    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es fa públic que al Ple del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sessió ordinària celebrada el 27 de febrer de 2019, se’n donà compte de l’elevació a definitiu de l’acord d’establiment del servei públic de tanatori i d’elevació a definitiu de l’acord d’aprovació del Reglament del Servei Municipal del Tanatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En conseqüència, de conformitat amb l’article 102.&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt; de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, es publica el text íntegre refós, tal i com disposa l’article 103.1 de l’esmentada llei, als efectes d’entrada en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El present reglament té per objecte regular les condicions de prestació dels serveis funeraris i activitats que es desenvolupen en el Tanatori de Formentera, l’organització, les empreses funeràries autoritzades, els usos i els preus públics per la prestació dels serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El servei públic desenvolupat en el Tanatori té per objecte fonamental facilitar als familiars i persones afins de les persones difuntes unes instal·lacions en condicions higienicosanitàries i dignes per al dipòsit i vetlla dels cadàvers fins al moment de la seva inhumació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Règim jurídic&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El Tanatori de Formentera, situat al polígon 7, parcel·la 74, venda des Brolls, Sant Francesc Xavier, Formentera, és un establiment funerari de titularitat del Consell Insular de Formentera, i es regeix en el seu funcionament per la normativa autonòmica reguladora de la Policia Sanitària Mortuòria, així com per la normativa jurídica sectorial aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Principis generals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Les activitats que es desenvolupin en el Tanatori municipal de Formentera es realitzaran orientades pels següents principis generals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;1. Principi d’igualtat o de no discriminació cap a les persones usuàries, que garanteixi el lliure accés als serveis i instal·lacions de l’establiment en idèntiques condicions, es tracti d’empreses funeràries o de públic en general, sense perjudici de l’aplicació dels preus públics que corresponguin a cada cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;2. Principi de transparència, que garanteixI la publicitat i l’accés a la informació relativa als preus, els horaris, els serveis i les instal·lacions de l’establiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;3. Principi de legalitat o de respecte a la normativa que, amb caràcter obligatori, resulta d’aplicació a totes les activitats que es desenvolupen en el Tanatori municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;4. Principi de bones pràctiques professionals que suposa respecte a la dignitat i honor de la persona difunta i els seus afins, i l’establiment de regles de conducta obligatòries per al personal, les empreses funeràries autoritzades i les persones usuàries que garanteixin aquest respecte i el manteniment de l’ordre a tot moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El servei de Tanatori és un servei públic de titularitat municipal que es gestionarà de forma directa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Els serveis prestats en les instal·lacions del tanatori de Formentera són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;b) Sala de tanatopràxia, tanatoestètica i autòpsies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;c) Sala d’accés i cerimònies:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera és el responsable directe de l’organització i gestió del servei, de les operacions desenvolupades en el Tanatori municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 7&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dels sol·licitants del servei&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Qualsevol persona, ja sigui física o jurídica, podrà sol·licitar els serveis del Tanatori, havent d’obtenir informació sobre les dependències, serveis i atencions disponibles, així com de les tarifes aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Les empreses funeràries autoritzades, en el cas d’existir una demanda per part d’un client, sol·licitaran al Consell Insular de Formentera la prestació del servei sol·licitat. Una vegada autoritzats i prestats, els serveis es liquidarà al Consell Insular de Formentera segons el règim de preus aprovat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;L’empresa funerària autoritzada es compromet a deixar en perfecte ordre els materials, instal·lacions i instrumentals utilitzats durant els serveis prestats, responent directament de les pràctiques i usos inadequats o mala praxi professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El Servei de sala d’accés i cerimònies, en els quals no es necessària empresa funerària autoritzada per a la realització del servei, una vegada sol·licitat el servei i abonada la taxa corresponent, el particular podrà fer ús de les instal·lacions en les condicions establertes a l’autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Autorització&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Les empreses que desitgin prestar serveis funeraris en el terme municipal de Formentera, i en el Tanatori en particular, hauran d’acreditar que tenen totes les autoritzacions i permisos necessaris per desenvolupar aquesta activitat, així com els requisits prevists al Decret 11/2018, de 27 d’abril, pel qual es regular l’exercici de la sanitat mortuòria de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Una vegada l’empresa funerària ha estat autoritzada, podrà prestar serveis en el terme municipal en les condicions establertes per al desenvolupament d’aquesta activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 9&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Característiques dels serveis prestats i manteniment de l’autorització&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Serà obligatori l’ús del Tanatori sempre que ho disposi la normativa autonòmica reguladora de la&amp;nbsp; Policia Sanitària Mortuòria, per disposició legal o per resolució explícita de les autoritats sanitàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Es respectarà en tot cas el principi d’igualtat d’accés de totes les empreses funeràries autoritzades que desitgin prestar servei a les instal·lacions del Tanatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 10&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cobertura de riscos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Les empreses funeràries són les responsables del pagament de tots els serveis prestats al Tanatori a instàncies seves o dels seus clients.