacions en contra. L'esmentat expedient queda elevat a definitiu tal i com estableix l'article 169 del RDL 2/2004 pel que s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals i es fa pública la modificació pressupostària acordada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
