    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Justificació.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'exposició de motius del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, modificat per la Llei 6/2007, de 27 de desembre, de mesures tributàries i economicoadministratives, reconeix que la concessió d'ajudes o de subvencions és la principal o més important de les activitats de foment que desenvolupen totes les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al pressupost del Consell Insular d'Eivissa aprovat per a l'exercici 2019 així com al pla estratègic de subvencions publicat al BOIB núm. 37 de 24/03/2018 i modificat al BOIB núm. 70 de 7/06/2018 (que te una vigència de dos anys) es preveu una línia de subvencions per promoure la recollida selectiva de residus, adreçada als Ajuntaments de l'illa d'Eivissa, per un import total de 200.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La prevenció i el reciclatge dels residus són objectius prioritaris de la Llei 22/2011, de 28 de juliol, de residus i sòls contaminats. En la secció 2 de la llei s'estableixen els objectius i mesures per a la gestió dels residus, concretament a l'article 21 s'estableixen les determinacions per a la recollida, preparació per a la reutilització, reciclatge i valorització dels residus, on es regula quins residus han de ser recollits de manera separada (article 21.2), estableix que les entitats locals en l'àmbit de les seues competències han de dur a a terme la recollida selectiva de qualitat i estableix per a quins residus (article 21.3). A l'article 22 s'estableixen els objectius específics de preparació per a la reutilització, reciclatge i valorització dels residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix, el Pla Director Sectorial per a la Gestió de Residus Urbans d'Eivissa i Formentera (PDSGRUEF), aprovat mitjançant Decret 46/2001, de 30 de març, té, com a màxima prioritat, la prevenció dels residus, i en el cas dels residus la producció dels quals sigui inevitable, el seu reciclatge. Estableix també a l'article 8.1 l'adopció, per part del CIE, de mesures encaminades a fomentar el reciclatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix, a la Llei 8/2019, de 19 de febrer, de residus i sòls contaminats de les Illes Balears, s'estableixen com a objectius prioritaris la prevenció, reutilització, preparació per a la reutilització i el reciclatge. Estableix una sèrie d'objectius ambiciosos relacionats directa o indirectament amb les tasques de recollida selectiva dels residus. Les entitats locals de l'illa d'Eivissa hauran d'assumir els esforços dedicats a aquestes tasques per tal d'assolir tals objectius. A continuació se'n recullen els mes significatius:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Augmentar, abans de l'any 2021, com a mínim, fins a un 50% del pes i per a cada fracció, la preparació per a la reutilització i el reciclatge conjuntament de materials com paper, metalls, vidre, plàstic i bioresidus dels residus domèstics i comercials. Aquest percentatge haurà de ser d'un 65% l'any 2030.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Reciclar com a mínim, abans de l'any 2030, un 75% dels residus d'envasos no industrials, entenent com a tals la valorització material dels generats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Augmentar, abans de l'any 2021, fins a almenys un 70% del pes, la preparació per a la reutilització, el reciclatge i la valorització material dels residus no perillosos de la construcció i la demolició, amb exclusió del material en estat natural definit en la categoria 17 05 04 de la Llista europea de residus. Aquest percentatge haurà de ser del 80% el 2030.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Assolir, abans de l'any 2025, l'objectiu del 3% de preparació per a la reutilització del total de residus domèstics gestionats, i un 5% l'any 2030.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Reduir fins al 50% el malbaratament alimentari per a l'any 2030 en relació amb el 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Establir un percentatge màxim del 10%, abans de l'any 2030, en l'eliminació de residus mitjançant dipòsit en abocador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Introdueix com a obligació per als ens locals de les illes Balears la recollida diferenciada de matèria orgànica compostable (fracció orgànica dels residus domèstics) i poda, de l'oli vegetal usat, dels residus dels tèxtils i dels residus perillosos, tots d'origen domiciliari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Prohibeix expressament l'eliminació i la valorització energètica dels residus recollits separadament i selectivament, a excepció dels casos en què el contingut d'impropis en faci impossible la valorització material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Estableix per a la fracció orgànica dels residus municipals un percentatge màxim d'impropis del 5%, tret de casos justificats (nuclis població mitjans i grans) on es podrà arribar al 10%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'aquesta manera, des del Departament de Medi Ambient del Consell Insular d'Eivissa es vol donar suport als ajuntaments per tal d'assolir els objectius definits per la normativa de residus en matèria de recollida selectiva i promoure així que es reforcin les actuacions encaminades a incrementar les fraccions susceptibles de ser recollides selectivament i disminuir conseqüentment la quantitat d'aquestes fraccions que arriben a l'abocador, assolint així una gestió ambientalment millor tot allargant la vida útil de l'abocador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Objecte i beneficiaris.