Aquesta distància podrà reduir-se sempre que se sol·liciti expressament i es compleixin les condicions que, en cada cas, fixi l'òrgan competent de l'Administració.</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:normal">3.- Lliure accés del personal i equips necessari per a poder vigilar, mantenir, reparar o renovar les instal·lacions amb pagament, si escau, dels danys que s'hi ocasionin.</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:normal">4.- Possibilitat d'instal·lar les fites per a senyalització o delimitació i els tubs de ventilació, així com de realitzar les obres superficials o subterrànies que siguin necessàries per a l'execució o funcionament de les instal·lacions.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:normal">II. L'ocupació temporal s'aplicarà sobre els terrenys necessaris per a l'execució de les obres, cobrint la franja que es reflecteixi per a cada finca en els plànols parcel·laris d'expropiació. En aquesta zona es podrà fer desaparèixer, temporalment, qualsevol obstacle i es realitzaran les obres necessàries per a l'estesa i instal·lació de canalització i elements annexos, executant els treballs o operacions precises per a aquestes finalitats.</span></span></span>​​​​​​​</p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
