    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Ple de l'Ajuntament, en sessió ordinària de data 28/03/2019, va acordar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Primer. APROVAR les bases que han de regir la concessió d’ajuts per col·laborar amb les entitats culturals sense ànim de lucre per al desenvolupament d’activitats culturals l'any 2019, les quals acompanyen aquesta proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Segon. APROVAR, simultàniament, la convocatòria corresponent a l’any 2019, que es regirà per les bases a què s’ha fet referència en el punt anterior, d’acord amb les condicions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a) Import global màxim dels ajuts i crèdit pressupostari: les ajudes concedides seran ateses amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària i amb l’import màxim que s’indiquen més avall:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Objecte i àmbit d’aplicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;És objectiu d’aquestes bases col·laborar amb les entitats que desenvolupen activitats culturals dins el terme municipal de Ferreries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Finançament i import màxim de la convocatòria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Els ajuts concedits seran atesos amb càrrec a les aplicacions pressupostàries del Pressupost general que s'especifiquin en la convocatòria de l'any en curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Quan l’import de les sol·licituds d’ajut sigui superior a la quantitat màxima fixada en el punt anterior, aquestes es prioritzaran segons els principis i els criteris continguts en l’article 7. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Règim de compatibilitat dels ajuts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Els ajuts que s’atorguin de conformitat amb aquestes bases seran compatibles amb la concessió d’altres ajuts, sens perjudici de l’obligació de les entitats beneficiàries de comunicar-ho a aquest Ajuntament en la forma establerta en aquests bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. L’import de les subvencions o ajuts que es concedeixin no pot superar, en cap cas, de manera aïllada o amb concurrència amb altres ajuts, el cost de l’activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requisits de les persones sol·licitants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Els i les sol·licitants que es vulguin acollir a aquests ajuts hauran de reunir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;Ser entitats privades sense ànim lucratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Fer actuacions en l’àmbit del foment de la cultura dins el terme de Ferreries durant l'any en curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;No incórrer en cap dels supòsits de l’article 13.2 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions (LGS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; No trobar-se incurses en les causes de prohibició previstes en els apartats 5 i 6 de l’article 4 de la Llei orgànica 1/2002, de 22 de març, reguladora del dret d’associació, així com en l’article 30.4 de la mateixa llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;e) No ser beneficiàries d’una subvenció nominativa amb dotació pressupostària municipal corresponent a l’any en curs 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. En queden expressament excloses:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Les entitats amb finalitat lucrativa, en particular totes les societats mercantils i civils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;Les cooperatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Les entitats polítiques o sindicals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 5&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Forma de concessió dels ajuts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La concessió d’aquests ajuts s'efectuarà en règim de concurrència competitiva, mitjançant la comparació de les sol·licituds presentades, a fi d’establir la prelació d’aquestes segons els criteris prevists a l’article 7 d’aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 6&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sol·licituds i documentació a presentar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Les sol·licituds s’han de presentar dins el termini establert en la convocatòria al Registre General de l’Ajuntament de Ferreries, mitjançant la corresponent presentació telemàtica, de conformitat i a l’empara d’allò establert a l’article 14 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques, fent servir com a model el contingut de l'imprès normalitzat inclòs a l’annex 1, juntament amb la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Còpia acarada del document d’identitat fiscal (CIF) de l’entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Fotocòpia del DNI de la persona que representa l’entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Document de designació del compte bancari per rebre l’import de l’ajut (IBAN).