&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.La Llei orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d’educació, estableix que la formació permanent constitueix un dret i una obligació de tot el professorat i, també, és una responsabilitat de les administracions educatives de conformitat amb l’article 102.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.El Decret &lt;/span&gt;24/2015, de 7 d’agost, &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s’estableixen les competències i l’estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, estableix que les competències, entre d’altres, de la formació permanent del professorat s’exerciran per mitjà de la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.El &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Decret&lt;/span&gt; 41/2016, de 15 de juliol, pel qual es regula la formació permanent del professorat de l’ensenyament no universitari de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, determina a l’article 15.3 que els assessors de formació són nomenats per la directora general de Personal Docent a proposta de la directora general de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat entre el personal docent funcionari dels cossos de mestres, professorat d’ensenyament secundari, professorat tècnic de formació professional i professorat funcionari dels ensenyaments de règim especial, per un temps limitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.El punt 2 del mateix article estableix que en els concursos públics de mèrits per a &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la&lt;/span&gt; selecció del personal assessor de formació, de conformitat amb el barem establert en les convocatòries corresponents, s’han de valorar l’adequació del perfil professional al del lloc de treball, els mèrits, el currículum professional i la presentació d’un projecte de treball sobre el lloc de feina que se sol·licita. Així mateix, s’ha de dur a terme i valorar una entrevista personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.Finalment, al punt 4 d’aquest article es diu que la permanència en l’assessoria de formació té una limitació en el temps i està sotmesa a les avaluacions periòdiques de la tasca desenvolupada en les condicions que es determinin en la normativa de desplegament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.Aquesta&lt;/span&gt; convocatòria es regeix per l&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;’Ordre del conseller d’Educació i Universitat de dia 11 de març de 2016, modificada per&lt;/span&gt; l’Ordre del conseller d’Educació i Universitat de dia 24 d’abril de 2018, per la qual es regulen l’organització i el règim de funcionament de la xarxa de centres de professorat de les Illes Balears&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.La Llei orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d’educació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.L&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;’Ordre del conseller d’Educació i Universitat de dia 11 de març de 2016 &lt;/span&gt;per la qual es regulen l’organització i el règim de funcionament de la xarxa de centres de professorat de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5.L’Ordre del conseller d’Educació i Universitat de dia 24 d’abril de 2018 per la qual es modifica l’Ordre del conseller d’Educació i Universitat de dia 11 de març de 2016 per la qual es regulen l’organització i el règim de funcionament de la xarxa de centres de professorat de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.Aprovar la convocatòria pública per cobrir, en comissió de serveis, places d’assessors de formació als centres de professorat, les bases de la qual figuren en l’annex 1 d’aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.Aprovar l’annex 2 (relació de places d’assessors de formació), l’annex 3 (model de sol·licitud), l’annex 4 (projecte de treball) i l’annex 5 (barem de mèrits).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.Publicar aquesta Resolució i el seus annexos en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, les persones interessades poden interposar un recurs d’alçada davant el conseller d’Educació i Universitat, en el termini d’un mes comptador des de l’endemà d’haver-se publicat aquesta Resolució d’acord amb el que estableixen els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l’article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria té com a objecte cobrir places d’assessories de formació als centres de professorat, mitjançant un concurs públic de mèrits i en règim de comissió de serveis d’acord amb les condicions establertes a l’Ordre del conseller d’Educació i Universitat de dia 11 de març de 2016 per la qual es regulen l’organització i el règim de funcionament de la xarxa de centres de professorat de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Requisits dels candidats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.Per poder participar en aquest concurs els funcionaris docents han de complir els requisits fixats en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.Els requisits són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a)Ser funcionari de carrera en servei actiu d’un dels cossos següents: de mestres, de professorat d’educació secundària, de professorat tècnic de formació