&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1.- Aprovar les bases que es transcriuen a continuació i aprovar la convocatòria d’ajuts econòmics per a estades a centres terapèutics o residencials ubicats fora de Menorca i per a desplaçaments i allotjaments derivats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;BASES QUE REGULEN LA CONCESSIÓ D’AJUTS DE L’AJUNTAMENT D’ES MIGJORN GRAN PER A ESTADES A CENTRES TERAPÈUTICS O RESIDENCIALS UBICATS FORA DE MENORCA I PER A DESPLAÇAMENTS I ALLOTJAMENTS DERIVATS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBJECTE I FINALITAT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.1 L’objecte d’aquestes bases és establir i regular els ajuts econòmics de l’Ajuntament d’Es Migjorn Gran destinats a subvencionar estades terapèutiques o residencials a centres ubicats fora de l’illa de Menorca i a subvencionar desplaçaments i allotjaments de les persones usuàries d’aquests centres o dels seus familiars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Les estades terapèutiques o residencials estan adreçades a l’atenció de persones amb discapacitat psíquica, física o psiquiàtrica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1.2 Aquests ajuts persegueixen les finalitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Possibilitar l’atenció social o sociosanitària a persones respecte de les quals els serveis socials o sanitaris públics han valorat que necessiten una estada en un centre residencial o terapèutic per al qual no hi ha recursos disponibles en els sistemes públics de protecció social a Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;b) Facilitar els desplaçaments i allotjaments de les persones usuàries d’aquests centres i de les seves famílies, que generen una despesa extraordinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.3 L’ajut es concep con una eina més per aconseguir els objectius definits pels serveis socials envers la persona o família destinatària, i no com un fi en sí mateix. La sol·licitud ha de formar part, per tant, d’un pla d’intervenció mitjançant el qual l’ajut pugui evitar un retrocés en el objectius aconseguits o un pèrdua de la qualitat de vida dels membres del nucli familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.4 Les sol·licituds respecte les estades efectuades durant l’any 2019 es poden presentar a partir de l’endemà d’haver-se publicat la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i fins el 30 de desembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.5 Es procurarà sempre que sigui possible, que el sol·licitant, els seus familiars i altres administracions confinancin part de l’objecte o del servei al qual va destinat l’ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. TIPOLOGIA D’AJUTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Aquests ajuts abasten la classificació següent segons les necessitats que s’hagin d’atendre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2.1 Ajuts per a estades en centres residencials o terapèutics&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Centres terapèutics o residencials d’atenció a persones amb discapacitat derivada de malaltia mental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Centres terapèutics o residencials d’atenció a persones amb discapacitat intel·lectual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Centres terapèutics o residencials d’atenció a persones amb trastorns de conducta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2.2 Ajuts per a transport i desplaçaments i allotjaments derivat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Desplaçaments per a la persona beneficiària de l’estada en el centre terapèutic o residencial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Desplaçament i allotjament per a acompanyants, en aquells casos en qué sigui necessari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Desplaçaments i allotjament per a visites de famílies, en el cas que sigui recomanable per a l’adequada evolució de la persona o per tal que participi en sessions terapèutiques familiars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. REQUISITS DELS BENEFICIARIS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Per poder optar a aquests ajuts s’han de complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Estar empadronat/ada en el municipi des Migjorn Gran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) Estar dins els sectors de població objecte de la convocatòria, és a dir, persones amb discapacitat psíquica, física o psiquiàtrica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;c) Justificar, mitjançant informes professionals, la necessitat de recurs residencial o terapèutic i la impossibilitat o no adequació d’accedir a un recurs adient a la xarxa pública de serveis socials o de salut de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. FINANÇAMENT I IMPORT MÀXIM PER TRANSPORT I ALLOTJAMENT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4.1 El finançament de les despeses per estades a centres es farà segons la capacitat econòmica dels beneficiaris, tenint en compte les següents condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Si la unitat familiar està formada per un sol membre, els ingressos mensuals no poden superar el 150% de l’IPREM. Per a l’any 2018, aquesta quantitat queda fixada en 939,95 euros mensuals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) Per unitats familiars amb més membres s’incrementarà en un 30% pel segon membre, en un 20% pel tercer i el 10% a partir del quart membre, tots ells sobre el barem de l’import màxim d’ingressos segons recull la taula següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;c) Per tal de calcular els ingressos econòmics de la unitat de convivència es farà la mitjana dels ingressos obtinguts en els darrers sis mesos anteriors a la data de la sol·licitud. En el cas que es valori necessari i per motiu de l’estacionalitat es podran tenir en compte els ingressos dels darrers dotze mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Excepcionalment, si no es compleix algun dels requisits, es pot concedir un ajut si de de la unitat de treball social es considera justificada la situació de necessitat. També ha d’estar degudament justificada amb els informes tècnics o mèdics que corresponguin en cada cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Se'n finançarà com a màxim el 35% del cost total de les despeses per estades a centres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Les persones que poden tenir dret a les despeses de transport i desplaçament i allotjament són els familiars fins al segon grau de consanguinitat i afinitat. Excepcionalment, també hi tenen dret altres familiars quan un informe social justifiqui la necessitat de la visita d'aquesta persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Seran subvencionades les despeses realitzades entre l’1 de gener i el 30 de desembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Les ajudes tant d'estades a centres , com de transport, desplaçament i d'allotjament són imports màxims. El pagament de les ajudes s'efectuarà en funció de la despesa justificada per a cada concepte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. REGIM DE COMPATIBILITAT AMB ALTRES AJUTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Les subvencions que s’atorguin de conformitat amb aquestes bases són compatibles amb la concessió d’altres ajuts, sens perjudici de l’obligació de les persones beneficiàries de comunicar-ho a l’Ajuntament d’Es Migjorn Gran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L’import de les subvencions que es concedeixin no por superar en cap cas, de manera aïllada o amb la concurrència amb altres ajuts, el cost de l’activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En qualsevol cas, l’obtenció concurrent de subvencions o ajudes atorgades per a la mateixa finalitat, quan el conjunt d’ajudes rebudes superi el cost total de l’activitat, podrà donar lloc a la modificació de la resolució de concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. SOL·LICITUDS I DOCUMENTACIÓ &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Les sol·licituds s'han d'adreçar a l’òrgan administratiu municipal competent en matèria de serveis socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Els expedients han d’incloure la documentació següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Còpia del DNI de la persona beneficiària i/o del seu representat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) Certificat d'empadronament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;c) Justificació dels ingressos o les rendes de la unitat familiar del peticionari o, si pertoca, còpia de la seva declaració de la renda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;d) Còpia del llibre de família de la persona beneficiària. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;e) informe social i proposta de finançament emesa per la Unitat de Treball Social des Migjorn Gran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;f) els informes socials, psicològics i mèdics que corresponguin i justifiquin les circumstàncies que motiven la petició de l’ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;g) còpia del certificat oficial de grau de discapacitat o resolció del reconeixement del grau de dependència, en el seu cas, expedida per l’Administració autonòmica competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;h) Full de dades bancàries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;i) Declaració responsable de no estar sotmès a cap de les circumstàncies que determinen la impossibilitat d’obtenir la condició de beneficiari recollides en l’article 13.2 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, publicada en el BOE núm. 276 de 18 de novembre de 2003.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;j) Qualsevol altra documentació que ajudi a valorar la situació de la persona o unitat familiar que sol·licita l’ajuda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. INICI DE L’EXPEDIENT I EXAMEN DE LA DOCUMENTACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Els ajuts es concediran d’acord amb els principis d’objectivitat, transparència, igualtat, no discriminació i publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;L’inici de l’expedient s’efectuarà per mitjà de l’aprovació de la convocatòria corresponent per part de l’òrgan municipal competent de l’Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. OBLIGACIONS QUE ES CONTREUEN PER PART DELS BENEFICIARIS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Són obligacions dels beneficiaris de les ajudes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Destinar l'import de l'ajuda a l'objecte per al qual s'ha sol·licitat aquesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació que efectuï l’Administració que tengui atribuïda la competència d’instruir els esmentats ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;c) Comunicar a l’Administració que tengui atribuïda la competència d’instruir els ajuts l'obtenció de subvencions o ajudes per a idèntica finalitat, procedents de qualsevol ens públic o privat, estatal o internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;d) Justificar l'ajuda concedida a petició de l’Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. MODIFICACIÓ DE LA RESOLUCIÓ DE CONCESSIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Qualsevol alteració de les condicions tingudes en compte per a la concessió de l'ajuda i, en qualsevol cas, l'obtenció concurrent de subvencions o ajudes atorgades per altres administracions o ens públics o privats, estatals o internacionals, pot donar lloc a la modificació de la resolució de concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. REVOCACIÓ DE LES AJUDES CONCEDIDES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;D’acord amb el que disposa l’article 37 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, s’ha de revocar la subvenció quan, posteriorment a la resolució de la concessió el beneficiari d’aquesta incompleixi totalment o parcialment les obligacions o els compromisos contrets als quals està condicionada l’eficàcia de l’acte de concessió de la subvenció. Com a conseqüència de la revocació de la subvenció, queda sense efecte l’acte de concessió i pertoca el reintegrament de les quantitats percebudes indegudament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. REINTEGRAMENT DE LES AJUDES CONCEDIDES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;D’acord amb el que disposen els articles 37 i 38 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;general de subvencions, el beneficiari ha de reintegrar totalment o parcialment les quantitats rebudes i, si n’és el cas, l’interès de demora, en els casos següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L’incompliment de la finalitat per a la qual es concedí la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L’obtenció de la subvenció sense que es compleixin les condicions requerides per a això, o quan s’alterin les condicions tingudes en compte per concedir-la, sempre que sigui per causes imputables al beneficiari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L’incompliment de l’obligació de justificació o la justificació insuficient, en els termes establerts en l’article 30 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La negativa a sotmetre’s a les actuacions de comprovació i control previstes en la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, o l’obstrucció injustificada d’aquestes actuacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Per reintegrar les ajudes s’han d’aplicar els procediments prevists per a aquest efecte en els articles 41, 42 i 43 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, en els quals s’han de garantir l’audiència a les persones interessades. Les quantitats reintegrades tenen la consideració d’ingressos de dret públic i es poden exigir per la via de constrenyiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. RÈGIM D’INFRACCIONS I SANCIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El règim d’infraccions i sancions administratives aplicables és el que estableix el títol IV de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i, en el seu cas, a la normativa de desplegament en matèria de subvencions que hagi aprovat l’entitat que tingui atribuïda la gestió d’aquests ajuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L’òrgan competent per imposar les sancions que es derivin d’infraccions de l’establert en aquestes bases i de la normativa aplicable a les entitats locals en matèria de subvencions és determinarà, d'acord amb el que estableixen els articles 66.3 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i 21 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d’abril, que regula les bases del règim local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. INSPECCIÓ &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;D’acord amb el que disposen aquestes bases, les subvencions que es concedeixin s’han de sotmetre a la inspecció corresponent segons la normativa legal vigent que hi resulti aplicable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. NORMATIVA APLICABLE &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En tot allò no previst expressament en aquestes bases regeixen les disposicions que siguin aplicables a les administracions públiques locals en matèria de subvencions. «&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
