    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mitjançant la Resolució del director general de Política Universitària i d’Ensenyament Superior de dia 15 d’abril de 2019&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;s’aproven les instruccions per regular les proves d’accés i el procés d’admissió i de matrícula als ensenyaments artístics superiors d’art dramàtic, de disseny i de música. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El punt 3.2.1 de l’annex 1 d’aquesta Resolució especifica que la direcció general competent en matèria d’ensenyaments artístics superiors ha de convocar, almenys una vegada a l’any, una prova específica d’accés a aquests estudis, que ha de ser diferent per a cada un dels ensenyaments artístics superiors que s’ofereixen a les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aprovar les instruccions d’acord amb les quals s’han d’organitzar i desenvolupar la prova específica d’accés als estudis superiors de disseny i el procés d’admissió i de matrícula a aquests ensenyaments per al curs 2019-2020 (annexos 1, 2 i 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Convocar la prova específica d’accés als estudis superiors de disseny en els termes que figuren en les instruccions que s’inclouen en l’annex 1 d’aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Disposar que aquesta Resolució entri en vigor l’endemà d’haver-se publicat en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs d’alçada davant el conseller d’Educació i Universitat en el termini d’un mes comptador des de la data en què es publiqui, de conformitat amb el que preveu l’article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Instruccions relatives a la prova específica d’accés als estudis superiors de disseny &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objecte i àmbit d’aplicació &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquestes instruccions regulen els aspectes necessaris per desenvolupar la prova específica d’accés als estudis superiors de disseny que s’ha de fer a les Illes Balears en aquesta convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Requisits dels aspirants &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1. S’hi poden inscriure les persones que tenen algun dels requisits acadèmics que permeten accedir als ensenyaments artístics superiors:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Tenir el títol de batxiller o un títol equivalent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Haver superat la prova d’accés a la universitat per a majors de 25 anys. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.2. S’hi poden inscriure les persones que no compleixen els requisits acadèmics d’accés als ensenyaments artístics superiors però han superat la prova per a les persones majors de devuit anys que no tenen els requisits acadèmics descrita en el punt 2 de l’annex 1 de les instruccions per regular les proves d’accés i el procés d’admissió i de matrícula als ensenyaments artístics superiors d’art dramàtic, de disseny i de música, aprovades mitjançant la Resolució del director general de Política Universitària i d’Ensenyament Superior de dia 15 d’abril de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Termini d’inscripció a la prova&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La inscripció a la prova específica d’accés als estudis superiors de disseny s’ha de fer del 20 al 31 de maig de 2019, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Centre que ha de fer la prova&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.1. La prova específica d’accés als estudis superiors de disseny s’ha de fer a l’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears, a Palma, que és l’únic centre que pot fer la prova en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.2. La inscripció s’ha de formalitzar al mateix centre en què s’ha de fer la prova d’accés. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.3. La taxa d’inscripció a la prova és de 45,57&amp;nbsp;€, d’acord amb la Resolució de la consellera d’Hisenda i Administracions Públiques de 7 de gener de 2019 d’actualització de les bases, el tipus de gravamen i les quotes tributàries dels tributs propis de la CAIB per al 2019 (BOIB núm. 5, de 10 de gener).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.4. Estan exempts de pagar aquesta taxa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Els membres de famílies nombroses tenen dret a l’exempció o a la bonificació total de les tarifes que, d’acord amb la seva categoria els correspongui, sempre que ho demanin al centre prestador del servei i que ho acreditin documentalment en el moment de la inscripció,&lt;/span&gt; d’acord amb els documents que preveu la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Família nombrosa &lt;/span&gt;i monoparental &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de categoria general: exempció del 50 % de les taxes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Família nombrosa &lt;/span&gt;i monoparental &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de categoria especial: exempció del 100 % de les taxes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Les persones que hagin estat víctimes d’actes terroristes, així com el cònjuge i els fills, sempre que ho demanin al centre prestador del servei i que ho acreditin documentalment en el moment de la inscripció. &lt;/span&gt;Aquesta condició s’acredita presentant la resolució administrativa corresponent. En el cas del cònjuge i els fills, s’hi ha d’adjuntar el llibre de família.