    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Per la present s'anuncia, per a general coneixement i en compliment del que es disposa en l'art. 44.2 del RD 2568/1986 de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals, que mitjançant Decret de l'Alcaldia de data 01 de juliol de 2019 s'ha adoptat la següent resolució relativa a les delegacions d'Alcaldia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“Havent-se aprovat pel Ple de la Corporació, en sessió extraordinària celebrada el dia 26 de juny de 2019, la creació de les Comissions Informatives Permanents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En virtut de les competències atribuïdes a aquesta Alcaldia per la legislació sobre Règim Local, en particular l'article 125 del RD 2568/1986 de 28 de novembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DISPOSO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primer.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Aprovar la composició de les comissions informatives de conformitat amb les propostes d'adscripció dels seus membres presentades pels grups polítics existents a l'Ajuntament. Exercirà de secretària de les comissions la secretària de la Corporació, excepte la de la Comissió Informativa d'Economia d'Hisenda i Turisme que serà exercida per Dª Katerina González Pereira, tot això sense perjudici de les delegacions puntuals que es puguin recordar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
