    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per decret de l'alcaldia numero 2019-0576 en data 02 de Juliol de 2019 s'han aprovat les bases de la convocatòria per concurrència competitiva per la contractació de personal per atendre a alumnes amb necessitats especials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Objecte i finalitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'objecte d'aquestes bases és establir el procediment de concessió de subvencions a les associacions que gestionen les escoles d'estiu del municipi de sa Pobla amb la finalitat de finançar la contractació de personal per atendre alumnes amb necessitats educatives especials en aquests centres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Poden acollir-se a aquesta subvenció les associacions que gestionen escoles d'estiu del municipi de sa Pobla que obligatòriament&amp;nbsp; atenen alumnes escolaritzats d'entre 3 i 16 anys amb necessitats educatives especials acreditades mitjançant el corresponent dictamen d'escolarització i alumnes amb risc d'exclusió social els quals vendran derivats directament de Serveis Socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Als efectes d'aquesta subvenció, aquests alumnes són els que tenen necessitats educatives especials vinculades a discapacitats físiques, intel·lectuals o sensorials, els que manifesten trastorns greus de personalitat o de conducta , els que pateixen malalties degeneratives greus o els alumnes que els Serveis Socials considerin en circumstancies d'exclusió social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Requisits i condicions dels beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.1 Per ser beneficiàries de les subvencions, els centres o associacions sol·licitants han de complir els requisits i les condicions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i contractuals amb l'Ajuntament, amb altres Administracions públiques, així com amb la Hisenda Pública i la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) No trobar-se en cap de les circumstàncies previstes a l'article 13.2 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, que impossibiliten per ser beneficiari de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Estar al corrent de pagament d'obligacions per reintegrament de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Els centres educatius amb una plantilla igual o superior a vint-i-cinc persones han d'haver adoptat els mitjans oportuns per prevenir i detectar casos d'assetjament sexual i d'assetjament per raó de sexe i intervenir-hi en els seus centres de treball, de conformitat amb la Llei 5/2008, de 24 d'abril, del dret de les dones a eradicar la violència masclista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Disposar dels mitjans humans i materials necessaris i tenir assignats els recursos econòmics necessaris per a la realització de l'activitat de prevenció de riscos laborals a l'empresa, d'acord amb el que disposa la Llei 31/1995, de 8 de novembre, de prevenció de riscos laborals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Els centres educatius amb 50 treballadors o més han de donar ocupació, almenys, a un 2% de treballadors/es amb discapacitat, o bé aplicar les mesures alternatives d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 42 del Reial decret legislatiu 1/2013, de 29 de novembre, pel qual es regula el text refós de la Llei general de drets de les persones amb discapacitat i la seva inclusió social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h) Presentar declaració sobre si s'han demanat i/o s'han obtingut altres ajuts públics o privats per a la mateixa activitat, fent constar l'entitat concedent i la quantitat sol·licitada i/o obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;i) Els centres que sol·licitin una subvenció per un import superior a 10.000,00 euros, han de comunicar a l'òrgan concedent la informació relativa a les retribucions de llurs òrgans de direcció o administració, per tal que l'òrgan concedent, un cop concedida la subvenció, les faci públiques, sempre que aquesta superi l'import esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;j) Respectar allò establert a la Llei 17/2015, de 21 de juliol, d'igualtat efectiva de dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;k) Disposar de les certificacions legalment establertes per acreditar que el personal del centre no ha estat condemnat per sentència ferma per cap delicte contra la llibertat i indemnitat sexual, que inclou l'agressió i abús sexual, l'assetjament sexual, l'exhibicionisme i la provocació sexual, la prostitució i l'explotació sexual i la corrupció de menors, així com per tràfic d'éssers humans, i que, en cas que canviï alguna persona, es compromet a fer la comprovació oportuna pel que fa al cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.2 El compliment d'aquests requisits s'acredita mitjançant les declaracions responsables que conté la sol·licitud, que també incorporarà l'autorització expressa per consultar dades tributàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.3 L'entitat sol·licitant ha de complir els requisits d'aquestes bases reguladores, així com qualsevol altra obligació legal o reglamentària que pugui afectar-los.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Sol·licituds i documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1. &lt;/span&gt;Els centres educatius interessats a acollir-se a aquesta convocatòria han de presentar les sol·licituds amb l' imprès normalitzat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.2.&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ocumentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La documentació necessària a adjuntar amb la sol·licitud serà:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Projecte de l'escola d'estiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Fitxes de les persones NE-NESE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Informe de necessitat de personal extra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4.3.