2019-03-28 2019-03-30 text/html 2817 CAIB ca CAIB ![CDATA[Bases dels premis Sant Jordi de Literatura i de Punts de Llibre 2019]] 620225 ca CAIB 11664 ![CDATA[<p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">De conformitat amb allò establert a l'article 9.3 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, a continuació es fan públiques les bases reguladores de la convocatòria dels Premis Sant Jordi de Literatura i de Punts de Llibre 2019, aprovats per resolució del conseller executiu del Departament d'Educació, Patrimoni, Cultura i Joventut del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, de data 28 de març de 2019, següents:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">El Consell Insular d’Eivissa (CIE) a través del seu Departament d’Educació, Patrimoni, Cultura i Joventut, en virtut del que estableix l’article 70.18 de la LO 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, de reforma de l’Estatut d’Autonomia de les Illes Balears i des que fou transferida per la Llei 6/1994, de 13 de desembre, té com a competència el foment de la creació literària i de la creativitat artística, mitjançant la convocatòria i la concessió de premis, i és voluntat d’aquesta corporació seguir fomentant les dues accions i, a tal efecte, convocar l’edició de 2019 dels Premis Sant Jordi de Literatura i de Punts de Llibre per a alumnes de secundària i de batxillerat que enguany ja arriba a la 27a edició pel que fa a les categories literàries i a la 4a pel que fa al disseny de punts de llibre.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">En aquest sentit, el Departament d’Educació, Patrimoni, Cultura i Joventut, atès el Decret de Presidència núm. 285/2015, de 6 de juliol, d’estructura de govern del Consell Insular d’Eivissa i creació de departaments (BOIB núm. 103, de 10-7-2015, i modificacions posteriors), convoca el Premis Sant Jordi, de Literatura i de Punts de Llibre 2019, els quals estan previstos al Pla estratègic de subvencions del Consell Insular d’Eivissa per als anys 2018 i 2019, aprovat per acord del Consell Executiu en data 16 de març de 2018 (publicat al BOIB núm. 37, de 24 de març de 2018, modificat per resolució del conseller executiu del Departament d’Economia i Hisenda de data 24 de maig de 2018, publicada al BOIB núm. 70, de 7 de juny de 2018).</span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Primera. Objecte</span></span></strong></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">És l’objecte del premis Sant Jordi 2019 fomentar la creació literària i artística entre els estudiants de secundària i batxillerat a l’àmbit de l’illa d’Eivissa i, alhora, commemorar la festa de Sant Jordi.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Amb aquesta finalitat, es convoquen per a l’any 2019 dues modalitats de Premis Sant Jordi:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">- Modalitat A: Concurs Literari Sant Jordi per a alumnes de secundària i batxillerat d’Eivissa amb la finalitat de fomentar la creació literària entre l’alumnat eivissenc.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">- Modalitat B: Concurs Sant Jordi de Punts de Llibre, amb la intenció de fomentar la creació artística.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Segona. Participants</strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Podrà accedir a la convocatòria:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>a) . En la modalitat A, Concurs Literari Sant Jordi</strong>, qualsevol alumne/a que cursi estudis d’ESO i batxillerat a qualsevol centre de l’illa d’Eivissa.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>b). En la modalitat B, Concurs de Punts de Llibre</strong>, només l’alumnat de 4t d’ESO que cursi estudis a qualsevol centre de l’illa d’Eivissa.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><strong>Tercera. Crèdits pressupostaris</strong></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">L’import total d’aquestos premis és de 2.880 euros provinents de l'aplicació pressupostària 3340.48100 del pressupost de l’exercici 2019, desglossats de la següent manera:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Modalitat A: Concurs Literari Sant Jordi</strong> per a alumnes de secundària i batxillerat d’Eivissa amb la finalitat de fomentar la creació literària entre l’alumnat eivissenc:<strong> 2.160 </strong>euros.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Modalitat B: Concurs Sant Jordi de Punts de Llibre</strong>, amb la intenció de fomentar la creació artística: <strong>720 euros. </strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Quarta.</strong> <strong>Obligacions de les persones participants</strong></span></span></span></p> <ol> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">El fet de participar en aquest certamen suposa per part dels i de les concursants l’acceptació d’aquestes bases, de manera que en quedaran exclosos els i les participants que no compleixin els requisits que s’hi estableixen.</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Així mateix, la participació comporta l’acceptació de les decisions del jurat.</span></span></span></p> </li> </ol> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Cinquena. Modalitat B: Concurs Sant Jordi de Punts de Llibre</strong></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Hi ha una categoria única, adreçada només a alumnes de 4t d’ESO i amb un total de sis premis, un per a cada un dels sis punts seleccionats pel jurat, dotat cada un amb 120 euros.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Sisena. Forma de presentació per l’alumnat participant dels treballs</strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>6.1. Modalitat A: Concurs Literari Sant Jordi </strong><span style="color:#000000">per a alumnes de secundària i batxillerat d’Eivissa</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em>6.1.1. </em><span style="color:#000000">Requisits formals generals:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Les obres hauran d’estar escrites en català.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">No es poden presentar manuscrites, sinó impreses en lletra de format 12.