    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;L'apartat 9.3. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 7&amp;nbsp;de novembre de 2018&amp;nbsp;per la qual es convoquen, subvencions per a les accions de formació professional i adquisició de competències, corresponents a l'any 2018, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 &amp;nbsp;d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresident del FOGAIBA, en data 9&amp;nbsp;de juliol&amp;nbsp;de 2019, va signar la següent resolució, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“INFORME PROPOSTA DE RESOLUCIÓ/RESOLUCIÓ DE CONCESSIÓ &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;.En data de&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;10&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;/11/2018 es va publicar, en el BOIB núm.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;141 ,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;la&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es convoquen, per a l'exercici 2018, subvencions per a les accions de formació professional i adquisició de competències .&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;.De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè de la Resolució de 7 de novembre de 2018, que es va publicar al BOIB el dia 10 de novembre de 2018, el termini de presentació de sol·licituds va acabar el dia&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;14 de desembre de 2018 ,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;i varen tenir entrada en el Registre del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears un total de&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;11 &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;sol·licituds d'ajuda.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3&lt;/strong&gt;.Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4&lt;/strong&gt;.Els interessats assenyalats a l' Annex I adjunt han presentat, dins el termini establert i en la forma escaient, tota la documentació necessària prevista a la convocatòria, i s'ha comprovat que compleixen amb els requisits exigits per poder ser beneficiaris d'aquesta ajuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5&lt;/strong&gt;.Les actuacions sol·licitades pels interessats compleixen amb els requisits establerts a la convocatòria per tal de poder ser subvencionables.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6&lt;/strong&gt;.Tenint en compte que el crèdit existent cobreix la totalitat de les peticions d'aquesta convocatòria no hi ha cap impediment per resoldre aquests expedients sense afectar el que disposa els apartats setè i vuitè de la convocatòria. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Proposta de resolució de concessió&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per tot això, s'informa favorablement i propòs al vicepresident del FOGAIBA que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Concedir l'ajuda sol·licitada als beneficiaris pels imports i amb els terminis detallats en l'annex I, que és un total d'1&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;expedient i que comença i acaba amb &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;UNIO DE PAGESOS DE MENORCA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, qu&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;e suma un import total de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;808&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;00 euros, relativa a la línia d'ajuda “ Formació professional i adquisició de competències 2018 ”.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.Autoritzar i disposar la despesa assenyalada a cada un dels beneficiaris amb càrrec als pressuposts i percentatges de cofinançament detallats en l' annex I .&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Determinar que, d'acord amb el que estableix la convocatòria de referència, les obligacions dels beneficiaris seran les indicades en l' annex II .&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.Publicar al BOIB la resolució de cada un dels beneficiaris de l'annex I .&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució –que no exhaureix la via administrativa- es pot interposar recurs d'alçada davant el conseller de Medi Ambient, Agricultura i Pesca, en el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà de la notificació de la Resolució, d'acord amb l'article 58.4 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, i l'a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;rticle 68.1 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions Públiques.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