professional o de professorat d’ensenyaments de règim especial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b)Acreditar una antiguitat mínima de cinc anys com a funcionari de carrera en actiu en algun dels cossos a què fa referència el punt &lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c)Tenir una experiència docent de cinc anys, com a mínim, impartint docència directa a l’aula dels ensenyaments regulats per la Llei orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d)Estar destinat a qualsevol centre de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en el moment de la convocatòria per a la provisió de places d’assessories als centres de professorat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e)Acreditar els coneixements de llengua catalana mitjançant la possessió del certificat de capacitació corresponent a cada etapa educativa o alguna titulació equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f)No haver estar condemnat per sentència ferma per algun delicte contra la llibertat i identitat sexual, així com per tràfic d’éssers humans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.Els requisits del punt 2.2&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;a, b, c, d&lt;/em&gt; i&lt;em&gt; e&lt;/em&gt; els comprovarà d’ofici l’Administració a través del portal del personal. Si no hi consten o la informació del portal no és suficient per acreditar-los, els candidats han de presentar la documentació compulsada justificativa d’aquests requisits. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.Aquells funcionaris de carrera docents que no hagin autoritzat telemàticament la Conselleria d’Educació i Universitat perquè sol·liciti la certificació que acrediti que no han estat condemnats per sentència ferma per algun delicte contra la llibertat i la identitat sexual, d’acord amb la instrucció 1/2017 de la directora general de Personal Docent, han d’aportar aquest certificat juntament amb la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5.Els assessors de formació o els directors seleccionats en les convocatòries públiques de 2016 i 2017 no es poden presentar a aquesta convocatòria, ja que el seu nomenament es va fer per un període inicial de dos anys renovables per mitjà d’un procés d’avaluació (article 5.4 i article 8.3 de l’Ordre del conseller d’Educació i Universitat de dia 11 de març de 2016 per la qual es regulen l’organització i el règim de funcionament de la xarxa de centres de professorat de les Illes Balears) i no es pot admetre cap renúncia fora del termini establert, tal com preveuen les convocatòries esmentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;6.No poden presentar-se tampoc a aquesta convocatòria els assessors de formació i els directors que no hagin superat els processos d’avaluació de places d’assessoria o de direcció convocats el 2018 o el 2019, d’acord amb el que s’estableix als articles 13.3 i 15.4 del Decret 41/2016, de 15 de juliol, pel qual es regula la formació permanent del professorat de l’ensenyament no universitari de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Funcions dels assessors&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Les funcions dels assessors de formació, d’acord amb l’Ordre de 11 de març de 2016, són les que determina el Decret 41/2016, de 15 de juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. Obligacions de caràcter general &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.El professorat assessor ha de col·laborar en la realització d’activitats formatives d’altres CEP o de la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat, segons estableixi el Servei de Normalització Lingüística i Formació, amb el coneixement previ de la direcció del seu CEP d’origen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.La definició de places amb un perfil determinat no implica que les tasques del futur assessor s’hagin de limitar a l’àmbit del coneixement al qual opta i accedeix. De la mateixa manera, encara que el docent que opta a una plaça d’assessoria sigui especialista en alguna àrea, matèria o etapa educativa, ha d’atendre la seva tasca assessora des d’una perspectiva interdisciplinària i globalitzadora. El principi de complementarietat en el desenvolupament dels programes de formació exigeix que qualsevol assessor pugui i hagi de desenvolupar tasques formatives en qualsevol de les etapes educatives i en qualsevol aspecte curricular i d’organització que plantegin els centres educatius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. Condicions generals del lloc de feina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.L’horari de feina dels assessors és l’establert amb caràcter general per al professorat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.El personal docent destinat als centres de professorat s’ha d’incorporar al seu lloc de feina el dia 1 de setembre i hi ha de romandre fins al 15 de juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;6. Presentació de la sol·licitud, la documentació i el projecte de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.Les persones interessades han de presentar una sol·licitud i adjuntar, amb l’índex corresponent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a)Els documents justificatius del compliment dels requisits, si s’escau. