&lt;p style="margin-bottom:.0001pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Mitjançant l’Acord del Consell de Govern de 9 de març de 2018 (BOIB núm. 31, de 10 de març) es va aprovar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2018-2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El caràcter estimatiu de les quanties que es preveuen al Pla Estratègic i el temps transcorregut des que es varen aprovar, fa necessari ajustar les previsions contingudes a l’annex, pel que fa a determinades línies d’ajudes que ha de gestionar el Servei d’Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB). Concretament es modifiquen set línies, incloses dins els objectius II, III i IV, per tal de reajustar les quantitats a les anualitats en què efectivament s’han de convocar així com el fons als quals s’han d’aplicar i s’afegeix una nova línia amb l’objecte d’estendre les ajudes per a persones aturades de més de 30 anys, a les persones alumnes d’Educació Secundària de Persones Adultes i de Formació Professional presencial que fins ara quedaven desateses en aquest sentit. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. En l’apartat 3 de l’Acord esmentat es delega l’aprovació i les eventuals modificacions de l’annex al Pla Estratègic de Subvencions en la persona titular de la conselleria competent en matèria d’hisenda, d’acord amb l’article 25 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Correspon, per tant, a la persona titular de la Conselleria d’Hisenda i Administracions Públiques l’aprovació i/o modificació de l’annex al Pla Estratègic de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. L’article 25 de la&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El Decret 8/2015, de 2 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es determina la composició del Govern i s’estableix l’estructura de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. El &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Decret 9/2015, de 2 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es disposa el nomenament dels membres del Govern de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;, mitjançant el qual es nomena la senyora Catalina Cladera i Crespí, consellera d’Hisenda i Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Objectius i efectes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: millorar l’ocupabilitat d’aquestes persones desocupades a partir d’un retorn a l’activitat professional i un procés d’orientació laboral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Objectius i efectes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: finançar accions formatives adreçades prioritàriament a persones treballadores desocupades que condueixin a certificats de professionalitat i a formació complementària d’idiomes i de noves tecnologies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Incidència sobre el mercat: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;qualificació professional per les persones treballadores desocupades amb validesa a tot el territori nacional amb l’obtenció d’un certificat de professionalitat i amb especialitats formatives del Catàleg d’especialitats formatives d’idiomes i noves tecnologies que els permetrà augmentar les probabilitats d’inserció laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Objectius i efectes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: estimular l’assistència i acabament amb èxit de la formació educativa mitjançant un ajut econòmic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