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1. La finalitat principal d'aquesta subvenció és la d'assolir una gestió més sostenible dels residus a nivell insular, així com donar compliment als objectius establerts a la normativa vigent en matèria de recollida selectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.2. L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és el foment i la promoció de la recollida selectiva dels residus en totes les seues fases i per a tots els fluxos de residus generats a l'illa d'Eivissa susceptibles de ser recollits selectivament, i al mateix temps, complir amb els objectius establerts a la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els objectius específics són el foment i la promoció dels esforços que els consistoris de l'illa d'Eivissa dediquen a la recollida selectiva, així com la disminució en la fracció rebuig, de la proporció de residus que disposen d'un sistema de recollida selectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les actuacions subvencionables a mode d'exemple poden ser:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a.- Disseny i elaboració de campanyes de conscienciació ciutadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b.- Elaboració de materials didàctics (vídeos, audiovisuals, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c.- Disseny, planificació i execució de recollides específiques a grans productors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d.- Elaboració d'estudis enfocats a optimitzar la xarxa de contenerització i les seues recollides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e.- Campanyes de foment del compostatge domèstic i/o comunitari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f.- Foment de recollides específiques de residus voluminosos amb l'objectiu de ser introduïts en la cadena de la reutilització i preparació per a la reutilització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g.- Elaboració d'estudis per detectar problemàtiques en la recollida selectiva actual i detectar oportunitats de millora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h.- Tasques de manteniment i millora de la xarxa de contenerització (reparacions, retolació, neteja...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i.- Altres actuacions relacionades amb l'objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.3. Característiques de les actuacions objecte de subvenció:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a.- Han d'estar centrades en el foment de la recollida selectiva dels residus d'aquelles fraccions que puguin ser reciclades, reutilitzades o bé que la seua gestió hagi de ser diferenciada de la fracció resta per les seues característiques de composició o volum.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b.- Els elements de difusió i materials que es realitzin en el marc del projecte duran el distintiu del beneficiari de la subvenció i el del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, que es pot descarregar a la pàgina web del CIE &lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;www.conselldeivissa.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c.- Han de ser projectes i/o actuacions executades entre l'1 de gener de 2018 i el 31 d'octubre de 2019, sempre i quan no hagin estat finançades amb la subvenció del departament de Medi Ambient pel mateix objecte en edicions anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d.- Seran subvencionables el material (béns no inventariables), serveis i altres despeses necessàries per a la realització de les actuacions subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.4. Poden concórrer a aquesta convocatòria els cinc ajuntaments de l'illa d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Consignació pressupostària.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La quantitat màxima que es destina a la present convocatòria és de 200.000 € (dos-cents mil euros) amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 1700 46200. La quantia màxima a la que podrà aspirar cada ajuntament serà la següent (calculada proporcionalment en base a la generació de residus domèstics de l'any 2018):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a. Ajuntament d'Eivissa: 54.876,03 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b. Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu: 52.329,65 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c. Ajuntament de Sant Josep de Sa Talaia: 50.009,81 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d. Ajuntament de Sant Antoni de Portmany: 33.710,15 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e. Ajuntament de Sant Joan de Labritja: 9.074,35 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El detall del càlcul és el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Iniciació, instrucció i resolució dels expedients.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.1. L'òrgan competent per a l'aprovació de la present convocatòria és el Consell Executiu, en virtut del que disposa el Decret de Presidència de 8 de juliol de 2015 (BOIB núm. 103 de 10/07/2015) de determinació de les atribucions corresponents dels diferents òrgans del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, en el seu punt segon, apartat &lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.2. El Departament de Medi Ambient serà el competent per instruir el procediment de tramitació dels expedients de sol·licitud de les ajudes regulades en aquesta convocatòria. La instructora de l'expedient emetrà un informe tècnic en el que s'avaluaran totes les propostes presentades com a aptes o no aptes. Els projectes i/o actuacions presentats seran aptes sempre que compleixen amb l'objecte de la subvenció i es concedirà el 