![CDATA[Bases reguladores de la convocatòria per a l'atorgament de subvencions per a projectes d'entitats veïnals per a l'organització de les festes d'estiu 2019, Nit de les ànimes/ Festa de Halloween 2019, Cavalcada de Reis i Foguerons 2020 ]] 2019-05-04 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">CONVOCATÒRIA I BASES REGULADORES DE SUBVENCIONS PER A LES FESTES D'ESTIU, NIT DE LES ÀNIMES / FESTA DE HALLOWEEN, CAVALCADA DE REIS I FOGUERONS DEL MUNICIPI DE CALVIÀ </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Junta de Govern Local, en la sessió de 24 d'abril de 2019, va adoptar l'acord relatiu a l'aprovació de la convocatòria única i les bases reguladores de la concessió de subvencions que transcric literalment a continuació:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">L’Ajuntament de Calvià, mitjançant la Direcció General de Participació Ciutadana i Joventut, en compliment dels principis de publicitat, concurrència i objectivitat en la concessió de subvencions, convoca, per mitjà de convocatòria única, les entitats i associacions sense ànim de lucre perquè sol·licitin els ajuts econòmics d’acord amb les següents:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>BASES</strong></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">PRIMERA. OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA, CONDICIONS I FINALITAT</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">L’objecte d’aquesta convocatòria és l’organització i execució<em><strong> </strong></em>en els<em><strong> </strong></em>diferents nuclis de població del municipi de Calvià, d'acord amb les condicions que es detallen, i amb la finalitat de fomentar i promoure la participació dels ciutadans en la vida municipal, dels següents projectes d'interès general que afecten els veïns i veïnes del municipi.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>1. Festes d'estiu 2019</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Són subvencionables l'organització i execució de les festes d'estiu dels diferents nuclis de població del municipi de Calvià.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Són subvencionables aquelles activitats que, anualment i a l'estiu en unes dates assenyalades, dinamitzin la comunitat local mitjançant una pluralitat d'activitats diverses tradicionals de les celebracions de les festes d'estiu (cercaviles, balls, revetles populars, concerts, representacions teatrals o líriques, competicions esportives, focs d'artifici, correfocs, dimonis, propostes per als més grans i propostes per als joves i els infants...) i que contribueixin a afirmar l'existència de la comunitat local com a col·lectiu a partir d'uns referents compartits.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>2. Nit de les Ànimes 2019 / Festa de Halloween 2019</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#333333">Són subvencionables l'organització i execució, en els diferents nuclis de població del municipi de Calvià, de les activitats del dia 31 d'octubre conegudes com a Nit de les Ànimes i Festa de Halloween, consistents en la dinamització de la comunitat local mitjançant una pluralitat d'activitats diverses que recreen el moment de l'any en què els morts visiten els vius: encesa de ciris i altres llums de flama, sovint a l'interior de cànters i fruits del temps, com per exemple carabasses; realització de processons carnavalesques amb l'aparició de les representacions dels esperits dels morts que la tradició popular ha creat al llarg dels temps (fantasmes, ànimes en pena i altres éssers terrorífics); i també festes de disfresses, fogueres, túnels de terror i semblants.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>3. Cavalcada dels Reis 2020</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Són subvencionables les activitats duites a terme per les associacions amb la finalitat d'integrar-se en l'organització i execució de la Cavalcada de Reis al municipi de Calvià i que serà organitzada i coordinada per l'Ajuntament de Calvià. Dites activitats desenvoluparan l'espectacle de l'arribada dels Reis Mags posant en escena diferents actes de la cavalcada reial .S'hi podrà incloure, a més, l'entrega de cartes i el lliurament de regals.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">També serà subvencionable l'organització i execució de cavalcades en els diferent nuclis del municipi desenvolupant l'espectacle de l'arribada dels Reis Mags i posant en escena diferents actes de la cavalcada reial. S'hi podrà incloure, a més, l'entrega de cartes i el lliurament de regals.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En cas de participar en la Cavalcada de Reis del municipi i, a més, organitzar i executar cavalcada en un nucli, només se subvencionarà el primer supòsit.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>4. Foguerons de Sant Antoni / Sant Sebastià 2020</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Són subvencionables l'organització i execució de foguerons de Sant Antoni / Sant Sebastià als diferents nuclis de població del municipi de Calvià.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Són subvencionables les activitats que promocionin els elements bàsics de la nostra cultura popular en la celebració de les festivitats de Sant Antoni i Sant Sebastià,com ara foguerons, dimonis, xeremiers, ximbombes, balls populars, glosades, beneïdes dels animals, i, a més, que contribueixin a revitalitzar la nostra cultura popular i la participació ciutadana.