&lt;/span&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud implica l'acceptació de les bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:95%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:95%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4.4.&lt;/span&gt;Qualsevol falsedat en les dades que es facin constar a la sol·licitud comporta l'exclusió del sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4.5. Si en la presentació de la sol·licitud s'observa alguna deficiència, incoherència o hi manca algun dels documents necessaris per la valoració de l'ajut, l'Ajuntament ho notificarà directament a l'interessat/da per tal que en el termini de 10 dies pugui esmenar la falta. Si a aquest termini no es produeix l'esmena i/o no s'aporta la documentació sol·licitada, s'entendrà que es desisteix de la petició i prèvia resolució, s'arxivarà sense més tràmits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En aquesta sol·licitud constarà de manera expressa &lt;strong&gt;el nombre de monitors suficients per cobrir les necessitats de nins NE-NESE que hagin determinat els Serveis Socials de l'Ajuntament, i els messos de contracte de cada monitor.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.6. Les sol·licituds es registraran&amp;nbsp; en paper a l'OAC de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla o via telemàtica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Criteris de valoració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-Número de professors contractats específicament per aquest programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'import màxim de la subvenció serà de 12.000€ que es la quantitat consignada als pressuposts municipals 2019 a tal efecte, es subvencionarà amb un màxim de 1.000€ per mes complet de contracte a cada monitor, fins&amp;nbsp; arribar al màxim global previst, en cas de que el montant global de les sol.licituds excedeixi el límit expressat, es farà un repartiment proporcional del total consignat, d'acord amb la següent fórmula: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;n= import pressupostat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;X=quantitat subvencionable per mes de contracte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;y=num. De mesos de contractes presentats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;X= n/y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En cas que les sol·licituds representin un número de mesos inferior a 12, s'abonarà el màxim previst al paràgraf anterior (1.000€)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Si una mateixa entitat elegible ha contractat mes d'un professor per aquesta finalitat, haurà de justificar haver arribat al límit de les ratios establerts pels serveis socials municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cap cas els monitors contractats amb la present subvenció podran tutoritzar grups normalitzats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Despeses subvencionables, i quantia de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.1 Són subvencionables les despeses del personal contractat pel curs objecte de convocatòria per tal d'atendre l'alumnat amb necessitats educatives especials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Concretament, s'acceptaran:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-Les nòmines del personal contractat i les despeses corresponents de seguretat social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-Les factures abonades per l'entitat beneficiària en concepte de contractació de serveis externs&amp;nbsp; per atendre alumnes amb necessitats educatives especials, si s'escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.2 El mòdul de subvenció per a la totalitat del curs objecte de subvenció es fixarà a la resolució de convocatòria pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.3 Aquestes subvencions són compatibles amb d'altres destinades a la mateixa finalitat i atorgades per altres administracions públiques o ens públics o privats, però en cap cas l'import de les subvencions concedides no pot ser d'una quantia que, aïlladament o en concurrència amb subvencions d'altres entitats, ajuts, ingressos o recursos, superi el cost de l'activitat a desenvolupar pel beneficiari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.4 L'import màxim destinat a aquesta subvenció, serà de 12.000€ a càrrec de l'aplicació 2310 48907 01.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. Procediment de concessió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.1 El procediment de concessió de les subvencions es tramita en règim de concurrència&amp;nbsp; competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.2 La comissió de valoració, estarà integrada pels membres següents, o persones que aquests designin:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es constituirà una comissió de valoració conformada pels següents membres: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-Un tècnic de l'Ajuntament( preferiblement de Serveis Socials).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-Un representant de la intervenció municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-I al menys un membre polític.