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b)El projecte de treball referit a l’àmbit de l’assessoria sol·licitada, segons les indicacions de l’annex 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.Cada persona només pot sol·licitar una plaça d’assessoria, sempre que reuneixi els requisits exigits. A la sol·licitud s’ha d’indicar la plaça a la qual s’opta, així com l’àmbit de l’assessoria i el CEP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.Els requisits i mèrits de les persones interessades han de complir-se en la data d’acabament del termini de presentació de la sol·licitud, excepte els apartats 2.2 &lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt; i &lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt; dels requisits i els mèrits de l’apartat d’experiència professional de l’annex 5, que es computaran a 31 d’agost de 2019. Només es valoraran els mèrits recollits al Portal de Serveis al Personal&lt;span style="color:#00b050"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.La sol·licitud i la documentació que cal adjuntar especificada en el punt 6.1 s’ha de presentar en el termini de trenta dies naturals comptadors des de l’endemà de la data de publicació d’aquesta Resolució en el BOIB, d’acord amb el model que figura a l’annex 3, en un dels registres habilitats per la Conselleria d’Educació i Universitat, a les delegacions territorials o en qualsevol altra dependència referida en l’article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. Una còpia de la sol·licitud en què consti la data d’entrada al registre i el projecte de treball en format PDF també s’han de trametre a l’adreça de correu electrònic snlf@dgfpfp.caib.es dins el termini establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;7. Comissió de selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.S’ha de constituir una Comissió de Selecció, formada pels membres següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a)La directora general de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat, o persona en qui delegui, que la presidirà i que podrà dirimir amb el seu vot els empats que es puguin produir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b)El cap del Servei de Normalització Lingüística i Formació o persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c)Un inspector d’educació, designat pel cap del Departament d’Inspecció Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d)Un funcionari adscrit al Servei de Normalització Lingüística i Formació, que actuarà com a secretari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e)La cap del Servei d’Innovació Educativa, o persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.Una persona designada per cada una de les organitzacions sindicals amb representació a la Mesa Sectorial d’Educació de les Illes Balears podrà assistir, amb veu però sense vot, a les sessions de la Comissió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.Per a la constitució i el funcionament de la Comissió és imprescindible la presència d’un mínim de tres dels membres, entre els quals hi ha d’haver el president i el secretari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.Una vegada constituïda la Comissió es publicarà a la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat &amp;lt;http://dgfpfp.caib.es&amp;gt; la relació de les persones que la integren.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5.La publicació a la pàgina web de la Direcció General d’aquesta Resolució i de tots els altres documents lligats a aquest procediment, s’ha de considerar com a notificació als interessats d’acord amb el que preveu l’article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;6.La Comissió pot sol·licitar el parer de persones expertes en relació amb les funcions dels assessors als CEP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;7.Les funcions de la Comissió són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a)Verificar el compliment dels requisits d’accés de les persones sol·licitants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b)Valorar els mèrits dels candidats, segons el barem de l’annex 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c)Valorar el projecte dels candidats que hagin superat la primera fase del procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d)Dur a terme i valorar l’entrevista personal amb els candidats que hagin superat la primera fase del procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e)Resoldre els dubtes o les discrepàncies que puguin sorgir en el desenvolupament del procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f)Resoldre les reclamacions que es puguin produir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;g)Publicar les llistes provisionals i definitives de les diferents fases del procés a la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat &amp;lt;http://dgfpfp.caib.es&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;h)Fer la proposta d’assessors seleccionats per cobrir les places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;8.Els membres de la Comissió s’han d’abstenir d’intervenir, i ho han de notificar a l’autoritat competent, quan concorrin les circumstàncies previstes en l’article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, d’1 d’octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic. Igualment, els