![CDATA[Nova citació d’actes prèvies a l’ocupació per a la instal.lació d’una conducció d’aigua per alimentar la central elèctrica de Maó]] 2019-07-25 7342 624659 ca CAIB text/html 32806 2019-07-22 2019-07-25 32807 ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:normal">El 7 de maig de 2019 es va publicar en el BOIB la Resolució del conseller de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat de 16 d'abril de 2019, per la qual s'atorga a Gas y Electricidad Generación, SA, l'autorització administrativa de construcció i es declara, en concret, la utilitat pública d'una instal·lació de conducció d'aigua per alimentar la central elèctrica de Maó.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">El 18 de juny de 2019 es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 81 la citació de les actes prèvies i es va notificar individualment a cada afectat.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">Atès que no s'han pogut practicar totes les notificacions establertes en l'article 52 de la Llei de 16 de desembre de 1954, sobre expropiació forçosa escau:</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">1. Deixar sense efectes la citació per al dia 18 de juliol de 2019.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:normal">2. Establir la nova data per a la citació d'actes prèvies per al dia 17 de setembre de 2019 per poder dur a terme la redacció de les actes prèvies a l'ocupació de les finques afectades per l'expropiació forçosa, amb caràcter d'urgència, motivada per la realització del projecte bàsic de conducció d'aigua entre la central tèrmica de Maó i l'EAR Maó-es Castell.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:normal">Per tal de facilitar les dades necessàries que han de constar en les actes prèvies, comunic als titulars afectats que s'indiquen a continuació que s'han de presentar el dia i l'hora indicats a la llista adjunta com a annex.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"> </p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:normal">3. Informar que hi heu de comparèixer personalment i aportar el document nacional d'identitat i els documents acreditatius de la vostra representació; i, en el cas de la parcel·la afectada, el títol de propietat (la nota simple informativa del Registre de la Propietat, si la finca està inscrita al vostre nom i, si no ho està, l'escriptura pública o el document privat).</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"> </p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:13pt">4.