100% de la quantitat sol·licitada fins al màxim previst a l'article 3 per a cada ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.3. Una vegada avaluades les sol·licituds, el conseller executiu del departament de Medi Ambient formularà la proposta de resolució provisional, degudament motivada, que expressarà la relació d'ajuntaments beneficiaris per a les quals es proposa la concessió de l'ajuda i la seua quantia; igualment, si és el cas, en les sol·licituds excloses o per a les quals es proposa la seua denegació, s'indicarà la causa d'exclusió o denegació. Una vegada notificada la resolució, es concedirà un termini de 10 dies hàbils perquè els interessats formulin les al·legacions que estimin oportunes. Examinades les al·legacions presentades, si és el cas, pels ajuntaments interessats, l'òrgan instructor formularà la proposta de resolució definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Amb fonament en la proposta de resolució definitiva de l'òrgan instructor, les ajudes es concediran&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; i pagaran, &lt;/span&gt;per delegació del Consell Executiu, mitjançant resolució del conseller executiu del Departament de Medi Ambient que expressarà la relació d'ajuntaments subvencionats i la quantia de l'ajuda.&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Igualment, si és el cas, les sol·licituds excloses &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o per a les quals es denega, amb indicació de la causa d'exclusió o denegació. La resolució definitiva es notificarà a cada un dels ajuntaments acollits a aquesta subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4.4. La resolució del conseller executiu del Departament de Medi Ambient, dictada per delegació, i que s'ha de considerar dictada per l'òrgan delegant (en aquest cas el Consell Executiu), no exhaureix la via administrativa. Contra l'esmentada resolució, es podrà interposar davant la Comissió de Govern el recurs d'alçada previst als articles 112.1, 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, en el termini d'un mes des de l'endemà de la seua notificació, tot això en virtut del que disposen els articles 22.2 de la Llei 8/2000, de 27 d'octubre, de consells insulars i l'article 147.1 del Reglament orgànic del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (publicat al BOIB núm. 136 de 18/09/10, correcció al BOIB núm. 148 de 14/10/10, modificació BOIB núm. 48 de 16/04/16). El recurs haurà de resoldre's en el termini de tres mesos, transcorreguts els quals s'entendrà desestimat i quedarà oberta la via contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4.5. D'acord amb l'article 25.4 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, el termini màxim per resoldre i notificar el procediment no excedirà els sis mesos, comptats a partir de la publicació de l'extracte de la convocatòria en el BOIB; transcorregut aquest termini sense que s'hagi dictat resolució expressa, la petició s'haurà d'entendre desestimada. D'acord amb l'article 45.1.b de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, la resolució de concessió de les ajudes s'exposarà a la seu electrònica del CIE (http://seu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;.conselldeivissa.es/)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;, fent referència al número de registre d'entrada de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.6. La resolució de concessió podrà incloure una relació de totes les sol·licituds que, d'acord amb les condicions administratives i tècniques establertes a les bases reguladores per adquirir la condició de beneficiari, hagin estat desestimades per sobrepassar la quantia màxima del crèdit fixat a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.7. Així mateix, els ajuntaments que ho desitgin podran presentar de manera conjunta la sol·licitud i la justificació de la subvenció per tal que es faci la tramitació conjuntament en un sol tràmit. En aquest cas podran presentar la tramitació conjunta fins la data límit de justificació (31 d'octubre de 2019). En aquests casos es podrà tramitar la concessió i resolució de manera independent a la resta de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix, tant la resolució de concessió com la resolució de pagament es podran resoldre de forma individual per a cada ajuntament encara no hagi finalitzat el termini previst per a la sol·licitud de la subvenció, o el de justificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.8. L'atorgament de la subvenció comporta l'obligació per part del beneficiari d'executar el projecte i realitzar l'activitat que basa la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.9. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En compliment de l'article 34 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions s'ha de publicar en la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (BDNS) la convocatòria, el crèdit pressupostari al qual s'imputin, la relació d'ajuntaments subvencionats i la quantia de l'ajuda concedida i l'objectiu o finalitat de la subvenció, incloses les inferiors a 3.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Règim de les ajudes.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El procediment de les ajudes es tramitarà en règim de concurrència no competitiva. El procediment de concessió d'aquestes ajudes s'ha de tramitar d'acord amb els principis de publicitat, d'objectivitat, de transparència, d'igualtat i de no-discriminació, i per concórrer en el sol·licitant els requisits per ser-ne beneficiari, en el marc del que preveuen l'article 30.7 de la Llei 38/2003.