    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;, Times, serif"&gt;Per resolució de 4 d&amp;apos;abril de 2019 (BOIB de 2019.04.06 i BOE de 15 d&amp;apos;abril de al 2019) es van anunciar per a la seva cobertura, pel procediment de lliure designació, distints llocs de treball a l&amp;apos;Oficina de Prevenció i Lluita contra la Corrupció de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;Prèvia la tramitació prevista en el Capítol III del Decret 33/1994, de 28 de març, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el Reglament de provisió de llocs de treball i promoció professional dels funcionaris al servei de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, de conformitat amb el que disposa l&amp;apos;article 22.4 de la Llei 16/2016, de 9 de desembre, de creació de l&amp;apos;Oficina de Prevenció i Lluita contra la Corrupció a les Illes Balears, i en l&amp;apos;article 6.1.l) del Reglament de Funcionament i règim interior de l&amp;apos;Oficina, un cop acreditada l&amp;apos;observància del procediment degut, així com el compliment per part dels candidats elegits dels requisits i especificacions exigits en la convocatòria, aquesta direcció ha disposat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;Resoldre la convocatòria per a la provisió de llocs de treball pel sistema de lliure designació a l&amp;apos;Oficina de Prevenció i Lluita contra la Corrupció de les Illes Balears (convocatòria de provisió núm. LD1 / 2019), en els termes que s&amp;apos;assenyalen en l&amp;apos;annex adjunt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;Revisada la documentació presentada per les persones participants en relació amb els mèrits al·legats i comprovat el compliment dels requisits exigits en la convocatòria, les circumstàncies i aptituds professionals que s&amp;apos;han tingut en compte per considerar que les persones adjudicatàries resulten les més idònies per a l&amp;apos;exercici del lloc de treball són les que s&amp;apos;indiquen en l&amp;apos;annex adjunt en relació amb cada lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;El termini per prendre possessió del lloc de treball obtingut és de tres dies hàbils si el lloc radica en el mateix municipi en el qual s&amp;apos;estava destinat l&amp;apos;aspirant, o de cinc dies hàbils si el lloc radica a un municipi diferent. No obstant, si el lloc radica en un municipi de fora de l&amp;apos;illa de Mallorca, el termini serà de 30 dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;El termini per prendre possessió comença a comptar a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà d&amp;apos;haver cessat en el lloc de treball d&amp;apos;origen. El cessament s&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;efectuar dins els tres dies hàbils següents a la publicació de la resolució de la convocatòria en el «Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%"&gt;Ordenar que aquesta Resolució es publiqui en el «Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears» (BOIB)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;, Times, serif"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar, amb caràcter potestatiu, recurs de reposició davant del mateix òrgan que el va dictar en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes a comptar de l&amp;apos;endemà de la seva publicació al Butlletí Oficina de les Illes Balears (BOIB), d&amp;apos;acord amb el que disposen els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques; o bé es pot interposar directament recurs contenciós-administratiu davant els jutjats contenciosos administratius de Palma en el termini de dos mesos comptats a partir del dia següent al de la seva publicació en el BOIB, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que disposen els articles 8.2, 14 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
