&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El Pressupost general de la Corporació per a l'exercici 2019 i la plantilla de personal s'aprovaren inicialment mitjançant acord del Ple de l'Ajuntament en sessió ordinària de dia 14 de gener de 2019 (publicació aprovació definitiva BOIB núm. 19 de dia 12 de febrer de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;L'article 19 de la Llei 6/2018, de 3 de juliol, de pressuposts generals de l'Estat per a l'any 2018 (pressuposts prorrogats) regula l'oferta d'ocupació pública o altre instrument similar de gestió de la provisió de necessitats de personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Vist que, a l'esmentada plantilla de personal figuren vacants i/o ocupades interinament, i, dotades pressupostàriament diverses places la cobertura de les quals es considera necessària per al bon funcionament dels serveis municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Atès el que disposa l'article 91 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local i l'article 70 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, del text refós de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, sobre l'oferta d'ocupació pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;De conformitat amb l'article 21.1.g) de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les bases de règim local, pel qual es concreta que el Batle és l'òrgan competent per a l'aprovació de l'oferta d'ocupació pública, &lt;strong&gt;he resolt&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprovar l'oferta d'ocupació pública per a l'any 2019, que conté els següents llocs:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