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cada ajuntament pot presentar més d'un projecte, però en cap cas podrà rebre més de la quantitat màxima que figura a l'apartat 3 d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El pagament de la subvenció concedida quedarà condicionat a la implantació i correcte justificació del projecte i/o actuació presentat i aprovat pel qual ha estat concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'import de les subvencions concedides en cap cas pot ser d'una quantia que, aïlladament o en concurrència amb subvencions o ajuts d'altres entitats públiques o privades, nacionals o internacionals, o ingressos o recursos privats, superi el cost de l'activitat que durà a terme el beneficiari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les subvencions que s'atorguin tenen caràcter ocasional i no generen cap dret a continuïtat en l'assignació de finançament per a exercicis posteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta subvenció és compatible amb altres subvencions, sempre que l'import total de les ajudes no superi l'import total del projecte.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Serà obligació dels beneficiaris de les ajudes informar, en la liquidació d'ingressos i despeses prevista a la base 13a de la convocatòria, de totes les subvencions rebudes amb destinació a l'activitat objecte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els beneficiaris podran subcontractar amb tercers, totalment o parcialment, les activitats objecte d'aquestes ajudes, sempre que es compleixin les prescripcions contengudes a l'article 29 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Requisits dels sol·licitants.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per ser beneficiari de les ajudes que es preveuen en aquesta convocatòria, els ajuntaments sol·licitants hauran de complir amb els següents requisits generals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Estar al corrent de les seues obligacions econòmiques amb el CIE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Estar al corrent de les seues obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'àmbit territorial de les actuacions serà l'illa d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els requisits específics que es detallen en la base 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No podran ser beneficiaris de les subvencions les entitats en les quals concorri alguna de les prohibicions establertes en els apartats 1 i 2 de l'article 10 del text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears i de l'article 27 de la Llei 12/2006, de 20 de setembre, per a la dona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els beneficiaris hauran de complir les obligacions previstes a l'article 11 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Documentació a presentar.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'estableix un termini de presentació de 20 dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació de l'extracte de la convocatòria al BOIB&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;D'acord amb la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques al seu article 14.2, les sol·licituds i la resta de documentació, així com qualsevol altra relació amb el CIE, es presentarà per mitjans electrònics a la seu electrònica del CIE (seu.conselldeivissa.es). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els i&lt;/span&gt;nteressats hauran de presentar la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Instància dirigida al Conseller de Medi Ambient del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, avda. d'Espanya, 49, 07800 Eivissa (Illes Balears), degudament firmada per la persona que sigui representant legal de l'entitat local. Hi haurà disponible un model normalitzat de sol·licitud a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, que és el que figura a l'annex I. Les sol·licituds de subvenció hauran d'incloure amb detall els conceptes per als quals es concorre a la convocatòria i que, en tot cas, hauran de ser coherents amb l'objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud d'ajuda comportarà l'autorització del sol·licitant perquè el CIE obtingui la comprovació del compliment dels requisits establerts als apartats 6.a. i 6.b. mitjançant certificats telemàtics, sempre que tècnicament sigui possible. No obstant això, si el sol·licitant aporta les certificacions en els termes previstos, el CIE no realitzarà aquesta comprovació d'ofici. Es podrà simplificar l'acreditació d'aquest compliment mitjançant la presentació de declaració responsable (model normalitzat a l'annex II), en els casos que descriu l'article 24 del RD 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, mitjançant el qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i sempre que l'ajuda sol·licitada sigui com a màxim de 3.000 €. En el cas que l'ajuda sol·licitada superi els 3.000 € s'hauran de presentar certificats que acreditin aquests aspectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Declaració responsable de no incórrer en les prohibicions que s'esmenten al punt 6.e (s'inclou al model de sol·licitud a l'annex I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Declaració de l'existència d'altres subvencions o ajudes públiques o privades sol·licitades per al projecte, amb indicació de la quantia sol·licitada, el percentatge que suposa del cost total del projecte, si estan en fase de sol·licitud o concessió i amb càrrec a quina entitat pública o privada s'han sol·licitat (&lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;s'inclou al model de sol·licitud a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;l'annex I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;). En cas d'haver sol·licitat altres ajudes i que aquestes estiguin concedides, s'haurà d'adjuntar la notificació de resolució d'atorgament. En cas que no s'hagin sol·licitat altres ajudes o subvencions, serà necessari declarar aquest fet (s'inclou al model de sol·licitud a l'annex I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Apartat tècnic. Es presentarà una memòria tècnica del projecte i/o actuacions de les quals es sol·licita la subvenció que haurà d'incloure, a títol orientatiu com a mínim el següent detall:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dades tècniques del projecte.