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Certificat signat per l'entitat on consti el número de socis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Descripció de l’objecte de l’entitat i de les activitats més rellevants realitzades el darrer any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Projecte o memòria que inclogui una descripció de les activitats a realitzar i per a les quals es demana la subvenció, amb un calendari, una fitxa tècnica i el pressupost detallat d’aquestes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; Declaració responsable signada pel representant legal de l’entitat de tots els ajuts obtinguts de les administracions públiques o sol·licitats a aquestes per a l’execució de l’acció per a la qual se sol·licita l’ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt; Pressupost de despeses i ingressos de l’entitat per a l’exercici vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i)&lt;/em&gt; Certificat de trobar-se al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i certificat d’estar al corrent de les obligacions amb la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; Declaració responsable signada pel representant legal de l’entitat de no estar sotmès a cap de les circumstàncies que determinen la impossibilitat d’obtenir la condició de beneficiari de les subvencions públiques recollides a l’article 13.2 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Les entitats que hagin obtingut ajut de l'Ajuntament en aquest àmbit i no hagin experimentat modificacions respecte a l’any 2018, tan sols hauran de presentar la sol·licitud i els documents assenyalats als apartats precedents &lt;em&gt;e, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;f, g, h i &lt;/em&gt;i&lt;em&gt; j.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 7&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Criteris en la concessió dels ajuts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En la selecció de les sol·licituds i la graduació dels ajuts, les sol·licituds seran valorades d’acord amb l'ordre de prioritats següent i tenint en compte la dotació pressupostària recollida a l’article 2:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Nombre de persones beneficiàries de l’ajut, fins a 45 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El total de l'import de la convocatòria es distribuirà entre totes les entitats presentades que compleixin les bases. En tot cas, cada entitat tindrà una quantitat mínima de 200 €. En el cas, que alguna entitat no obtengui una puntuació mínima per obtenir 200 €, se li assignaran aquests i la part restant de la convocatòria es distribuirà entre totes les altres entitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 8&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tramitació i resolució dels ajuts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. La secretària de la Comissió Informativa de Cultura, Educació i Serveis Socials és la instructora de l'expedient del procediment de concessió d'aquests ajuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Una comissió avaluadora formada per la regidora de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Servei&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Socials&lt;/span&gt;, la regidora d'Esports, el regidor de Cultura, l'interventor de l'Ajuntament i la instructora analitzarà el compliment dels requisits establerts en aquesta convocatòria, així com el contingut de les sol·licituds presentades, segons els criteris establerts a l’article 7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. La Comissió Avaluadora una vegada valorats els expedients, aixecarà la corresponent acta, proposant el contingut d’aquesta a la Comissió Informativa corresponent. La Comissió Informativa formularà proposta de resolució a la Junta de Govern o Ple, que acordarà sobre la concessió o denegació dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. La resolució de l’expedient ha de ser expressa i motivada, i ha de fixar, amb caràcter definitiu, l’import específic de cadascun dels ajuts i la despesa subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. Els ajuts s’atorgaran per acord de la Junta de Govern o del Ple, prenent com a base la proposta de la Comissió Avaluadora. El termini màxim per resoldre és de dos mesos comptadors des de la finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. Si no recau resolució en el termini indicat, les sol·licituds presentades s’entendran desestimades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;6. La resolució del procediment es notificarà a les persones interessades d’acord amb el que preveu l’article 40 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;7. La resolució de concessió dels ajuts es publicarà al tauler d’anuncis de l’Ajuntament, i així mateix, per part municipal se’n donarà oportuna publicitat en compliment d’allò establert als articles 18 i 20 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 9&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Obligacions de les persones beneficiàries&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Són obligacions de les persones beneficiàries:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Acomplir l’objectiu, executar el projecte o portar a terme l’activitat que fonamenta la concessió de les subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Justificar davant l’Ajuntament el compliment dels requisits i les condicions recollits a l’article 4 d’aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Justificar la realització de l’activitat i el compliment de la finalitat que determinin la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Sotmetre’s a les actuacions de comprovació i control que pertoquin per part d'aquest Ajuntament, la Sindicatura de Comptes o altres òrgans de control extern. Així mateix, es comprometen a facilitar tota la informació que els sigui requerida per aquests en relació amb els ajuts concedits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;Comunicar a l’Ajuntament l’obtenció d’altres subvencions, ajuts, ingressos o recursos que financin les activitats subvencionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Declarar que es troben al corrent en el compliment de les seves obligacions tributàries i davant la Seguretat social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g) &lt;/em&gt;Disposar dels llibres comptables, registres diligenciats i altres documents en els termes de la legislació sectorial aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h) &lt;/em&gt;Conservar els documents justificatius de l’aplicació dels fons rebuts, inclosos els documents electrònics, mentre puguin ser objecte de les activitats de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i)&lt;/em&gt; Donar la publicitat adequada del caràcter públic del finançament dels programes, activitats, inversions o actuacions de qualsevol tipus que siguin objecte de subvenció, en els termes reglamentàriament establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;j) Totes aquelles que normativament també siguin exigibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 10&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Abonament dels ajuts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. L’import de la subvenció s’abonarà, per defecte, un cop justificada la despesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Es podran efectuar pagaments parcials contra la justificació parcial de l’activitat o activitats subvencionades amb sol·licitud prèvia de l’entitat beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Es podran fer bestretes dels ajuts si se sol·liciten prèviament, ja sigui en la sol·licitud de la subvenció, ja sigui amb posterioritat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 11&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Justificació de les subvencions. Forma i règim de pagament&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. La justificació de la inversió proposada en la resolució s’haurà d'efectuar abans del 15 de desembre de l'any en curs. No s’acceptarà cap justificació presentada fora de termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. La documentació a entregar per justificar la subvenció és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a) Declaració d’haver fet la inversió projectada i d’haver acomplert la finalitat per a la qual s'ha sol·licitat la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;b) Memòria relativa al projecte executat, amb la descripció de les activitats realitzades i la relació definitiva dels ingressos i les despeses subvencionables, i de les subvencions rebudes o pendents de rebre per aquests conceptes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;c) Factures o altres comprovants de la despesa subvencionable efectuada, que hauran d’anar acompanyats d’una llista resum on consti, per cadascuna de les factures presentades, el número de factura, la descripció, el proveïdor i l'import amb l'IVA, així com el justificant de pagament de cadascuna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. En el supòsit que no es justifiqui totalment l'import de l'ajuda concedida i/o la realització de l’activitat subvencionada però s’hagi acomplert parcialment la finalitat per a la qual va ser concedida i/o el seu import, es revisarà la quantia, que es minorarà proporcionalment a la part no justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 12&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Normativa aplicable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En tot allò no previst de manera expressa en aquestes bases són d'aplicació les disposicions contingudes en les normes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Fotocòpia del DNI de la persona que representa l’entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Document de designació del compte bancari per rebre l’import de l’ajut (IBAN).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;Certificat signat per l'entitat on consti el número de socis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Descripció de l’objecte de l’entitat i de les activitats més rellevants realitzades el darrer any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Projecte o memòria que inclogui una descripció de les activitats que es pretenen realitzar i per a les quals es demana la subvenció, amb un calendari, una fitxa tècnica i el pressupost detallat d'aquelles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; Declaració responsable signada pel representant legal de l’entitat de tots els ajuts obtinguts de les administracions públiques o sol·licitats a aquestes per executar l’acció per a la qual se sol·licita l’ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt; Pressupost de despeses i ingressos de l’entitat de l'exercici vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i)&lt;/em&gt; Declaració de trobar-se al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i certificat d’estar al corrent de les obligacions amb la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; Declaració responsable signada pel representant legal de l’entitat de no estar sotmès a cap de les circumstàncies que determinen la impossibilitat d’obtenir la condició de persona beneficiària de les subvencions públiques recollides a l’article 13.2 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Les entitats que hagin obtingut ajut de l'Ajuntament en aquest àmbit i no hagin experimentat modificacions respecte a l’any 2018, tan sols hauran de presentar la sol·licitud i els documents assenyalats als apartats precedents &lt;em&gt;e, f, g, h&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;i &lt;em&gt;j&lt;/em&gt;.” &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