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Les víctimes de violència de gènere, així com els fills que en depenen, sempre que ho demanin al centre prestador del servei i que ho acreditin documentalment en el moment de la inscripció.&lt;/span&gt; Aquesta condició s’acredita presentant qualsevol dels documents prevists per la normativa vigent. En el cas dels fills dependents, també s’ha de presentar el llibre de família.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Les&lt;/span&gt; persones amb una discapacitat igual o superior al 33 %, els membres d’unitats familiars en situació de vulnerabilitat econòmica especial, els joves tutelats i extutelats en via d’emancipació, els joves en acolliment familiar i les persones subjectes a mesures privatives de llibertat tenen dret a l’exempció total de les taxes, sempre que acreditin documentalment, en el moment de la inscripció, que es troben en alguna d’aquestes situacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.5. L’import de la taxa s’ha de retornar en el cas que la persona sol·licitant no sigui admesa a les proves convocades. La sol·licitud de devolució s’ha de presentar en el termini de vint dies naturals comptadors des de l’endemà del dia en què es publiqui la relació definitiva de persones admeses i excloses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Formalització de la sol·licitud d’inscripció &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.1. La sol·licitud d’inscripció s’ha de formalitzar preferentment en línia a través de la pàgina web de l’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;(www.escoladisseny.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;). La sol·licitud també ha d’estar disponible a la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Política Universitària i d’Ensenyament Superior (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;http://dguni.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;). També es pot formalitzar a la secretaria del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.2. Una vegada formalitzada la inscripció, s’han de presentar a la secretaria del centre els documents que escaiguin dels que figuren en el punt 7 d’aquestes instruccions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.3. Les persones que necessitin una adaptació de les condicions en què s’ha de fer la prova ho han de fer constar quan presentin la documentació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Pagament de la taxa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La taxa s’ha de pagar a través de la pàgina web de l’Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;www.atib.es)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, mitjançant el model 046.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Documentació per acreditar els requisits per inscriure’s a la prova &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.1. Els documents per acreditar els requisits són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- El justificant del pagament de la inscripció a la prova. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- L’original i una còpia del document oficial d’identificació (DOI) de què es disposi (DNI, passaport, etc.). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- L’original i una còpia del document que acrediti els requisits d’accés a aquests ensenyaments establerts en els apartats 2.1 i 2.2 d’aquest annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.2. Les persones que acreditin que tenen necessitats educatives especials o dificultats específiques d’aprenentatge (dislèxia, disortografia, disgrafia, discalcúlia, etc.) poden sol·licitar l’adaptació de les condicions en què s’ha de fer la prova. Per justificar aquesta petició han d’aportar, en el moment d’inscriure’s a la prova, algun dels documents que figuren a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Un certificat oficial que acrediti el tipus i el grau de discapacitat que tenen, emès per un organisme oficial competent en matèria d’afers socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Un dictamen d’escolarització emès pel departament d’orientació amb el vistiplau del Departament d’Inspecció Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Un informe emès pel departament d’orientació sobre les dificultats específiques d’aprenentatge que presenten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Un informe emès per una associació d’experiència reconeguda sobre les dificultats específiques d’aprenentatge que presenten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Un informe emès per un professional col·legiat que estigui atenent les dificultats específiques d’aprenentatge de la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Actuació amb la documentació necessària per inscriure’s a la prova &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vegada emplenada la inscripció en línea, l’aplicació generarà un resguard, que s’ha de presentar a l’Escola en el moment de presentar la documentació. La secretaria del centre s’ha de quedar, una vegada compulsades, les còpies del document oficial d’identificació (DNI, passaport, etc.) i de la resta de documentació presentada i ha de segellar una còpia del resguard, que ha de retornar a la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Exempció de la prova específica d’accés als estudis superiors de disseny&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.1. Queden exemptes de fer la prova específica per accedir als ensenyaments artístics superiors de disseny les persones que puguin acreditar que tenen el títol de tècnic superior d’arts plàstiques i disseny o un títol declarat equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.2. L’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears ha d’aplicar aquesta exempció a les persones que ho sol·licitin i que ho acreditin documentalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Admissió a la prova específica d’accés &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears ha de comprovar, amb la documentació rebuda, que les persones que sol·liciten fer la prova compleixen els requisits establerts en l’apartat 2 d’aquest annex. