    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presidenta, el dia 18 de juliol de 2019, va decretar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«Fets&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aquesta Presidència, mitjançant decret dictat el dia 12 de juliol de 2019 va dictar el Decret pel qual es nomenen alts càrrecs. S'hi han detectat una sèrie d'errades consistent en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Nomenar el Sr. Pau Morey Soler com a director insular de Funció Pública, quan se l'havia de ratificar en el càrrec&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Les errades materials següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;“&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Sra. Sofia Alonso Bigler, director insular de Gent Gran: Sofia Alonso Bigler”. El correcte és “Sra. Sofia Alonso Bigler, directora insular de Gent Gran”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;“Sra. Rosa Cursach Salas, director insular d'Igualtat i Diversitat”. El correcte és “Sra. Rosa Cursach Salas, directora insular d'Igualtat i Diversitat”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;“Sra. Rosa M. Cañamares Bernaldo, secretària tècnica”. El correcte és “Rosa María Cañameras Bernaldo, secretària tècnica”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;“Sr. Alex Segura Castelltort, director insular de Participació i Joventut”. El correcte és “Sr. Alejandro Segura Castelltort, director insular de Participació i Joventut”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fonaments&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En l'art 13. 2 de la Llei 8/2000, de 27 d'octubre, de consells insulars, s'estableix que els departaments poden estructurar-se internament en direccions insulars i tenir una secretaria tècnica, si així s'estableix en els reglaments d'organització del Consell Insular. D'aquests òrgans depèn la resta d'òrgans i unitats del departament. La Presidència del Consell pot designar lliurement els directors insulars i els secretaris tècnics d'acord amb criteris de competència i experiència professionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En l'article 41 del Reglament orgànic del Consell de Mallorca (ROCM), s'estableix que les persones titulars dels òrgans directius són nomenades lliurement per la Presidència, a proposta de la persona titular del departament, d'acord amb criteris de competència professional i experiència, sense que, ateses les funcions d'aquests òrgans, hagin de reunir la condició de personal funcionari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tant, &lt;strong&gt;decret:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;. Corregir el Decret de dia 12 de juliol de 2019 pel qual es nomenen alts càrrecs i incloure el Sr. Pau Morey Soler, director insular de Funció Pública en el grup de càrrecs que es ratifiquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;. Corregir el Decret de dia 12 de juliol de 2019 pel qual es nomenen alts càrrecs en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar aquest decret a les persones interessades i publicar-ne el contingut en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar aquest decret en la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
