&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El 7 de juliol de 2018 s’ha publicat al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;el Decret 23/2018, de 6 de juliol, pel qual es desplega parcialment la Llei 10/2016, de 26 de juliol, integral de la joventut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta norma regula fins a sis àmbits de la normativa aplicable en joventut, concretament: el reconeixement de les escoles d’educació de temps lliure infantil i juvenil (títol I), els programes dels cursos de director/a i de monitor/a d’activitats d’educació en el temps lliure infantil i juvenil (títol II), les activitats d’educació en el temps lliure infantil i juvenil (títol III), les instal·lacions juvenils (títol IV), el programa Carnet Jove (títol V) i el Cens d’entitats juvenils i d’entitats prestadores de serveis a la joventut (títol VI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El Decret 23/2018 —al títol I, capítol 2, article 5, punt 1— fa referència a l’obligació de presentar una declaració responsable per a l’inici de l’activitat d’una escola d’educació de temps lliure infantil i juvenil, segons un model normalitzat. El mateix article també especifica quins són els continguts bàsics d’aquesta declaració responsable (punts 2, 3 i 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Per altra banda, el mateix Decret 23/2018 —al títol I, capítol 4, article 15, relatiu al Cens d’escoles d’educació de temps lliure infantil i juvenil, punt 2— fa referència al fet que el Cens d’escoles d’educació de temps lliure infantil i juvenil de Menorca ha de tenir la mateixa estructura, organització i funcionament que el cens autonòmic i, a continuació, als punts 1 i 2 de l’article 16, es relaciona quines són les dades que s’han d’inscriure al cens.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Llei 21/2006, de 15 de desembre, d’atribució de competències als consells de Menorca i d’Eivissa i Formentera en matèria de joventut i lleure.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Manifest, d’acord amb el que disposa l’article 5 del Decret 23/2018, de 6 de juliol, pel qual es desplega parcialment la Llei 10/2006, de 26 de juliol, integral de la joventut, que dispòs de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;En cas de persona jurídica, una còpia de les escriptures de constitució de l’entitat amb el corresponent segell d’inscripció registral o, si escau, un certificat de l’esmentat registre expedit a aquest efecte. Als estatuts o a l’objecte social de l’entitat, hi ha de figurar de manera expressa la finalitat d’impartir formació en el lleure infantil i juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Un certificat del secretari de l’òrgan de govern de l’entitat o del responsable de l’entitat, relatiu a l’adopció de l’acord de crear l’escola i de sol·licitar-ne el reconeixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Els estatuts de l’escola d’educació de temps lliure infantil i juvenil, amb l’objecte, el nom, el domicili social, l’àmbit territorial de les activitats, els òrgans de representació, de direcció i d’administració i la funció que tenen, els recursos econòmics i la regulació del funcionament intern de l’escola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;El projecte pedagògic de l’escola, en què constin, almenys, els fins i els objectius de l’escola, els cursos que es preveuen impartir, la planificació didàctica, la metodologia d’aprenentatge i els instruments de seguiment i avaluació de l’alumnat i del procés formatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;L’acreditació que el/la director/a de l’escola està en possessió d’una titulació universitària i del diploma de director/a d’activitats d’educació en el temps lliure infantil i juvenil o equivalent i que té una experiència, com a mínim, de sis mesos en els darrers tres anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;L’acreditació que l’escola disposa de la infraestructura necessària per dur a terme les activitats formatives, amb una descripció dels locals i de les instal·lacions on es durà a terme la formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt;) La documentació relativa als requisits de titulació del personal docent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Un certificat negatiu actualitzat sobre el personal directiu, docent i administratiu de l’escola, emès pel Registre central de delinqüents sexuals, que contengui una referència expressa de no figurar-hi inscrit. Aquest certificat ha de ser tan actualitzat com sigui possible o s’ha d’haver expedit com a màxim dotze mesos abans. Passats aquests dotze mesos, s’ha de demanar un certificat nou.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;La programació dels cursos dels diferents nivells d’educació en el temps lliure que ha d’impartir l’escola, d’acord amb els programes oficials establerts en aquest decret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;j&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Una assegurança d’accidents personals per a l’alumnat, per al personal docent i altres persones que estiguin a l’escola que cobreixi possibles danys ocasionats tant en la formació teòrica com en la de pràctiques, en la qual les despeses d’assistència sanitària han de ser, com a mínim, de 6.000 euros; d’un mínim de 5.000 euros per defunció, i de 6.500 euros en cas d’invalidesa, excepte si una altra normativa que desplegui les activitats que es puguin qualificar de risc estableix quanties superiors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;k&lt;/em&gt;) Una subscripció a una pòlissa d’assegurança de responsabilitat civil que ha de preveure uns límits mínims de 300.000 euros per víctima i 1.200.000 euros per sinistre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