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Llista provisional de persones admeses per fer la&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;prova específica d’accés i de persones excloses &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La llista provisional de persones admeses per fer la prova específica d’accés i de persones excloses s’ha de publicar el dia 4 de juny de 2019 al tauler d’anuncis i a la pàgina web de l’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Reclamacions &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les reclamacions contra la llista provisional de persones admeses per fer la prova específica d’accés i de persones excloses s’han de presentar el dia 5 i 6 de juny de 2019 davant la directora de l’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Llista definitiva de persones admeses per fer la prova específica d’accés &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.1. El dia 7 de juny de 2019, com a màxim, l’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears ha de publicar la llista definitiva de persones admeses per fer la prova específica d’accés. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.2. Contra la llista definitiva es pot presentar un recurs d’alçada davant el director general de Política Universitària i d’Ensenyament Superior en el termini d’un mes comptador des del dia de la publicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Comissió Avaluadora de la prova específica d’accés &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La composició de la Comissió Avaluadora es regula d’acord amb el que estableix el punt 3.5.1 de l’annex 1 de la Resolució del director general de Política Universitària i d’Ensenyament Superior de dia 15 d’abril de 2019 per la qual s’aproven les instruccions per regular les proves d’accés i el procés d’admissió i de matrícula als ensenyaments artístics superiors d’art dramàtic, de disseny i de música.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Data i horari en què s’ha de fer la prova específica d’accés&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.1. La prova específica d’accés als estudis superiors de disseny s’ha de fer el dia 10 de juny de 2019. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.2. L’horari i l’ordre en què es desenvoluparan les proves s’han de fer públics al tauler d’anuncis i a la pàgina web de l’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears amb una antelació mínima de 48 hores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Publicació de la relació d’estris &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La relació d’estris, en cas que siguin necessaris per al desenvolupament de la prova, s’ha de publicar al tauler d’anuncis i a la pàgina web de l’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears el mateix dia que es publica la llista definitiva de persones admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17. Verificació de la identitat dels aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els membres de la Comissió Avaluadora han de verificar la identitat dels aspirants abans de començar la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18. Incidències &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18.1. Quan hi hagi causes justificades que impedeixin a algun aspirant fer la prova o que alterin les condicions en què l’ha de dur a terme, la Comissió Avaluadora ho ha de comunicar a la Direcció General de Política Universitària i d’Ensenyament Superior, a la qual correspon decidir què cal fer d’acord amb el que consideri procedent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18.2. Aquestes incidències s’han de fer constar en l’acta d’avaluació de la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;19. Expedients de les persones inscrites &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears ha de posar a disposició de la Comissió Avaluadora la documentació presentada per les persones inscrites per fer la prova d’accés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;20. Correcció i qualificació de les proves &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20.1. Un cop acabada la prova, la Comissió Avaluadora ha de corregir cadascun dels exercicis que la componen i n’ha de calcular la nota mitjana de conformitat amb el que s’estableix en el punt 3.6 de l’annex 1 de la Resolució del director general de Política Universitària i d’Ensenyament Superior &lt;/span&gt;de dia 15 de abril de&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20.2. L’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears ha de custodiar els exàmens fets pels aspirants fins que no comenci el procés d’admissió i de matrícula del curs 2019-2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;21. Contingut de les actes d’avaluació &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En l’acta d’avaluació s’hi ha de fer constar la informació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Els llinatges i el nom dels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) El número del document oficial d’identificació dels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) Les qualificacions obtingudes en cadascun dels exercicis