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Descripció tècnica del projecte i/o actuacions: objectius i actuacions a desenvolupar, indicadors de seguiment, publicitat prevista, cronograma i durada del projecte, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dades econòmiques del projecte.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Incloure una previsió de liquidació detallant els ingressos i les despeses del projecte: previsió del cost total del projecte, quantitat de subvenció que es sol·licita, altres fonts de finançament previstes, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ol&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El CIE podrà demanar tota la documentació complementària que consideri necessària per avaluar correctament la sol·licitud. No serà necessari aportar la documentació que ja consti en poder del CIE sempre que es trobi vigent, però s'haurà d'indicar la referència de l'expedient administratiu en què consta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cas d'ajuntaments que presentin més d'un projecte, haurà d'especificar-se a la sol·licitud i tots els projectes hauran d'estar ben diferenciats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud degudament firmada comporta la plena acceptació d'aquestes bases i la submissió a aquestes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cas que l'ajuntament decideixi presentar conjuntament la sol·licitud i la justificació, haurà de presentar també la documentació descrita a l'apartat 9. En aquest cas només haurà de presentar una memòria descriptiva de l'activitat desenvolupada amb les orientacions tècniques descrites en l'apartat e) d'aquest punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Selecció de beneficiaris i valoració&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La selecció dels beneficiaris es realitzarà pel procediment de concurrència no competitiva, segons les quantitats màximes per a cada ajuntament definides a l'article 3 d'aquestes bases i en funció de la valoració d'apte o no apte de la proposta tècnica presentada, segons l'informe que emeti la instructora de l'expedient, es concedirà el 100% de la quantitat sol·licitada. Els projectes i/o actuacions presentats seran aptes sempre que compleixen amb l'objecte de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Justificació i pagament de la subvenció.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.1. La justificació de la subvenció es farà en una sola vegada en el moment de finalització del projecte i, com a màxim, fins el 31 d'octubre de 2019. Inclourà la totalitat del projecte, tot i que no s'hagi subvencionat el 100%. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si amb la documentació presentada no s'arriba a justificar el 100% de l'actuació per la qual es va sol·licitar l'ajuda, la quantitat d'ajuda concedida es reduirà proporcionalment a la despesa justificada, de manera que les ajudes cobriran només les despeses correctament justificades, d'acord amb la taula de l'apartat 10.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.2. Es consideraran despeses justificables les que siguin efectivament realitzades i pagades entre l'1 de gener de 2018 i fins a la data límit de justificació, sempre que es tracti d'actuacions incloses en els projectes subvencionats per la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.3. Per justificar la subvenció, el beneficiari haurà de presentar a la seu electrònica del CIE la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Compte justificatiu simplificat (art. 30 de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Llei 38/2003 i &lt;/span&gt;art. 75 del Reial Decret 887/2006), que tendrà caràcter de document amb validesa jurídica per a la justificació de la subvenció. Inclourà la següent informació que haurà d'anar certificat pel secretari de la corporació &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(model normalitzat a l'annex III)&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una memòria tècnica d'actuació justificativa del compliment de les condicions imposades en la concessió de la subvenció, amb indicació de les activitats realitzades i dels resultats obtinguts. A la memòria s'haurà de justificar degudament bé mitjançant captures de pantalla de les publicacions o bé aportant un exemplar de la publicitat escrita i gràfica relativa a l'activitat subvencionada, en la qual ha de constar expressament el patrocini del CIE, i haurà d'incloure el logotip de la institució. En el cas que la subvenció s'atorgui d'acord amb un pressupost estimat, s'indicaran les desviacions esdevingudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;acreditació que els ingressos de l'activitat subvencionada inclosa aquesta subvenció, no en superen el seu cost.