&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-top:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objecte &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1. L’objecte d’aquestes bases és la concessió d’ajudes econòmiques als programes de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;seguiment esportiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; (a partir d'ara PSE) o d'activitats de perfeccionament esportiu (a partir d'ara APE) organitzats per les federacions esportives de les Illes Balears entre l'1 d'octubre de 2017 i el 30 de setembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els PSE són plans executats per les federacions esportives per millorar la qualificaci&lt;/span&gt;ó tècnica, física i psicològica dels esportistes joves, fent-los un seguiment que permeti la detecció precoç de talents a la pràctica d’una modalitat esportiva específica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Les APE són accions puntuals (cursets, «stages», clinics, concentracions, etc.) organitzats per les federacions esportives per millorar tècnica, física i psicològicament als i a les esportistes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Dotació econòmica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1. La quantitat total destinada a aquestes ajudes és de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;300.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; amb càrrec a l’aplicació pressupostària 3410 48900 dels pressupostos de l’exercici 2019 distribuïts en les següents modalitats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modalitat A:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; ajudes econòmiques pel desenvolupament de PSE en les següents modalitats esportives: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;atletisme, tir amb arc, karate, piragüisme, tennis taula, motociclisme, bàdminton, gimnàstica, kickboxing, handbol i bàsquet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modalitat A1: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;aj&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;udes econòmiques pel desenvolupament de PSE entre l'1 d'octubre de 2017 i el 31 de gener de 2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;: 160.000 €, distribuïts de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per als esports individuals (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;atletisme, tir amb arc, karate, piragüisme, tennis taula, motociclisme, bàdminton, gimnàstica i kickboxing): 128.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Per als esports d'equip (handbol i bàsquet): 32.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modalitat A2: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ajudes econòmiques pel desenvolupament de PSE entre l'1 de febrer i el 30 de setembre de 2019: 80.000 €, distribuïts de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per als esports individuals (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;atletisme, tir amb arc, karate, piragüisme, tennis taula, motociclisme, bàdminton, gimnàstica i kickboxing): 64.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Pels esports d'equip (handbol i bàsquet): 16.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modalitat B:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; ajudes econòmiques per la realització d'APE en la resta de modalitats esportives no contemplades a la Modalitat A.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modalitat B1&lt;/strong&gt;: ajudes econòmiques per la realització d'APE entre &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'1 d'octubre de 2017 i el 31 de gener de 2019: 40.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modalitat B2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;: ajudes econòmiques per la realització d'APE entre l'1 de febrer i el 30 de setembre de 2019: 20.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Beneficiaris i obligacions de les entitats beneficiàries&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3.1. Podran beneficiar-se d'aquestes ajudes les federacions esportives constituïdes i inscrites legalment al registre d’entitats esportives del Govern de les Illes Balears, que hagin desenvolupat PSE o APE entre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'1 d'octubre de 2017 i el 31 de gener de 2019 o/i que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; tinguin previst desenvolupar PSE o APE entre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'1 de febrer i el 30 de setembre de 2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; a l’illa d’Eivissa i que compleixin els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;- Estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries amb la hisenda estatal i autonòmica i amb la Seguretat Social i no tenir deutes amb el Consell d’Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- No trobar-se sotmeses a cap dels supòsits de prohibició per ser beneficiari de subvencions establerts a l’article 10 del text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, i amb l’article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, &lt;/span&gt;de 17 de novembre, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3.2. Obligacions de les entitats beneficiàries:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Dur a terme l’activitat subvencionada que fonamenta la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Comunicar al Consell d'Eivissa qualsevol eventualitat que alteri o dificulti el desenvolupament de l’activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Sotmetre’s a les actuacions de comprovació, de seguiment i d’inspecció que pugui efectuar el Consell d'Eivissa i aportar tota la informació i la documentació que li sigui requerida en l’exercici d’aquestes actuacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Comunicar al Consell d'Eivissa la sol·licitud o l’obtenció d’altres subvencions per a la mateixa finalitat procedents de qualsevol administració o entitat pública o privada, nacional o internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Conservar els documents justificatius de l’aplicació dels fons percebuts, amb inclusió dels documents electrònics, mentre puguin ser objecte d’actuacions de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Reintegrar els fons percebuts en els supòsits previstos legalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; Adoptar les mesures de difusió relatives al caràcter públic del finançament de l’activitat objecte de l’ajuda, fent constar que l’activitat està subvencionada pel Consell d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h&lt;/em&gt;) I, en qualsevol cas, complir amb el disposat a l’article 10 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions, en relació amb l’article 13 de la Llei 38/2003 (Requisits per obtenir la condició de beneficiari o entitat col·laboradora), i a l’article 11 Decret legislatiu 2/2005, en relació amb l’article 14 (Obligacions dels beneficiaris) de la Llei 38/2003.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds de les ajudes es formalitzaran mitjançant instància, segons el model normalitzat que figura a l’annex 1 de les bases, degudament emplenat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds i tota la documentació indicada a continuació s'hauran de presentar, dins el termini establert en la convocatòria, per mitjans electrònics en la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (seu.conselldeivissa.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;), d'acord amb el que estableix l'art. 14.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Termini per a la presentació de&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; sol·licitud&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;s&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini per presentar les sol·licituds serà de DEU (10) DIES hàbils, que s’inicia l’endemà de la data publicació de l’extracte de la convocatòria de les ajudes regulades en aquestes bases al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;(BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
