font-size:12px"><span style="color:#1d1b1d">L'Autoritat Portuària de Balears, beneficiària de l'expropiació, ha formulat i actualitzat relació dels béns i drets que considera de necessària expropiació (en la 2a. fase), sobre la qual aquesta Delegació del Govern, d'acord amb els articles 18 i 19 de la Llei d'Expropiació Forçosa, obre un període d'informació pública per un termini de quinze (15) dies a partir de l'última de les següents publicacions:&nbsp; BOE, BOIB, anunci al Diari de Menorca, taulers d'anuncis d'Ajuntament des Castell i d’Autoritat Portuària, a fi de que qualsevol persona pugui aportar per escrit les dades oportunes per a rectificar possibles errors de la relació publicada o oposar-se per raons de fons o de forma a la necessitat d'ocupació.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