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Liquidació d'ingressos i despeses de l'activitat objecte de subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;declaració que les despeses subvencionades han estat efectivament pagades abans de la data límit de justificació, amb detall de les factures i la data de pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;acreditació que s'han executat i abonat les actuacions objecte de subvenció, que es compleix amb l'objectiu i la finalitat subvencionada i que els fons obtinguts han set destinats a finançar l'objecte de la subvenció atorgada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;En el seu cas, un detall d'altres ingressos o subvencions que hagin finançat l'activitat subvencionada amb indicació de l'import i la seua procedència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;En el seu cas, carta de pagament de reintegrament en el supòsit de romanents no aplicats així com dels interessos derivats dels mateixos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="2" style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Qualsevol altra documentació que es derivi de les bases o sigui requerida a l'entitat beneficiària a fi de comprovar la justificació econòmica del projecte subvencionat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Amb aquesta documentació i amb l'informe favorable del tècnic o la tècnica del departament de Medi Ambient sobre el compliment de les bases i de l'objecte de la subvenció, s'emetrà informe proposta del cap de Secció, amb el vistiplau de la secretària tècnica de Medi Ambient per fer efectiu el pagament del 100% la subvenció concedida, mitjançant resolució del conseller executiu del departament de Medi Ambient. &lt;/span&gt;Prèviament a l'emissió de l'informe tècnic, el/la tècnic/a podrà realitzar els controls necessaris i/o sol·licitar al beneficiari qualsevol altra documentació o informes que es considerin adients per verificar el compliment dels termes establerts en la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Revocació i reintegrament de les ajudes concedides&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb el que disposa l'article 43 del text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, s'ha de revocar la subvenció quan, posteriorment a la resolució de concessió vàlida i ajustada a dret, el beneficiari incompleix totalment o parcialment les obligacions o els compromisos contrets als quals està condicionada l'eficàcia de l'acte de concessió de la subvenció. En tal cas, quedarà sense efecte l'acte de concessió i en el seu cas es reintegraran, totalment o parcialment, les quantitats&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;percebudes indegudament a més de l'interès de demora corresponent en els termes establerts a l'article 44 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'incompliment de l'obligació de justificar la finalitat de l'ajuda econòmica rebuda en la forma i els terminis establerts suposarà, a més de la revocació, la impossibilitat de participar en pròximes convocatòries d'ajudes del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, mentre no es faci la devolució de l'import reclamat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La revocació de l'ajuda pot afectar el total o part de l'ajuda concedida per raó del incompliment total o parcial de les obligacions de l'entitat beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Si amb posterioritat a la concessió de les ajudes s'observen incompliments parcials o totals de les activitats objecte de les ajudes (incompliment material) aquestes poden ser sotmeses a reintegrament. En aquest sentit, de conformitat amb l'article 17.3.&lt;em&gt;n&lt;/em&gt; de la Llei general de subvencions, en relació amb l'article 37.2 de la mateixa llei, s'estableixen els següents criteris de graduació del possible incompliment material de l'activitat objecte d'aquesta subvenció, i sempre que els beneficiaris acreditin una actuació inequívoca tendent a la satisfacció dels seus compromisos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El reintegrament es realitzarà pel procediment establert al Títol II de la Llei general de subvencions, en el qual s'ha de garantir l'audiència a les entitats interessades. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les quantitats reintegrables tenen la consideració d'ingressos de dret públic i poden ser exigides per la via de constrenyiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per incompliment material s'entén tot aquell que impliqui la no realització de les actuacions objecte de la subvenció, i que queda reflectit al compte justificatiu presentat per l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Règim d'infraccions i sancions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cas d'incompliments formals, el règim d'infraccions i sancions administratives aplicables serà l'establert en el títol IV de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i en el títol V del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions, de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per incompliment formal s'entén tot aquell que impliqui un incompliment de la normativa de subvencions, com ara l'incompliment de la presentació de la justificació en el termini establert, la justificació deficient, la deficiència en la publicitat del CIE com a entitat subvencionadora, l'acreditació d'aquest fet, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tot això sense perjudici de les responsabilitats penals o civils en què es pugui incórrer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regirà per les disposicions contingudes a les seues bases, i per la Llei 39/2005, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, per la Llei estatal 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i el seu Reglament, aprovat pel Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, en tot allò que sigui d'aplicació, pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions, i la resta de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix, li és d'aplicació la Llei orgànica 15/1999, de 13 de desembre, de protecció de dades de caràcter personal (BOE núm. 298, de 14-12-99, i suplement en català núm. 17, de 30-12-99).