&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aprovat inicialment l'expedient modificació del pressupost núm. 01/2019, en la modalitat de crèdit extraordinari, per acord del Ple de dia 24 de maig de 2019, en compliment del que es disposa en l'article 169.1 per remissió del 177.2 del Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, aprovat per Reial decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, se sotmet a informació pública pel termini de quinze dies&lt;em&gt;,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;a comptar des de l'endemà al de publicació del present anunci en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Durant aquest termini podrà ser examinat per qualsevol interessat en les dependències municipals perquè es formulin les al·legacions que s'estimin pertinents. Així mateix, estarà a la disposició dels interessats a la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si transcorregut aquest termini no s'haguessin presentat al·legacions, es considerarà aquest acord aprovat definitivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
