No havent-se adjudicat la nau 3 en tres subhastes successives, es procedeix a la venda directa de la nau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Es tracta d’una nau modular adossada per a ús empresarial, integrada en una promoció de 16 naus de dimensions similars, ubicades en el polígon industrial des Mercadal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La compravenda es formalitzarà en escriptura pública en el termini de devuit mesos comptadors des de la comunicació de la resolució d’adjudicació. Fins que no s’executi la compravenda, l’adjudicatari i l’IDI signaran un contracte de lloguer amb opció de compra amb un lloguer mensual de 300 €, finalitzant la seva vigència el dia en el qual es firmi el contracte de compravenda. Els lloguers abonats seran descomptats del preu de compra ofert per l’adjudicatari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;3. Forma d’adjudicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Venda directa pel preu indicat, no essent admissibles les proposicions que contenguin una proposta econòmica inferior al preu indicat en l'apartat anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;La nau s’adjudicarà al primer postor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Poden participar a la subhasta totes les persones físiques i jurídiques, que tenguin una activitat empresarial, capacitat per contractar i no estiguin sotmeses a prohibició de contractar amb l'administració pública, sempre i quan no estiguin donades d'alta a l'IAE per activitat empresarial en els següents epígrafs: 811; 812; 819; 831; 833; 834, 861 i 864.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Si les proposicions s'envien per correu, el licitador ha de justificar la data d'imposició de la tramesa a l'oficina de Correus i anunciar a l'òrgan de contractació mitjançant fax o correu electrònic, el mateix dia, la tramesa de l'oferta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