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Publicitat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Posteriorment es remetrà la convocatòria i el seu extracte a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions, que donarà trasllat al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears de l'extracte per la seua publicació, tal i com estableix la normativa vigent de subvencions (article 23.2 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions). &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2) Que no estic incurs en cap de les prohibicions per ser beneficiari de subvencions d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 13 de la llei de subvencions 38/2003 de 17 de novembre, circumstàncies que s'enumeren a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Haver sol·licitat la declaració de concurs, haver estat declarats insolvents en qualsevol procediment, trobar-se declarats en concurs, estar subjectes a intervenció judicial o haver estar inhabilitats conforme a la Llei concursal sense que s'hagi &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;conclòs el període d'inhabilitació fixat en la sentència de qualificació del concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Haver donat lloc, per una causa de la qual hagin estat declarats culpables, a la resolució ferma de qualsevol contracte celebrat amb l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que la persona física, els administradors de les societats mercantils o els que tinguin la representació legal d'altres persones jurídiques, estiguin sotmesos en algun dels supòsits de la Llei 5/2006 de 10 d'abril, de regulació dels conflictes d'interessos dels membres del Govern de la Nació i dels alts càrrecs de l'Administració General de l'Estat; de la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques, o que es tracti de qualsevol dels càrrecs electius que regula la Llei orgànica 5/1985, de 19 de juny, del règim electoral general, en els termes que estableixi aquesta normativa o la normativa autonòmica que reguli aquestes matèries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No estar al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions tributàries o davant la Seguretat Social imposades per les disposicions vigents, en la forma que es determini per reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Haver estat sancionat mitjançant resolució ferma amb la pèrdua de la possibilitat d'obtenir subvencions segons aquesta Llei o la Llei general tributària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El CIE no procedirà a la comprovació d'ofici d'aquesta circumstància únicament en el cas que l'interessat aporti els corresponents certificats o declaració responsable de l'annex II, que només és vàlid per aquelles sol·licituds d'ajuda de fins a 3.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- la subvenció atorgada pel Consell d'Eivissa s'ha destinat íntegrament a finançar l'actuació per a la qual fou concedida la subvenció, que ha estat executada amb compliment de totes les obligacions imposades a les bases reguladores de la seua concessió, que compleix amb l'objectiu i finalitat subvencionada, i que no supera - amb aquesta i/o altres subvencions i ingressos concurrents, si n'és el cas - el cost total del projecte subvencionat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- les despeses relacionades corresponen sense cap dubte a l'activitat subvencionada i han estat efectivament pagades abans de la data límit de justificació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- les factures justificatives de la subvenció concedida no superen el valor de mercat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- no es recuperarà ni es compensarà l'IVA, i si n'és el cas, l'import imputat a la justificació únicament inclou la part d'IVA no deduïble pel beneficiari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;D. AUTORITZO&lt;/strong&gt; el Consell Insular d'Eivissa a sol·licitar i obtenir, davant l'Agència Tributària de l'Administració de l'Estat i la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social, la informació rellevant necessària per comprovar el compliment dels requisits establerts per obtenir, percebre i rebre el pagament de la subvenció, per comprovar que estic al corrent de les meves obligacions tributàries i davant la Seguretat Social, tot d'acord amb la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i l'article 95.1 k) de la Llei 58/2003, general tributària, que permet, prèvia autorització de la persona interessada, cedir les dades tributàries que necessitin les administracions públiques per desenvolupar les seves funcions (art. 6 i següents de la Llei orgànica 3/2008, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals), així com utilitzar mitjans telemàtics per substituir l'aportació de certificats per part dels ciutadans. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El CIE no procedirà a la comprovació d'ofici d'aquesta circumstància únicament en el cas que l'interessat aporti els corresponents certificats o declaració responsable de l'annex II (vàlid únicament per aquelles sol·licituds d'ajuda de fins a 3.000 €). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix, manifesto la meva disposició a què el Consell Insular d'Eivissa pugui comprovar qualsevol dels justificants relacionats, amb la finalitat d'obtenir evidència raonable sobre l'adequada aplicació de la subvenció, per la qual cosa li podrà ser requerida la remissió dels justificants originals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
