&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«Decret de l'Alcaldia 75/2019,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A Selva, dia 5 de juliol de 2019, el batle que subscriu, Sr. Joan Rotger Seguí, venc a dictar la següent &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Antecedents de fet:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. En data 15 de juny de 2019, en sessió constitutiva de la corporació, es va acordar el nomenament de batle a Joan Rotger Seguí, per la majoria absoluta dels vots dels membres de la corporació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fonaments de dret:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;.- Article 41.3 del Reial Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals (ROF).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;.- Articles 46 a 48 del Reial Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals (ROF).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;.- Article 21.2 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;En conseqüència, i d'acord amb les competències que per llei em són conferides, RESOLC:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;.- Nomenar tinents de batle els següents regidors:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Primer tinent de batle: Cristòfol Barceló Mestre&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Segon tinent de batle: Rafel Gelabert Tortella&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Tercer tinent de batle: Beatriz Lechuga Tortella&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Quart tinent de batle: Margalida Vicens Alzamora&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Als tinents batles els hi correspon substituir en la totalitat de les funcions al batle, en cas d'absència, malaltia, o impediment que l'impossibiliti per a complir en les seves funcions, també en el supòsit de vacant de batlia, fins a la pressa de possessió del nou batle. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;.- Notificar el present decret als interessats pel seu coneixement i als efectes oportuns.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar el present Decret al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, sense perjudici de la seva efectivitat des del dia següent de la signatura de la present resolució.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart&lt;/strong&gt;.- Que del present Decret s'informi al Ple del Ajuntament a la sessió d'organització que aquesta celebri. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ho mana i firma el Sr.batle a 5 de juliol de 2019&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El batle &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
