&lt;p style="margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El Decret 41/2009, de 26 de juny, aprova el catàleg de material ortoprotèsic de les Illes Balears. Inclou els articles, el finançament a càrrec de l'administració, l'aportació de l'usuari, i altres aspectes rellevants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 2 de novembre de 2017 estableix el procediment per dispensar als usuaris autoritzats pel Servei de Salut, sense desemborsament previ, els productes ortoprotèsics inclosos en l'annex 2 d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La Resolució de la consellera de Salut de 25 d'abril de 2019 va actualitzar el contingut del catàleg de productes ortoprotèsics aprovat pel Decret 41/2009, i va modificar els codis d'alguns productes que figuren en l'annex 2 de la Resolució de 2 de novembre de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Per adaptar la Resolució de 2 de novembre de 2017 al catàleg vigent,es considera convenient modificar l'annex 2 d'aquesta Resolució, actualitzant els codis dels productes allí relacionats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, i en ús de les atribucions que em confereix el Decret 39/2006, de 21 d'abril, pel qual s'aproven els Estatuts de l'ens públic Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Modificar l'annex 2 de la Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de 2 de novembre de 2017 en els termes que estableix aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Publicar aquesta Resolució i el seu annex en &lt;em&gt;el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que esgota la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala contenciosa administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà a la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 10 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstant això, les persones interessades poden optar per interposar contra aquesta resolució un recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que la dicta en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà a la data de publicació. En aquest cas no es podrà interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu fins que no s'hagi dictat una resolució expressa o presumpta sobre el recurs de reposició, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