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;En els supòsits de danys o reclamacions que les persones usuàries puguin presentar, i que siguin imputables a l’empresa funerària, aquesta respondrà dels mateixos per mitjà de l’assegurança que tingui concertada i, si no ho cobrís, directament, eximint en tot cas de responsabilitat al Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Activitats&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Les activitats que es poden desenvolupar en el Tanatori són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;a) La recepció de les persones difuntes, els trasllats i el dipòsit a les càmeres i/o a les Sales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;b) El condicionament, amortallament, vestit o altres operacions de les persones difuntes a demanda de la part interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;c) Facilitar els mitjans del tanatori per a les operacions de tanatopràxia, les autòpsies i altres que resultin pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;d) L’exposició de les persones difuntes a les sales de vetlla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;e) Qualssevol altres activitats relacionades amb els serveis funeraris que es realitzin, contractin o gestionin, en o des del propi tanatori pel Consell Insular de Formentera o per l’empresa funerària autoritzada o el seu personal, i que tinguin per objecte proporcionar a les persones difuntes la destinació que la legislació sanitària mortuòria preveu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Queda prohibida la utilització de les instal·lacions per altres fins diferents als anomenats amb anterioritat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 12&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Registres&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Se realitzaran les inscripcions, i es mantindrà actualitzat el Llibre de Registre del Tanatori, segons el que estableix el Decret 11/2018, de 27 d’abril, pel qual es regula l’exercici de la sanitat mortuòria de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Horaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El Tanatori romandrà obert i en servei des del moment en que sigui requerit el dipòsit del cadàver i fins que tingui lloc la seva inhumació o trasllat a un altre municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El Tanatori romandrà tancat i sense personal d’atenció al públic sempre que no s’estigui prestant cap servei, si bé existirà un telèfon d’atenció les 24 hores en el que es podrà sol·licitar la prestació del servei. Tant els horaris d’obertura, com el telèfon de contacte, estaran exposats en els accessos de les instal·lacions i a la pàgina web del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 14&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reserva de sales i serveis&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera disposarà d’un mecanisme de contacte perquè les empreses funeràries reservin, amb una antelació mínima de quatre hores, les sales i serveis del Tanatori que precisin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;La sol·licitud de reserva es formularà amb una antelació mínima de 4 hores en el model establert pel Consell Insular de Formentera i anirà acompanyada de la documentació establerta a la mateixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 15&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recepció de persones difuntes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;La recepció de les persones difuntes serà acompanyada de la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Certificat mèdic de defunció degudament signat pel personal facultatiu que correspongui si hagués mort de causa natural o per l’ordre d’inhumació del pertinent Jutjat d’Instrucció en cas de mort accidental o violenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Les empreses funeràries facilitaran les tasques del personal del tanatori limitant la seva intervenció i actuacions a les dependències autoritzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 16&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mobilitat per les dependències del tanatori&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;1. Serà públic l’accés i la permanència en les següents dependències del tanatori durant l’horari d’obertura: sales de vetlla i sala de cerimònies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;2. L’accés, circulació i permanència per les dependències del tanatori que no són d’accés lliure requerirà l’autorització expressa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;3. Les empreses funeràries, les empreses proveïdores i en general les persones la presència de les quals en el tanatori estigui justificada per raons professionals hauran de circumscriure la seva mobilitat a les dependències d’aquell on estigui autoritzada la seva presència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;4. El personal del tanatori tindrà restringit l’accés a aquelles dependències on no estigui justificada la seva presència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 17&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Comportament públic&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Les persones visitants es comportaran amb respecte, podent el Consell Insular de Formentera expulsar del recinte a qui no guardi un comportament adequat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 18&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Prohibicions especials&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;No es podran obtenir imatges sense autorització prèvia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Amb caràcter general, no es permetrà l’accés d’animals, a excepció de cans d’assistència i autoritzacions expresses, a l’interior de les instal·lacions del tanatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Els diferents serveis i activitats que es duen a terme en les dependències del Tanatori s’ajustaran a les següents regles:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;1. Els serveis prestats pel Consell, i els serveis prestats per l’empresa funerària autoritzada, estan subjectes a aprovació de les taxes corresponents per part del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;2.Tots els preus aplicables al Tanatori seran públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposicions addicionals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Situacions d’emergència&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;En situacions d’emergència les instal·lacions del Tanatori podran ser activades pel Consell Insular o per una altra autoritat competent per acollir persones difuntes fins al límit de la seva capacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exposició de difunts en altres llocs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;Pel que fa a l’exposició de persones difuntes aquesta s’ajustarà al que estableix el Decret 11/2018, de 27 d’abril, pel qual es regula l’exercici de la sanitat mortuòria de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposició final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Entrada en vigor&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:103%"&gt;De conformitat amb el previst en l’article 70 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d’abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local, el present Reglament entrarà en vigor una vegada s’hagi publicat el seu text íntegrament en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i hagi transcorregut el termini de quinze dies hàbils previst en l’article 65.2 de l’esmentat text legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra aquest acord es pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears amb seu a Palma (Mallorca), en el termini de dos mesos a partir del dia següent a la publicació present en el BOIB, tot això en relació amb els articles 10.1, 25, 46.1 i 46.4 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