de la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;) La qualificació mitjana de la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;22. Actuació amb les actes d’avaluació &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;22.1. Una vegada estesa l’acta d’avaluació amb els resultats de les proves, tots els membres de la Comissió Avaluadora l’han de signar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;22.2. L’acta original s’ha d’arxivar a l’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears i s’ha de conservar fins que no comenci el procés d’admissió i de matrícula del curs 2019-2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El dia 12 de juny de 2019, l’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears ha de publicar la llista amb els resultats provisionals de la prova específica d’accés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;24. Reclamacions contra la llista provisional de persones aptes i no aptes &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;24.1. Contra la llista provisional de persones aptes i no aptes es pot presentar una reclamació davant la Comissió Avaluadora els dies 13 i 14 de juny de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;24.2. La Comissió Avaluadora ha d’estudiar el contingut de la reclamació i, si escau, ha de convocar la persona interessada a una sessió de revisió de l’examen per comentar-li els criteris de correcció i de qualificació que hi ha aplicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;24.3. La revisió de les reclamacions s’ha de fer els dies 17 i 18 de juny de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;25. Llista definitiva de persones aptes &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;25.1. El dia 19 de juny, la Comissió Avaluadora ha d’estendre i aprovar l’acta de la sessió amb la resolució de les reclamacions presentades i ha de publicar la llista amb els resultats definitius de la prova específica d’accés a la pàgina web de l’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;25.2. Les persones que no estiguin conformes amb el resultat de la revisió poden interposar un recurs d’alçada davant el director general de Política Universitària i d’Ensenyament Superior en el termini d’un mes comptador a partir de l’endemà de la data de publicació de la llista definitiva (fins al 20 de juliol de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;26. Contingut del certificat d’aptitud&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) El nom de la prova: «Prova específica per accedir als ensenyaments artístics superiors de disseny per a l’any acadèmic 2019-2020». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les persones que han superat la prova específica d’accés poden sol·licitar a l’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears el certificat d’aptitud que ho acredita a partir del dia 21 de juny de 2019. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B. Instruccions per formalitzar la sol·licitud d’admissió i la matrícula als estudis superiors de disseny &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;28. Sol·licitud per participar en el procés d’admissió i de matrícula&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La sol·licitud d’admissió s’ha de formalitzar preferentment en línia a través de la pàgina web de l’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt; (www.escoladisseny.com)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. La sol·licitud també ha d’estar disponible a la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Política Universitària i d’Ensenyament Superior &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;(http://dguni.caib.es)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. També es pot formalitzar a la secretaria del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;29. Termini per presentar la sol·licitud&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;29.1. Els aspirants als estudis superiors de disseny que han de superar la prova específica d’accés han de presentar la sol·licitud d’admissió als ensenyaments conjuntament amb la sol·licitud d’inscripció a la prova específica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;29.2. Els aspirants als estudis superiors de disseny que estan exempts de fer la prova específica i que, per tant, accedeixen directament a aquests ensenyaments han de presentar la sol·licitud d’admissió del dia 19 al 28 de juny de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;30. Procediment d’adjudicació de les places &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les places s’han d’adjudicar d’acord amb el procediment descrit en el punt 4.3 de l’annex 1 de la Resolució del director general de Política Universitària i d’Ensenyament Superior de dia 15 d’abril de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;31. Llista provisional d’adjudicació de places &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El dia &lt;/span&gt;12 de juny de 2019&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, l’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears ha de publicar la llista amb l’adjudicació provisional de les places. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;32. Reclamacions &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les reclamacions contra la llista provisional d’adjudicació de places s’han de presentar davant la directora de l’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears els dies 13 i 14 de juny de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;33. Llista definitiva d’adjudicació de places &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;33.1. El dia 19 de juny de 2019, com a màxim, l’Escola d’Art i Superior de Disseny de les Illes Balears ha de publicar la llista definitiva d’adjudicació de places. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;33.2. Contra la llista definitiva, s’hi pot presentar un recurs d’alçada davant el director general de Política Universitària i d’Ensenyament Superior en el termini d’un mes comptador des del dia de la publicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;34. Matriculació &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;34.1. Els aspirants que hagin estat admesos s’han de matricular, preferentment en línia del 19 al 28 de juny, o a la secretaria del centre del 19 al 28 de juny de 2019. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;34.2. Si l’aspirant no formalitza la matrícula en el període establert, perd la plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A. Estructura de la prova específica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La prova específica d’accés als ensenyaments artístics superiors de disseny consta de dos exercicis: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Primer exercici&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Escrit i de caràcter teòric, té una durada màxima d’una hora i mitja. Consisteix en l’anàlisi i la crítica d’un text, d’una imatge o d’una sèrie d’imatges o materials gràfics proporcionats per la Comissió Avaluadora i procedents dels mitjans habituals de comunicació i d’informació relativa a les diferents manifestacions del disseny. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En aquest exercici es valora: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- &lt;/strong&gt;EI grau de maduresa quant a la comprensió de conceptes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La utilització adequada del llenguatge i l’expressió escrita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La capacitat d’anàlisi, de síntesi i de relació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L’exercici es qualifica de 0 a 10 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Segon exercici&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De caràcter pràctic, s’ha de basar en material proposat per la Comissió Avaluadora referent a realitats bidimensionals o tridimensionals, que han de servir de models. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L’alumne pot triar una de les tres propostes següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Opció A&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Exercici de caràcter descriptiu que consisteix en la representació del model proposat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per la Comissió Avaluadora, amb les tècniques pròpies del dibuix tècnic. La durada màxima d’aquest exercici és de dues hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En aquest exercici es valora: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- L’ús del dibuix tècnic com a destresa i recurs per analitzar, sintetitzar i representar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- L’ús del dibuix tècnic com a instrument per comunicar la informació significativa que es vol transmetre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Opció B&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Exercici de caràcter analític-descriptiu que consisteix en la representació del model proposat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per la Comissió Avaluadora, amb les tècniques pròpies del dibuix artístic. La durada màxima d’aquest exercici és de dues hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En aquest exercici es valora: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- L’ús del dibuix artístic com a destresa i recurs per analitzar, sintetitzar i representar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- L’ús del dibuix artístic com a instrument per comunicar la informació significativa que es vol transmetre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Opció C&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Exercici de caràcter creatiu-comunicatiu que consisteix en el desenvolupament d’una proposta de disseny a partir d'una reinterpretació creativa del model proposat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per la Comissió Avaluadora. La durada màxima d’aquest exercici és de dues hores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En aquest exercici es valora: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- La qualitat de la proposta de reinterpretació del model quant a singularitat i adequació a l’enunciat de l’exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- L’adequació i la correcció de la comunicació gràfica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L’exercici es qualifica de 0 a 10 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cada convocatòria s’han de fixar els mitjans tècnics i materials per dur a terme els exercicis. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B. Qualificació final de la prova específica d’accés&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La qualificació final de la prova específica d’accés és la mitjana ponderada de les qualificacions obtingudes en els dos exercicis, el primer dels quals suposa un 40&amp;nbsp;% i el segon, un 60&amp;nbsp;%. Aquesta qualificació final s’ha d’expressar en termes numèrics del 0 al 10 amb dos decimals, que s’han d’arrodonir a la centena més propera o, en cas d’equidistància, a la superior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per superar la prova d’accés s’exigeix una qualificació final de 5 o superior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
