&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Per mitjà de la Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 18 de gener de 2018 es va aprovar el model per fer una crida pública com a procediment de caràcter excepcional en aplicar el punt d de la disposició transitòria segona del Text refós que regula els procediments de selecció de personal estatutari temporal del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears per mitjà de la creació de borses úniques de treball per a cada categoria i especialitat (aprovat per l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat d'11 de novembre de 2016, ratificat per l'Acord de Consell de Govern de 25 de novembre de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;D'altra banda, en data 29 de maig de 2018 la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat va modificar l'Acord d'11 de novembre de 2016, que va ser ratificat per l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 8 de juny de 2018 (BOIB núm.71 de 9 de juny). Aquesta modificació suposa una nova redacció de la disposició transitòria segona de l'Acord d'11 de novembre de 2016 on s'estableix el règim transitori fins la publicació de la llista definitiva de la borsa única de treball de la categoria i especialitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Així de conformitat amb el punt 1.c de l'esmentada disposició transitòria segona faig una crida pública —publicada en el web del Servei de Salut— adreçada als aspirants que compleixin els requisits per ser candidats al lloc de feina oferit, que estableix el punt 9.1 del Text refós.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requisits i documentació que cal aportar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Per poder accedir a la crida de personal estatutari temporal del Servei de Salut cal complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o la d'un estat membre de la Unió Europea o de l'espai econòmic europeu, o tenir el dret a la lliure circulació de treballadors d'acord amb el Tractat de la Unió Europea o altres tractats ratificats per Espanya, o tenir reconegut aquest dret per una norma legal. Poden participar-hi igualment, sigui quina sigui la nacionalitat, el cònjuge dels espanyols i de les persones amb nacionalitat d'un altre estat membre de la Unió Europea sempre que no estiguin separats de dret, i també els seus descendents i els del cònjuge sempre que no estiguin separats de dret o tenguin menys de vint-i-un anys o superin aquest edat i siguin dependents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tenir el títol de graduat/graduada en educació secundària obligatòria (LLOÏ), graduat/graduada en educació secundària (LOGSE), graduat/graduada escolar (Llei 14/1970), batxiller elemental (Pla 1957) o tècnic auxiliar. En el cas de les titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger, ha d'acreditar-se que estan homologades pel Ministeri d'Educació, Cultura i Esport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tenir la capacitat funcional necessària per acomplir les funcions que es derivin del nomenament corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tenir 16 anys complits i no sobrepassar l'edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Acreditar el requisit de coneixements de català, corresponent al nivell B1, que es pot acreditar dins del termini per a presentar sol·licituds per mitjà d'un certificat expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o per qualsevol dels expedits o reconeguts com a equivalents o homologats pel Direcció general de Política Lingüística que acreditin el nivell B1 de coneixement de català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No haver estat separat per mitjà d'un expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes; ni estar en la situació d'inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a llocs de feina o càrrecs públics per mitjà d'una resolució judicial; ni estar inhabilitat per accedir al cos o a l'escala de funcionari o per acomplir funcions similars a les que s'acompleixen en el cas del personal laboral en què hagi estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de tenir la nacionalitat d'un altre estat, no pot estar inhabilitat o en una situació equivalent ni pot haver estat sotmès a una sanció disciplinària o equivalent que li impedeixi accedir a l'ocupació pública al seu estat i en els mateixos termes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cursar la sol·licitud presencialment o telemàticament, en la forma que s'estableix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No incórrer en el moment del nomenament en una causa d'incompatibilitat d'acord amb el que preveu la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;i&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No estar afectat per una resolució que impliqui quedar exclòs de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li value="10"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No tenir la condició de personal estatutari fix de la mateixa categoria a la qual opti a qualsevol servei de salut del Sistema Nacional de Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Els candidats han d'entregar o enviar l'original o una còpia compulsada de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Sol·licitud (signada) segons el model que s'annexa a aquesta resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Documentació acreditativa del certificat de nivell de català que, des de l'1 de juny de 2017, es requereixi de conformitat amb la disposició transitòria segona i la disposició transitòria quarta de la Llei 4/2016 (o d'un nivell superior).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Documentació acreditativa de la discapacitat, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Documentació acreditativa dels serveis prestats, que es valoren d'aquesta manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;ul&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es valoren els serveis prestats en institucions sanitàries públiques del Sistema Nacional de Salut, en institucions sanitàries públiques de la Unió Europea o en institucions sanitàries públiques de l'Espai Europeu com a personal estatutari, funcionari o laboral en la mateixa categoria que aquella a la qual s'opta o en places amb el mateix contengut funcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es valoren els serveis prestats en institucions sanitàries públiques del Sistema Nacional de Salut, en institucions sanitàries públiques de la Unió Europea o en institucions sanitàries públiques de l'Espai Europeu com a personal estatutari, funcionari o laboral en una categoria diferent per a la qual s'exigeixi el mateix títol de la categoria al qual s'opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cada mes de servei prestat en la mateixa categoria que aquella a la qual s'opta es valora amb 1 punt. Si s'han de computar serveis prestats en una categoria diferent i per a la qual s'exigeixi el mateix títol de la categoria a la qual s'opta, cada mes es valora amb 0,75 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Llista provisional&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Una vegada que l'Àrea de Recursos Humans hagi comprovat la documentació, la directora gerent publicarà una resolució en el web del Servei de Salut que contendrà les llistes provisionals d'admesos i exclosos (especificant-ne la causa de l'exclusió) per ordre de prelació i amb la puntuació resultant de la baremació dels serveis prestats als centres del Sistema Nacional de Salut. Si no es pot aplicar aquest criteri o en cas d'empat, se seleccionarà l'aspirant la lletra inicial del primer llinatge del qual sigui la primera en l'odre alfabètic determinat per un sorteig públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Termini per presentar al&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;·&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;legacions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Atès el caràcter extraordinari d'aquesta convocatòria, els terminis per presentar al·legacions a les llistes provisionals queda reduït al 50 %, de conformitat amb l'article 33 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. En conseqüència, els aspirants disposaran de cinc dies hàbils per presentar les al·legacions que considerin oportunes. A fi d'agilitar la gestió, aquestes al·legacions s'han de presentar a l'Àrea de Recursos Humans de la gerència o bé s'han d'enviar per correu electrònic a l'adreça asef.cridas@asef.es o per fax al número 971397113.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Llista definitiva&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Una vegada revisades les al·legacions o, si no se n'han presentades, una vegada vençut el termini per presentar-ne, es publicarà en el web del Servei de Salut la resolució del director gerent / de la directora gerent que contendrà la llista definitiva d'aspirants. La llista s'utilitzarà per seleccionar l'aspirant i per efectuar el nomenament corresponent seguint l'ordre de prelació establit. Contra aquesta resolució es podrà interposar un recurs de reposició davant de l'òrgan que l'hagi dictada en el termini d'un mes o bé directament un recurs contenciós administratiu en el termini de dos mesos davant el jutjat contenciós administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mètode de crida dels aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
