2019-08-10 625114 ![CDATA[<p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-top:0.21cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">El Ple del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, en sessió extraordinària i urgent de data 19 de juliol de 2019, va aprovar la següent proposta:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-top:0.21cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">“Desprès de les eleccions del passat dia 26 de maig de 2019, d'acord amb allò previst a l'article 64.5 de l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears (segons la redacció donada per la Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, que el va reformar; en endavant EAIB) i les disposicions transitòries primera i segona de la Llei 7/2009, d'11 de desembre, electoral dels consells insulars, el dia 5 de juliol de 2019 es va constituir el Consell Insular d'Eivissa i va prendre possessió del seu càrrec el seu president, el qual per Decret de Presidència 2019000471, de data 10-7-2019, va establir l'estructura del Govern del Consell Insular i la creació de Departaments (BOIB ext. núm. 95, d'11 de juliol de 2019).</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">L'art. 17 en concordança amb els articles 29 i 30 del Reglament orgànic d'aquest Consell Insular estableix que el Ple del Consell, dins dels trenta dies hàbils següents al de la sessió constitutiva, ha de tenir una o més sessions amb l'únic objecte d'adoptar, entre d'altres, les decisions següents:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">“5.- Establir el règim de dedicació, les retribucions i les indemnitzacions dels membres de la Corporació.”</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">En l'anterior legislatura, en el Ple extraordinari de data 16 de juliol de 2015 es va establir la retribució anual corresponent als consellers i conselleres de la Corporació. </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-top:0.21cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">La present Corporació, també ha nomenat un conseller no electe (Decret de Presidència núm. 472, de 10-7-2019; BOIB núm. 95, d'11-7-2019) i vol fixar en vuit les dedicacions exclusives dels membres de la Corporació (que pertanyen a l'equip de govern), tot complint amb el previst a l'article 75 ter, apartat 3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local (LBRL), i en 5 les dedicacions parcials, tot respectant les limitacions previstes a la legislació vigent.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-top:0.21cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Altrament, atès l'article 75 de la LBRL, pel que fa a les dedicacions parcials quant als membres del Consell que conformen l'oposició, s'ha tengut en compte les responsabilitats que tenen i les funcions que exerceixen derivades dels articles 22 i següents del Reglament orgànic d'aquest Consell. Així mateix, es té en compte que dos membres són portaveus de grup.
