    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presidenta, el dia 12 de juliol de 2019, ha resolt:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'article 41 del Reglament orgànic del Consell de Mallorca (ROCM), aprovat pel Ple dia 12 d'abril de 2018 (BOIB núm. 89, de 19 de juliol de 2018) disposa que les persones titulars dels òrgans directius són nomenades i separades lliurement per la Presidència, a proposta de la persona titular del departament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tant, resolc:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Disposar el cessament en els càrrecs respectius de les persones que s'especifiquen, càrrecs establerts en l'estructura orgànica dels departaments que conformaven el govern insular anterior i que s'indiquen a continuació, i agrair-los els serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sr. Joan Gaspar Vallori Guayta, secretari tècnic de Modernització i Funció Pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Notificar aquesta resolució a les persones interessades i publicar-ne el contingut en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, sens perjudici que produeixi efectes des de la data de la signatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Publicar aquesta resolució a la seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Comunicar que, d'acord amb el que es preveu en l'art. 41.4 del Reglament orgànic del Consell de Mallorca, han de presentar les declaracions de béns i d'activitats que els correspon fer amb motiu de l'acabament de l'actual mandat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Donar-ne compte al Ple en la primera sessió que tengui lloc.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