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Aquesta convocatòria es regeix pel que estableixen les Bases d’execució del pressupost general d’aquesta Corporació, i en allò que no s'hi hagi previst, s’ha d'aplicar supletòriament la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGONA. CONSIGNACIÓ PRESSUPOSTÀRIA</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Durant l'exercici pressupostari vigent es destina la quantitat de CENT CUARANTA-TRES MIL DOS-CENTS EUROS (143.200,00 €) en total a les subvencions objecte d'aquesta convocatòria, amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària següent: 605 92400 4800010 “Subvenció dinamització zones”, que es distribuiran de la manera següent:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Festes d'estiu 2019: CENT VINT-I-VUIT MIL DOS-CENTS EUROS (128.200,00 €)</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Nit de les Ànimes / Halloween 2019: DOS MIL EUROS (2.000,00 €)</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Cavalcada de Reis 2020: NOU MIL EUROS (9.000,00 €)</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Foguerons de Sant Antoni / Sant Sebastià 2020: QUATRE MIL EUROS (4.000,00 €)</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERA. En particular, cal destacar el fet de no trobar-se al corrent de pagament dels deutes amb l’Ajuntament i del pagament de les obligacions derivades del reintegrament de subvencions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>QUARTA. PROCEDIMENT PER CONCEDIR LES SUBVENCIONS</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per valorar els projectes presentats s'han de tenir en compte els criteris següents:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>1. FESTES D'ESTIU. CRITERIS DE VALORACIÓ (màxim 85 punts)</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>1.1. Criteris</strong></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">A) SOBRE L' ENTITAT (10 punts):</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">1. Col·laboració amb altres associacions del municipi en la realització del projecte (0 a 5 punts).Es&nbsp; valorarà amb 1 punt per cada col·laboració amb un màxim de 5 punts.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">2. Experiència prèvia. Es valorarà la realització d'esdeveniments semblants (0 a 5 punts). Es valorarà amb 1 punt per cada 2 anys d'experiència acreditada amb un màxim de 5 punts.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">B) SOBRE EL PROJECTE (30 punts):</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">1. Descripció del projecte (0 a 5 punts). S'ha de fer una breu descripció del projecte.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">2. Objectius (0 a 5 punts). S'han de definir els objectius de l'activitat.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">3. Població i nombre de residents (0 a 20 punts). Aquest apartat l'emplenarà l'Administració </span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">C) PROGRAMA D'ACTIVITAT / ACTIVITATS (45 punts)</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">1. Nombre d'activitats (0 a 10 punts). Es valorarà amb 0,5 punts per cada activitat amb un màxim de 10 punts.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">2. Durada (0 a 5 punts) .Es valorarà amb 1 punt per cada dia de festa amb un màxim de 5 punts.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">3. Diversitat d'activitats (0 a 5 punts): grups d'animació, balls populars, exhibicions de pel·lícules, menjars, activitats esportives, culturals, etc. Es valorarà amb 1 punt per cada tipus d'activitat amb un màxim de 5 punts.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">4. Originalitat (0 a 5 punts).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">5. Destinataris (0 a 10 punts): infantil, juvenil, adults, majors, activitats per a tots els públics, familiars... Es valorarà amb 2 punts per cada un dels tipus enumerats amb un màxim de 10 punts.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">6. Foment de les tradicions de Mallorca i del municipi de Calvià (0 a 5 punts).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">7. Activitats que fomentin el respecte a la multiculturalitat, la cooperació, el voluntariat i la perspectiva de gènere (0 a 5 punts).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">*<strong>Fórmula per calcular la quantitat de la subvenció:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La quantitat que resulti s'ha d'assignar de la manera següent:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">– La quantitat del pressupost es divideix entre el nombre total de punts obtinguts per totes les associacions i federacions de veïns i veïnes per obtenir el valor corresponent a un punt.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">– Aquest valor s'ha de multiplicar pels punts obtinguts per cada associació o federació veïnal, i s'obté així l'assignació corresponent a cada una.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>* En cas de concurrència:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En cas que concorrin dues o més associacions sobre un mateix nucli de població, per resoldre quina serà l'associació beneficiària de la subvenció en el supòsit que tenguin igual puntuació, i com a sistema de desempat, es tendrà en compte la puntuació obtinguda en la descripció del projecte, és a dir, el criteri 1.1 b) de la base quarta d'aquesta convocatòria.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>2. CAVALCADA DELS REIS, FOGUERONS, NIT DE LES ÀNIMES / HALLOWEEN. CRITERIS OJECTIUS DE VALORACIÓ</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.1. Fórmula per calcular la quantitat de la subvenció:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Les subvencions de la Cavalcada de Reis, foguerons, Nit de les Ànimes / Halloween, s'han de calcular tenint en compte una quantitat fixa que s'ha d'atorgar a totes les associacions que concorrin a les subvencions i, a partir d'aquí, es fixaran unes quantitats variables, en funció de la població de cada nucli. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>* En cas de concurrència:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En cas que concorrin dues o més associacions sobre un mateix nucli de població, es repartirà la quantitat assignada al nucli entre totes les associacions per igual.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.2. La quantitat de la subvenció no podrà ser superior, aïlladament o en concurrència amb altres ajuts o subvencions de qualsevol procedència, al cost de l’activitat subvencionable.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.3. En el cas que la proposta de subvenció corresponent a qualcun dels projectes presentats excedeixi la quantitat expressada en la sol·licitud, s'ha de concedir la subvenció amb el límit de l'esmentada sol·licitud, i la quantitat sobrant s'ha de repartir entre la resta de projectes, presentats per les entitats o, si n'és el cas, organitzats per l'Ajuntament, en proporció a la seva puntuació.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El límit màxim de l'ajut que s'atorga per projecte és el crèdit màxim previst en aquestes bases. Així mateix, es podrà prorratejar, entre els beneficiaris de la subvenció, l'import màxim destinat a aquesta convocatòria.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>3.PRESENTACIÓ DE DOCUMENTACIÓ I TRAMITACIÓ</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>El sol·licitant presentarà els següents annexes emplenats: </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>1. Sol·licitud de subvenció de projecte únic, acreditació de representant i declaració d' obligacions tributàries (Annex I).</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La sol·licitud de les actuacions per subvencionar s'ha de presentar degudament emplenada i signada pel representant de l'entitat segons el model que s'adjunta, i s’ha d'acompanyar amb la documentació següent:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) NIF de l’entitat o associació.*</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) DNI del / de la representant, si n'és el cas.*</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c) Declaració del / de la representant legal de l’entitat de no estar inhabilitat/ada per contractar amb les administracions públiques o per obtenir-ne una subvenció, i d’estar facultat/ada per actuar en nom de l’entitat.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d) Declaració responsable de l'entitat sol·licitant d'estar al corrent de les seves obligacions tributàries amb la hisenda de l'Estat i amb l'Ajuntament . En cas de presentar la sol·licitud i la documentació en dependències que no siguin de la corporació, per assegurar-ne la presentació en termini s'ha de remetre la documentació escanejada a l'adreça electrònica següent:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">participacionciudadana@calvia.com</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>4. OBLIGACIONS DELS BENEFICIARIS</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Els perceptors de les subvencions estan obligats a:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) Acceptar la subvenció. En el cas que això no sigui possible, hauran de renunciar-hi expressament i motivadament, en el termini de quinze dies comptats a partir del dia següent a la notificació de la concessió de la subvenció.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Realitzar l’activitat o el projecte pel qual es concedeix la subvenció, ajustant-se als termes prevists.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c) Sotmetre’s a les actuacions de comprovació, i facilitar la informació que es requereixi.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d) Donar compte de les modificacions que puguin sorgir en la realització del projecte, i justificar-les adequadament.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">e) Comunicar l’obtenció de subvencions o ajudes per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents d’altres administracions, entitats públiques o privades, nacionals o internacionals.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">f) Disposar dels llibres comptables, registres diligenciats i de la resta de documents degudament auditats en els termes exigits per la legislació mercantil i sectorial aplicable al beneficiari en cada cas, i també tots els estats comptables i registres específics que s’exigeixen en les bases reguladores de la subvenció, amb la finalitat de garantir l’adequat exercici de les facultats de comprovació i control.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">g) Conservar els documents justificatius de l’aplicació dels fons rebuts, inclosos els documents electrònics, mentre puguin ser objecte de les actuacions de comprovació i control.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">h) Abans de difondre el programa de festes, l'entitat beneficiària ha d'incloure a la documentació i publicitat impresa el logotip de “col·laboració” de l’Ajuntament de Calvià, una vegada que el Departament de Comunicació de l'Ajuntament hi hagi donat el vistiplau (<span style="color:null">comunicaciocalvia@calvia.com</span>), amb la finalitat de garantir la correcció ortogràfica i complir el manual d'identitat corporativa.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">i) A presentar en un termini màxim de 30 dies abans de l'inici de l'activitat, en el cas de les activitats que necessitin l'elaboració d'un pla d'emergències, la documentació necessària per a la seva elaboració. </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">j) Els beneficiaris hauran de formalitzar una assegurança de responsabilitat civil i se n'haurà de remetre una còpia de la pòlissa al Departament de Participació Ciutadana. </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">k) L'organització i execució de tots els actes hauran de disposar de la preceptiva autorització de conformitat amb la legislació vigent. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>5. COMISSIÓ DE VALORACIÓ</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Es constitueix una comissió de valoració que ha de deliberar i proposar la resolució d’aquesta convocatòria pública d’acord amb la puntuació obtinguda, conformement amb els criteris de la base quarta, la qual ha d'estar integrada pels membres següents:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- El tinent de batle de Participació Ciutadana o persona en qui delegui, com a president de la mesa.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Un/a tècnic/a de Participació Ciutadana o persona en qui delegui, que actuarà com a vocal.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Un/a funcionari/ària que ha d'actuar com a secretari/ària amb veu però sense vot.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La comissió ha d'elaborar un informe o proposta de resolució en el qual han de constar les valoracions efectuades, d'acord amb aquestes bases.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La comissió de valoració ha d'elevar a la Junta de Govern Local la proposta d’atorgament de les subvencions per ser aprovades definitivament, amb el dictamen previ de la comissió informativa corresponent.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>CINQUENA. RESOLUCIÓ</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Junta de Govern Local, a la vista de la proposta de la comissió de valoració, assignarà objectivament i de forma individual els ajuts.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SISENA. CONDICIONS DE FINANÇAMENT, ABONAMENT DE LES SUBVENCIONS I JUSTIFICACIÓ</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">L’Ajuntament de Calvià podrà realitzar, mitjançant els procediments legals pertinents, les comprovacions necessàries respecte a la destinació i a l'aplicació de les subvencions concedides. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Les subvencions concedides d’acord amb les prescripcions d’aquestes bases hauran de justificar-se adequadament un cop finalitzats l’activitat, el servei o el projecte origen de la subvenció atorgada. La instància d’aquesta justificació s'ha de presentar en el registre general d’aquest Ajuntament, acompanyada de la documentació exigida en la convocatòria de la subvenció de què es tracti i que, com a mínim, haurà de contenir: </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) <strong>Memòria justificativa </strong>del compliment de les condicions exigides en la concessió de la subvenció, amb indicació de les activitats realitzades i dels resultats obtinguts, adjuntant-hi fotografies (s'ha d'emplenar l'Annex VII). </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) <strong>Memòria econòmica</strong> justificativa<strong> </strong>del cost de les activitats realitzades, que haurà de contenir les factures expedides de conformitat amb la legislació fiscal vigent i ajustades al pressupost presentat en formular la sol·licitud, juntament amb el justificant del pagament.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Juntament amb les factures, originals o segellades, s'ha de presentar obligatòriament la relació signada pel president de l'associació o entitat beneficiària o persona en qui delegui (Annex VIII).</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a">c) La documentació que justifiqui que els beneficiaris han reintegrat la totalitat o part de les quantitats percebudes no aplicades, de conformitat amb l’article 37 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre. </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a">Aquest reintegrament pot ser realitzat voluntàriament pel beneficiari, sense requeriment previ, mitjançant l'ingrés a la tresoreria municipal. </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a"><strong>d) </strong></span><strong>No són subvencionables:</strong></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- L'assegurança de vehicles a nom de l'entitat ni les despeses derivades del seu manteniment.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Les despeses per donatius, regals i obsequis a particulars o entitats.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Les despeses sorgides amb motiu d'entrades a esdeveniments, activitats o espectacles.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La no justificació de l’activitat iniciarà l'expedient de devolució de la subvenció.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Serà requisit indispensable, per a l’abonament de la quantitat subvencionada, que l’entitat o associació hagi justificat, si n'és el cas, les subvencions rebudes amb anterioritat.</strong></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La justificació de les actuacions realitzades es podrà realitzar una vegada finalitzades les corresponents activitats. Per fer-ho, es fixen específicament els terminis següents, dels quals en cap cas es podrà excedir:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>- 30 de setembre de 2019, per a les festes d'estiu de 2019.</strong></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>- 28 de febrer de 2020, per a la Nit de les Ànimes / Halloween de 2019.</strong></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>- 28 de febrer de 2020, per a la Cavalcada dels Reis i els foguerons 2020.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SETENA.
