    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En compliment de les disposicions vigents a continuació es fan públiques les resolucions que ha dictat el Sr. Batle relatives a la designació dels membres de la Junta de Govern Local; nomenaments de Tinents de Batle així com delegacions conferides per la Batlia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“RESOLUCIÓ DE BATLIA NÚM. 512/2019. - &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Conformement amb el disposat als articles 20.1 b) i 23.1 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local (LRBRL), en relació amb l'article 23 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears (LMRLIB), i als articles 52 i ss i 46.1 del reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les Entitats Locals (ROF), fent ús de les atribucions que legalment tinc conferides&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primer.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Nomenar membres de la Junta de Govern Local, que estarà integrada, endemés, pel Sr. Batle-President, els següents Regidors i les Regidores:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Sr.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Andrés Nevado Rodríguez&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Sr.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; David Alonso García&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Sra. Francisca Cerdà Nadal&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Sra. Maria Buades Cifre &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segon.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Correspon a la Junta de Govern Local:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) L'assistència permanent al Batle en l'exercici de les seves funcions&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) Les atribucions que li delegui expressament aquesta Batlia i/o altre òrgan municipal&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) Les atribucions que li atorguin les lleis&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tercer. -&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Si el Ple de la Corporació així ho acorda (periodicitat), tal com estableix l'article 88.1 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears (LMRLIB), la Junta de Govern Local celebrarà sessió ordinària el primer i el tercer dimarts de cada mes, a les 09'00 hores, en la sala de juntes de la Casa Consistorial; si un dimarts fos inhàbil, es celebrarà el dia hàbil següent, amb el mateix caràcter ordinari.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quart. -&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Donar compte d'aquesta resolució a la primera sessió plenària que es celebri, en compliment del disposat a l'article 38.d) del ROF, i publicar-la en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), sense perjudici de la seva efectivitat des del dia següent de la signatura de la present resolució.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“RESOLUCIÓ DE BATLIA NÚM. 513/2019.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Conformement amb el disposat als articles 21.2 i 23.3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local, en relació amb l'article 22 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears (LMRLIB), i als articles 46 i 47 del reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les Entitats Locals (ROF), fent ús de les facultats i atribucions que legalment tinc conferides&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primer.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Nomenar Tinents de Batle els Regidors i Regidores següents:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Primer Tinent de Batle:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sr. Andrés Nevado Rodríguez&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Segon Tinent de Batle:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sr. David Alonso García&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Tercera Tinent de Batle:&amp;nbsp; Sra. Francisca Cerdà Nadal &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Quarta Tinent de Batle:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sra. Maria Buades Cifre&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segon.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Correspon als nomenats, per l'ordre designat, substituir-me en la totalitat de les meves funcions, en el casos d'absència, malaltia o impediment que m'impossibiliti per a l'exercici de les meves atribucions, així com en els supòsits de vacant fins que prengui possessió el nou batle.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
