El Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca, en la sessió de caràcter ordinari de dia 3 de desembre de 2018, va aprovar les bases i la convocatòria per a la concessió de subvencions del Consell Insular de Menorca a les entitats privades sense ànim de lucre per al desenvolupament de programes d’atenció a persones en l’àmbit social fets durant l’any 2018, per un import màxim de 160.000 € (BOIB núm. 8 de 17/01/2019).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El 8 d’abril de 2019 es va reunir la Comissió Avaluadora, la qual va emetre informe sobre l'admissió i la inadmissió de les sol·licituds que no complien els requisits, va examinar la documentació i va avaluar les sol·licituds de subvenció que complien els requisits d'acord amb l'informe d'instrucció i la documentació recollida durant aquest tràmit. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per tot això, prenent com a base l'informe de la Comissió Avaluadora;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Atesa la proposta del consellera executiva del Departament de Benestar Social i Familía;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>ACORD:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primer.-</strong> No admetre les sol·licituds de subvenció de les entitats Menorcalab, S. Coop. amb NIF núm. F16526188. i Sine Dolore. amb NIF núm. font-size:12px"><strong>Quart.- </strong>D'acord amb l'art. 40 i amb les conseqüències previstes en l'art. 43 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears (DL 2/2005, de 28 de desembre), recordar a les entitats beneficiàries que les quantitats atorgades han d'anar forçosament dedicades a la finalitat </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">del projecte/programa/activitat per a què han estat concedides i en cap cas es podrà al·legar en la justificació del projecte que la subvenció s'ha destinat a finalitats diferents.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Així mateix, recordar a les entitats que no han presentat justificacions sobre alguns dels criteris que han servit de base per a les puntuacions del càlcul de l'ajut, que aquestes, a banda d'especificar-se i veure's reflectides en la memòria i justificació econòmica de l'ajut, també s'han d'acreditar.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Cinquè</strong></span><strong>.- </strong>Comunicar a la BDNS, com a sistema de publicitat de subvencions, la resolució de la concessió de subvencions d’aquesta convocatòria.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Sisè.- </strong>Publicar en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em> la resolució de la concessió de subvencions d’aquesta convocatòria. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Interposició de recursos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra aquest acord – que no exhaureix la via administrativa – es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i l'article 22 de la Llei 8/2000, de 27 d'octubre, de consells insulars.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">L'esmentat recurs s'entendrà desestimat, si no es notifica la resolució corresponent, quan hagin transcorregut tres mesos des de la seva interposició.
