    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presidenta, el dia 12 de juliol de 2019, ha resolt:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«Fets&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aquesta Presidència, mitjançant decret dictat el dia 8 de juliol de 2019 va resoldre crear els departaments en què ha quedat estructurat el Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Així mateix, mitjançant decret dictat dia 11 de juliol de 2019, va resoldre crear l'estructura interna dels departaments que integren el Govern del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Els consellers executius i les conselleres executives han fet les propostes corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fonaments&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En l'art 13. 2 de la Llei 8/2000, de 27 d'octubre, de consells insulars, s'estableix que els departaments poden estructurar-se internament en direccions insulars i tenir una secretaria tècnica, si així s'estableix en els reglaments d'organització del Consell Insular. D'aquests òrgans depèn la resta d'òrgans i unitats del departament. La Presidència del Consell pot designar lliurement els directors insulars i els secretaris tècnics d'acord amb criteris de competència i experiència professionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En l'article 41 del Reglament orgànic del Consell de Mallorca (ROCM), s'estableix que les persones titulars dels òrgans directius són nomenades lliurement per la Presidència, a proposta de la persona titular del departament, d'acord amb criteris de competència professional i experiència, sense que, ateses les funcions d'aquests òrgans, hagin de reunir la condició de personal funcionari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tant, &lt;strong&gt;resolc:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Ratificar en el seu càrrec les persones següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Sra. Francisca Coll Borràs, directora insular de Patrimoni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Sr. Josep Manchado Rojas, director insular de Medi Ambient: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Sr. Miquel Vadell Balaguer, director insular de Territori i Paisatge&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Sra. Margarita Portell Sastre, directora insular d'Esport&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Nomenar les persones següents per als càrrecs que s'especifiquen, els quals conformen el govern insular actual i s'indiquen a continuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