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.4 Durant el tràmit de valoració de les sol·licituds, les comissions poden requerir als centres sol·licitants la documentació addicional i els aclariments que considerin oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Inadmissió i desistiment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8.1 L'incompliment dels requisits no esmenables o del termini de presentació de sol·licituds comporta la inadmissió de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8.2 Comporta el desistiment de la sol·licitud la manca de presentació de qualsevol dels documents que preveu la base 4 o la manca d'esmena dels requisits esmenables, dins del termini de 10 dies hàbils i amb el requeriment previ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8.3 Prèviament a la concessió de les subvencions, l'òrgan instructor resol sobre la inadmissió o el desistiment de les sol·licituds, i notifica la resolució corresponent als centres interessats mitjançant la publicació de la concessió al tauler d'anuncis de la pagina web de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla i a la Base de dades nacional de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8.4 Qualsevol centre sol·licitant pot desistir per escrit de la seva sol·licitud de subvenció, abans de la concessió, i l'òrgan instructor l'ha d'acceptar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9. Resolució definitiva i publicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.1 L'òrgan instructor eleva a l'òrgan resolutori la proposta de resolució definitiva fonamentada en les actes de les comissions de valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.2 La resolució conté la llista de beneficiaris i l'import respectiu atorgat en concepte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.3 Transcorregut el termini màxim previst a l'apartat primer d'aquestes bases reguladores sense que s'hagi dictat i notificat la resolució final del procediment, els centres sol·licitants poden entendre desestimades les seves sol·licituds per silenci administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10. Obligacions de les entitats beneficiàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10.1 L'obtenció de la subvenció comporta per als centres beneficiaris les obligacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Contractar el personal per atendre l'alumnat amb necessitats educatives especials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) No repercutir el cost de la contractació del personal a les famílies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10.2 A més, els beneficiaris han de complir també les obligacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Complir la finalitat de la subvenció realitzant l'activitat subvencionada dins del termini establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Dur a terme l'activitat subvencionada d'acord amb les finalitats contemplades a la convocatòria. Qualsevol canvi en el projecte o calendari previst, s'ha de comunicar i justificar davant l'òrgan instructor amb anterioritat a la finalització del termini d'execució, el qual pot acceptar o no la modificació sol·licitada, si no comporta canvis substancials ni representa un incompliment dels requisits i condicions que estableixen aquestes bases i la convocatòria corresponent. Els canvis no comunicats o que no hagin estat acceptats de manera expressa, poden donar lloc a la revocació total o parcial de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Justificar la subvenció, en el &lt;span&gt;termini&lt;/span&gt; i la forma establertes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Proporcionar en tot moment la informació que els sigui demanada respecte de la subvenció concedida i sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació i control de l'òrgan instructor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Comunicar a l'òrgan instructor els ajuts, els ingressos o els recursos que financin l'activitat subvencionada, obtinguts o demanats d'altres administracions o entitats públiques o privades, nacionals o internacionals, amb posterioritat a la presentació de la sol·licitud de subvenció. Aquesta comunicació s'haurà de fer tan bon punt es coneguin i, en tot cas, abans de la justificació de l'aplicació dels fons rebuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Reintegrar els fons percebuts en els casos que preveuen l'article 37 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) Complir, si s'escau, la subcontractació, els requisits de l'article 29 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, relatius a la subcontractació de les activitats subvencionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h) Informar l'òrgan concedent de la subvenció de qualsevol contracte o conveni signat, per a la gestió de l'activitat subvencionada, entre el beneficiari i qualsevol entitat pública o privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;i) No superar, en concurrència amb altres subvencions, ajuts, ingressos o recursos, el 100% del cost de l'activitat subvencionada, d'acord amb l'article 19.3 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;j) Complir les obligacions de transparència del títol II de la Llei 19/2014, de 29 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;k) Complir les altres obligacions que preveuen la normativa vigent en matèria de subvencions i les bases reguladores de cada subvenció&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11 Justificació i termini&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11.1 La modalitat de justificació és la justificació amb mòduls.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11.2 Dins del termini que estableixi la resolució de convocatòria pública, les entitats beneficiàries han de justificar, la destinació de la subvenció, aportant la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Memòria explicativa del compliment de la finalitat i de l'activitat subvencionada amb indicació de les activitats realitzades i dels resultats obtinguts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Memòria econòmica que ha de contenir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) El cost del servei d'escolarització desglossat en despeses de personal i despeses de funcionament, i els ingressos i subvencions que hagin finançat l'activitat subvencionada, amb indicació del seu import i procedència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Si s'ha contractat una empresa de serveis cal relacionar l'import mensual de les factures abonades a l'empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Declaració del beneficiari del nombre d'alumnes atesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.