&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Mitjançant l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 9 de març de 2018 (BOIB núm. 31, de 10 de març) es va aprovar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2018-2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El caràcter estimatiu de les quanties que es preveuen al Pla Estratègic i el temps transcorregut des que es varen aprovar, fa necessari ajustar les previsions contingudes a l'annex, pel que fa a determinades línies d'ajudes que ha de gestionar el Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB). Concretament es modifiquen quatre línies, incloses dins els objectius II i IV, per tal de reajustar les quantitats a les anualitats en què efectivament s'han de convocar així com el fons als quals s'han d'aplicar, així concretament pel que fa a la II.2.2, &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;es modifiquen les anualitats, a l'objecte de treure una nova convocatòria de subvencions per aquesta línia. Respecte de la &lt;/span&gt;IV.3.6 e&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;s modifica el cost total i es fa una nova distribució per anualitats, en previsió de poder subvencionar un increment de l'SMI, que es finançarà mitjançant fons del Ministeri d'Ocupació i Seguretat Social i Assumptes Laborals en cada un dels exercicis als quals afecti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;A més, respecte de les línies, la II.2.3 i la II.2.6 &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;previstes en el PES s'han de refondre en una sola convocatòria que subvencionarà programes mixts d'ocupació i formació, amb dues &amp;nbsp;línies d'ajuts: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Línia 1: per a persones joves desocupades majors de 16 anys i menors de 30.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Línia 2: per a persones desocupades de 30 anys o més.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;També es modifiquen les fonts de finançament que passen a ser 2019 i 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. En l'apartat 3 de l'Acord esmentat es delega l'aprovació i les eventuals modificacions de l'annex al Pla Estratègic de Subvencions en la persona titular de la conselleria competent en matèria d'hisenda, d'acord amb l'article 25 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Correspon, per tant, a la persona titular de la Conselleria d'Hisenda i Administracions Públiques l'aprovació i/o modificació de l'annex al Pla Estratègic de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. L'article 25 de la&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El Decret 8/2015, de 2 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es determina la composició del Govern i s'estableix l'estructura de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. El &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Decret 9/2015, de 2 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es disposa el nomenament dels membres del Govern de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;, mitjançant el qual es nomena la senyora Catalina Cladera i Crespí, consellera d'Hisenda i Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