participants podran recusar els membres de la Comissió quan concorri alguna de les circumstàncies previstes a l’article 24 de la llei esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;8. Procediment de selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.El procediment de selecció consta de dues fases. Una primera fase en la qual s’han de comprovar els requisits&lt;span style="color:#4f6228"&gt; i&lt;/span&gt; valorar els mèrits, i una segona en la qual es valora el projecte i duu a terme una entrevista als aspirants que superin la primera fase de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.Primera fase de selecció: fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a)La Comissió de Selecció ha de comprovar que les persones sol·licitants reuneixen els requisits establerts en el punt 2 d’aquest Annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b)La Comissió ha de revisar i aplicar el barem de mèrits (annex 5). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c)La Comissió ha d’aprovar i publicar la relació provisional d’aspirants admesos i exclosos amb les puntuacions provisionals d’aquesta primera fase a la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat &amp;lt;http://dgfpfp.caib.es&amp;gt;. En el cas dels aspirants exclosos, s’ha d’indicar la causa d’exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d)Els aspirants poden presentar les al·legacions que estimin convenients contra la relació anterior, adreçades a la Comissió de Selecció, en el termini de cinc dies naturals comptadors a partir de l’endemà que es facin públiques, per qualsevol dels procediments recollits al punt 6.4 d’aquest Annex. Una còpia de les al·legacions en què consti la data d’entrada al registre també s’ha d’enviar a l’adreça de correu electrònic snlf@dgfpfp.caib.es dins el mateix termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e)Un cop estudiades i resoltes les reclamacions presentades, la Comissió ha de publicar la relació definitiva d’aspirants admesos i exclosos, amb les puntuacions definitives d’aquesta primera fase, a la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat &amp;lt;http://dgfpfp.caib.es&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.Segona fase de selecció: fase de projecte i entrevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a)Només poden ser valorades en aquesta segona fase les persones aspirants que no hagin estat excloses de la primera fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b)La Comissió ha de valorar el projecte de cada candidat, d’acord amb el guió que figura a l’annex 4, i l’ha de puntuar entre 0 i 10 punts. La no presentació del projecte és equivalent a valorar-lo amb 0 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c)La Comissió ha de dur a terme una entrevista, que s’ha de valorar entre 0 i 10 punts, que té una doble finalitat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Defensar el projecte presentat. La defensa no significa la reiteració de l’exposició dels continguts del projecte, que ja s’han formulat al document presentat, sinó de les bases i dels arguments en què es fonamenta. Els aspirants disposaran d’un màxim de deu minuts per defensar el seu projecte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Debatre amb la Comissió durant un màxim de quinze minuts sobre aspectes del projecte o qualsevol altre tema relacionat amb la formació permanent del professorat, el plantejament de qüestions pràctiques relacionades amb l’exercici de la funció assessora i l’àmbit de l’assessoria a la qual es presenta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Si l’aspirant no es presenta a l’entrevista, aquesta s’ha de valorar amb 0 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d)Per superar aquesta fase, és imprescindible obtenir una puntuació mínima de 5 punts a la valoració del projecte, i una puntuació mínima de 5 punts a l’entrevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;9. Selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.Una vegada acabades les dues fases, la Comissió ha de publicar una relació provisional de les persones aspirants amb les puntuacions assignades en aquesta fase, amb indicació de la puntuació del projecte, de l’entrevista i la puntuació total, que ha de ser la suma de la del projecte i la de l’entrevista. Aquesta informació es farà pública al web de la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat &amp;lt;http://dgfpfp.caib.es&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.La Comissió també ha de publicar l’adjudicació provisional de les places d’acord amb la puntuació total de cada aspirant que hagi superat les dues fases i que ha de ser la suma de les puntuacions obtingudes en cadascuna de les dues fases de selecció al web de la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat &amp;lt;http://dgfpfp.caib.es&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.L’ordre de prioritat per a l’adjudicació de les places és el de la major puntuació total obtinguda segons el punt 9.2. En cas d’empat en la puntuació final entre dos o més sol·licitants, s’ha d’adjudicar la plaça a la persona que hagi obtingut més puntuació en la segona fase; si l’empat continua, s’ha d’adjudicar al candidat que hagi obtingut més puntuació a l’apartat 2 del barem de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.L’endemà