    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Batle amb data 17 de juny de 2019 va dictar la resolució que es transcriu literalment:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«DECRET DE BATLIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En virtut de les atribucions que per Llei em són conferides, especialment les assenyalades a l'art. 41 del RD 2.568 de 28 de Novembre de 1986, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals (ROF), i més concretament les establertes als articles 43 i 44 del ROF així com l'establert a l'art. 23 de la Llei 7/85, de 2 d'abril, i més concretament a l'art. 46 i ss del ROF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;DECRET:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/strong&gt; Nomenar Tinents de Batle els següents Regidors:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Primer Tinent de Batle: Sr. SEBASTIAN AMENGUAL FIGUERAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segon Tinent de Batle: Sr. JUAN OLIVER GELABERT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els Tinents de Batle, com a tals, els correspondrà substituir en la totalitat de les funcions i per ordre del seu nomenament al Batle en els supòsits d'absència, malaltia o impediment que l'impossibiliti per a l'exercici de les seves atribucions, així com exercir les funcions de Batle en els supòsits de vacant a la Batlia fins la presa de possessió del nou Batle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.&lt;/strong&gt; Designar els Regidors com a encarregats de les àrees que es diran:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Sr. SEBASTIAN AMENGUAL: Interior, Seg.Ciutadana, M.Ambient, Esports i Mobilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Sr. JUAN OLIVER: Coordinació Municipal, Urbanisme, Promoció Econòmica, Economia i Hisenda i Manteniment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Sra. FRANCISCA M. BONET: Cultura, Joventut, Turisme i Comerç, Igualtat i Participació Ciutadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Sr. PERE JOAN MUNAR: Fires i Festes i Educació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Sr. JOSE A. BIBILONI: Sanitat, Cementiri, Serveis Socials, Benestar Social i Agricultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Totes les delegacions seran de les compreses a l'article 43.5 b) del Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals ( RD 2568/86 ), que comprèn la direcció interna i gestió dels serveis corresponents, sense incloure la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin a tercers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER&lt;/strong&gt;. Notificar el present decret als interessats per al seu coneixement i efectes oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el present Decret al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, sense perjudici de la seva efectivitat des del dia següent de la signatura de la present resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ&lt;/strong&gt;. Que del present Decret se'n informi al Ple del Ajuntament en la primera sessió que aquest celebri.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
