    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;L'Ajuntament Ple, en sessió extraordinària celebrada dia 2 de juliol de 2019, va adoptar l'acord relatiu a la relació de càrrecs que s'exerciran en règim de dedicació exclusiva i parcial, així com les corresponents retribucions per l'exercici efectiu dels mateixos,&amp;nbsp; que, en la seva part bastant, diu:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primer.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Determinar el règim de dedicació exclusiva o parcial per als següents càrrecs així com les corresponents retribucions per l'exercici efectiu dels mateixos: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segon.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Les retribucions anuals brutes dels regidors i regidores amb dedicació parcial al 75%, atenent a la tasca de govern que requereixen aquests càrrecs públics, serà la proporcional al nombre d'hores de dedicació efectiva corresponent a un règim de dedicació&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; mínima necessària de dit percentatge sobre la jornada completa setmanal per a la percepció de dites retribucions.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tercer.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Les quanties abans esmentades es percebran en catorze pagues corresponents a dotze pagues mensuals i dues pagues extraordinàries de juny i desembre. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les retribucions fixades s'incrementaran cada any, si procedeix, en la quantitat que estableixi la Llei de Pressuposts Generals de l'Estat per a retribucions dels membres de les Corporacions Locals /personal del sector públic sense necessitat de nou acord plenari. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quart. -&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Donar d'alta en el règim general de la Seguretat Social els membres de la corporació que exerceixin tals càrrecs en règim de dedicació exclusiva o parcial, assumint&amp;nbsp; l'Ajuntament el pagament de les quotes empresarials que corresponguin, essent la seva percepció incompatible amb la de qualsevol altra retribució amb càrrec als pressuposts de les Administracions Públiques i dels ens, organismes autònoms i empreses d'elles dependents i qualsevol altra que així determini la legislació vigent.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cinquè.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Autoritzar la despesa en la quantia necessària per fer front al pagament de les retribucions previstes així com als costs de afiliació i cotització a la Seguretat Social, amb efectes de dia 22 de juny de 2019 per a tots els càrrecs abans transcrits, de conformitat amb la Resolució de Batlia núm. 513/2019 i la Resolució de Batlia núm. 515/2019, respectivament,&amp;nbsp; excepte el càrrec de 4ª Tinent de Batle – Regidora Delegada de Medi Ambient, Administració Electrònica i comunicacions i Turisme que serà amb efectes de dia 1 de juliol de 2019 i el càrrec de Batle-President que serà amb efectes de dia 6 de juliol de 2019, respectivament..&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Sisè.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Publicar íntegrament el present acord en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), i en el tauler d'edictes de la Corporació, de conformitat amb l'article 75.5 de la Llei 7/85, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local (LBRL), i en el portal de transparència de l'Ajuntament, de conformitat amb el disposat en l'article 8.1 f) de la Llei 19/2013, de 9 de desembre, de transparència, accés a la informació pública i bon govern. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'anterior acord es publica íntegrament per al coneixement general conformement estableix l'article 75.5 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local (LBRL) i demés disposicions legals vigents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
