    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb l'establert als articles 112.3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les bases del règim local i 169.3 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel que s'aprova el Text refús de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, i haguda compte que la Corporació, en sessió celebrada el dia 26 de juny de 2019, adoptà acord d'aprovació inicial de modificació de la plantilla de personal per a 2019, aquest ha esdevingut definitiu al no haver-se presentat reclamacions contra el mateix.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