de la publicació de l’adjudicació provisional de places s’obre un termini de cinc dies naturals perquè les persones interessades puguin efectuar les possibles reclamacions o renúncies a aquesta adjudicació per qualsevol dels procediments recollits al punt 6.4 d’aquest annex. Una còpia de la reclamació o de la renúncia en què consti la data d’entrada al registre també s’ha de trametre a l’adreça de correu electrònic snlf@dgfpfp.caib.es dins el mateix termini. No s’admetrà cap renúncia fora del termini establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5.Un cop estudiades i resoltes les reclamacions i renúncies presentades, la Comissió ha de publicar les llistes definitives a la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat &amp;lt;http://dgfpfp.caib.es&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;10. Resolució, designació i provisió de les places&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.Un cop publicada l’adjudicació definitiva de les places, la Comissió elevarà la proposta a la directora general de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat, que ha de dictar una resolució provisional en què es declarin seleccionats els aspirants proposats per la Comissió. Aquesta resolució s’ha de publicar a la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat &amp;lt;http://dgfpfp.caib.es&amp;gt;. Una vegada publicada, s’estableix un termini de quatre dies naturals comptadors des de l’endemà de la publicació perquè els interessats puguin presentar una reclamació o la renúncia davant la directora general de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat per qualsevol dels procediments recollits al punt 6.4 d’aquest annex. Una còpia de la reclamació o de la renúncia en què consti la data d’entrada al registre també s’ha de trametre a l’adreça de correu electrònic snlf@dgfpfp.caib.es dins el mateix termini. Una vegada resoltes les reclamacions, la directora general de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat ha de dictar la resolució definitiva amb els aspirants seleccionats, que també s’ha de publicar al mateix web.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.Als aspirants que superin el procés de selecció i siguin nomenats per a les places del present concurs com a assessors de formació se’ls concedirà una comissió de serveis segons les condicions i procediments prevists al punt 4 de l’article 5 de l’Ordre del conseller d’Educació i Universitat de dia 11 de març de 2016 per la qual es regulen l’organització i el règim de funcionament de la xarxa de centres de professorat de les Illes Balears&lt;span style="color:red"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.Malgrat que es prengui possessió de la plaça d’assessor de formació, les persones nomenades han de participar en les activitats docents del curs acadèmic 2018-2019 previstes al seu centre, inclosa l’avaluació extraordinària de setembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.D’acord amb el punt 5 de l’article 5 de l’Ordre del conseller d’Educació i Universitat de dia 11 de març de 2016, en el cas que no s’hagin cobert la totalitat de les places convocades, la directora general de Personal Docent, a proposta de la directora general de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat, nomenarà per un període d’un any, en règim de comissió de serveis, persones funcionàries docents per ocupar aquestes places de manera provisional de l’1 de setembre de 2019 al 31 d’agost de 2020. Quan finalitzi aquest primer any, i fins que hi hagi un nou concurs de mèrits, la directora general de Personal Docent, a proposta de la directora general de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat, nomenarà per a cada curs escolar, en règim de comissió de serveis, persones funcionàries docents que ocupin aquestes places de manera provisional durant un any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;11. Avaluació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.Segons el punt 4 de l’article 5 de l&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;’Ordre del conseller d’Educació i Universitat de dia 11 de març de 2016&lt;/span&gt;, els assessors seleccionats en aquesta convocatòria han de ser avaluats en acabar el seu segon any com a assessors. Si el resultat de l’avaluació és positiu, es renova el nomenament, de nou en comissió de serveis, per un període de dos anys. Un cop finalitzat aquest segon nomenament, s’ha de dur a terme una nova avaluació que, si és positiva, permetrà la pròrroga de la comissió de serveis per quatre anys més.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.Les avaluacions s’han de dur a terme d’acord amb l’article 6 de l’Ordre esmentada. Les característiques de l’avaluació no recollides en l’article esmentat es dictaran mitjançant unes instruccions de la directora general de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat. En aquestes instruccions es podran detallar aspectes relatius a l’avaluació no recollits a l’Ordre, incloent-hi la possibilitat d’afegir més referents per a la realització de l’avaluació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.Si el resultat de l’avaluació és negatiu, no es renovarà la comissió de serveis i la persona assessora cessarà en les seves funcions en acabar la comissió de serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
