&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:0,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-top:0,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Calibri"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;El vicepresident del FOGAIBA, en data &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&amp;nbsp;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;e juny&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&amp;nbsp;de 201&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;, va signar la següent resolució, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-left:0,0000pt; margin-right:0,0000pt; margin-top:5,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Una vegada avaluada la sol·licitud d'ajuda pels òrgans gestors, i d'acord amb els criteris d'elegibilitat establerts, el interessat &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Antoni Pons Pons, amb NIF 415027427V, no compleix&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;amb algun dels requisits prevists a la convocatòria per poder ser beneficiaris de l'ajuda, pels motius indicats a l'esmentat annex.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;En data 7 de maig de 2019 el Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural va emetre un informe desfavorable i proposta provisional de denegació de l'ajuda a &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Antoni Pons Pons.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En data 7 de maig de 2019 es notifica, mitjançant publicació a la pàgina web &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000080"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;em&gt;http://www.fogaiba.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.caib.es/"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;, la proposta provisional de denegació al interessat, concedint-los un termini de 10 dies per presentar les al·legacions escaients. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