-Memòria justificativa (amb imatges -si s'escau- i amb un apartat de valoració de l'atenció NE-NESE)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.- Declaració del titular del centre conforme la subvenció concedida s'ha destinat íntegrament a les activitats subvencionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquesta documentació ha d'anar acompanyada del contracte de treball, o del contracte de serveis, si escau, que acreditin la contractació del personal objecte de la convocatòria de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dita documentació s'haurà de presentar fins dia 31 de setembre de 2019,una vegada presentada i fetes les comprovacions oportunes,&amp;nbsp; si procedeix, es durà a terme la darrera part del pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12. Pagament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'import de la subvenció es farà efectiu en dos pagaments. El primer pagament es durà a terme en un 75% de la quantia total una vegada concedida la subvenció, el 25% restant , es farà una vegada s'hagi donat conformitat a la documentació justificativa indicada a l'apartat anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;13. Nul·litat, anul·labilitat, revocació i reintegrament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;13.1 L'òrgan competent pot declarar la nul·litat o anul·labilitat de la resolució de concessió de la subvenció en els supòsits previstos per l'article 36 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions. La declaració judicial o administrativa de nul·litat o anul·labilitat comporta l'obligació de retornar les quantitats rebudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;13.3 La inexactitud de les dades aportades o l'incompliment per part dels beneficiaris d'alguna de les obligacions que es deriven de la concessió de la subvenció poden donar lloc a la revocació de l'import atorgat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;13.4 L'òrgan concedent iniciarà un procediment de reintegrament de les prestacions econòmiques concedides i abonades indegudament quan concorrin les situacions previstes a la normativa d'aplicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;14. Principis ètics i regles de conducta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cas d'incompliment dels principis ètics i regles de conducta s'aplica el règim sancionador previst en la Llei 19/2014, de 29 de desembre, i les sancions que preveu l'article 84 pel que fa a beneficiaris d'ajuts públics, sens perjudici d'aquelles altres possibles conseqüències previstes a la legislació vigent en matèria de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;15.Control&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Departament d'Ensenyament pot inspeccionar el desenvolupament dels programes i les actuacions subvencionades per tal de comprovar el compliment de l'objecte de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;16. Llei orgànica 15/99, de 13 de desembre, de protecció de dades de caràcter personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;D'acord amb la Llei orgànica 15/99, de 13 de desembre, de protecció de dades de caràcter personal, de 13 de desembre de 1999 i la legislació aplicable, la informació facilitada pels/les sol·licitants serà tractada en un fitxer degudament protegit per a la gestió d'aquesta subvenció, complint-se diligentment les obligacions d'obtenció dels oportuns consentiments i d'informació en la recollida de dades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cap cas es produirà cessió, comunicació o accés de qualsevol tipus de dada personal continguda en els fitxers a tercers, excepte accessos necessaris per al compliment dels tràmits vinculats amb l'atorgament de la subvenció, davant d'autorització legal, o autorització expressa de les persones afectades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els/les interessats/es podran sol·licitar a l'administració l'exercici dels seus drets d'accés, rectificació, cancel·lació i oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;17. Caràcter de les subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;17.1 L'atorgament d'aquestes subvencions està supeditada a les disponibilitats pressupostàries, i a la possibilitat de reducció parcial o total de la subvenció, abans que no es dicti la resolució definitiva, com a conseqüència de les restriccions que derivin del compliment dels objectius d'estabilitat pressupostària i sostenibilitat financera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;17.2 Les subvencions no generen cap dret de continuïtat en l'assignació de finançament als destinataris per a exercicis successius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;18. Règim jurídic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En tot el que no preveuen aquestes bases reguladores, s'ha d'aplicar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Pel que fa a la tramitació administrativa general, la resolució i la notificació: la Llei 39/2015, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Així com qualsevol altra normativa que sigui d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;19. Sancions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cas d'incompliment de les obligacions que preveuen les bases reguladores, resultarà d'aplicació el règim sancionador previst a la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions si aquest incompliment és constitutiu d'infracció d'acord amb la legislació esmentada, amb independència del reintegrament total o parcial de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