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Els originals s’hauran de presentar només amb un títol.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">L’alumnat participant es responsabilitza totalment que no existeixen drets de tercers sobre els treballs literaris presentats (haver-los copiat) i es fan responsables de qualsevol reclamació que pogués sorgir per drets.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">No s’admetran els poemes ni les narracions que vagin signats per l’autor/a.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><em>6. 1. 2.</em> Requisits específics de cada modalitat:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Premi Ramon Muntaner de Narrativa</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Les obres hauran de tenir una extensió màxima de 5 fulls DIN A-4.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Podran ser narracions breus, diaris, memòries, relats de viatges, cartes, etc., i hauran de dur títol.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Només s’admetrà la presentació d’una obra per concursant.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:1.25cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Premi Marià Villangómez de Poesia</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Els poemes, encapçalats pel títol, hauran d’anar escrits per una sola cara.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">La seua extensió no pot sobrepassar els cent versos.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Cada concursant només podrà presentar un poema.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">S’admet la diversitat en qüestió de forma (rima, vers lliure, cal·ligrama) i temàtica.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>6.2. Modalitat B: Concurs Sant Jordi de Punts de Llibre</strong></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Format del punt de llibre i altres requisits</strong></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><em>6.2.1.</em><strong> </strong>Per ser admeses al concurs les obres només podran fer-se sobre la plantilla que es presenta com a <strong>annex 3</strong> d’aquestes bases, on s’ha de dibuixar l’anvers i el revers del dit punt, no s’ha de retallar.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><em>6.2.2</em>. Cada alumne/a participant només podrà presentar una obra. La temàtica dels punts i la tècnica que s’hi utilitzin són lliures.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><em>6.2.3</em>. Els punts de llibre hauran de ser necessàriament originals, inèdits i no poden haver estat premiats en cap altre certamen.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><em>6.2.4.</em><strong> </strong>Els i les alumnes participants en el concurs es responsabilitzen totalment que no existeixen drets de tercers sobre els dibuixos reproduïts (haver-los copiat) en els punts de llibre presentats a concurs, i es fan responsables de qualsevol reclamació que pogués sorgir per drets d'imatge o qualsevol altre dret al·legat per tercers.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Setena. Lloc i forma de presentació pel centre</strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Cada centre d’ensenyament secundari i batxillerat que hi vulgui participar haurà de presentar els treballs (no hi ha establert límit en el nombre de treballs a presentar) del seu alumnat de la següent manera al Registre General d’Entrada del Consell Insular d’Eivissa o en les altres formes previstes a l’article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">El centre participant haurà d'omplir un <strong>document de sol·licitud</strong> de participació en el concurs dels Premis Sant Jordi corresponent a l'any 2019 que està incorporat en aquestes bases com a <strong>annex 1</strong>. Tots els treballs hauran d’anar acompanyats obligatòriament del<strong> </strong>permís d’activitat, <strong>a</strong><strong>nnex 2</strong>.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Juntament amb aquesta instància es presentaran còpies dels DNI <span style="color:#000000">o NIE</span><span style="color:#bf0041"><strong> </strong></span>de cada alumne/a participant, els treballs del concurs literari originals i els dissenys dels punt de llibre utilitzant la plantilla establerta, <strong>annex 3.</strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Com la base quarta indica, així mateix l’alumne/a major d’edat o si no ho és, el pare, mare o tutor/a legal han d’emplenar i entregar al centre l’<strong>annex 4 </strong>(declaració responsable)</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Els annexos per participar en el concurs estaran a disposició al Departament d'Educació, Patrimoni, Cultura i Joventut o podran descarregar-se de la pàgina web </span><span style="color:null">www.conselldeivissa.es.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#00000a"><strong>Vuitena. Termini per a la presentació dels treballs</strong></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Les secretaries dels centres d’ensenyament tenen <span style="color:#000000"><strong>set dies hàbils</strong></span> des del dia següent al de la publicació de l’<strong>extracte de la convocatòria </strong>d'aquest Premi al <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em> (BOIB) com a <strong>data límit</strong> per presentar els treballs d’acord amb la base 7a.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Novena. Publicitat de la convocatòria </strong></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Una vegada aprovades les bases, <span style="color:#000000">es publicaran </span>al <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em>. Posteriorment es remetrà la convocatòria i l’extracte de la convocatòria a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions que donarà trasllat al <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em> de<span style="color:#000000"> l’extracte per a la seua publicació</span>, tal com estableix la normativa vigent de subvencions. L’eficàcia de la convocatòria queda supeditada a la publicació de l’extracte en el BOIB.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Desena.
