    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vist l’article 101 de la Llei Orgànica 6/1985, d’1 de juliol, del Poder Judicial i els articles 4 a 6, 20, 21 i article 28 del Reglament 3/1995, de 7 de juny, dels Jutges de Pau i en compliment de la Resolució d’Alcaldia número 2019-0085 de data 20.03.2019, per la que s’inicia el procediment d’elecció de Jutge/essa de Pau, titular i substitut/a, d’aquest municipi, es fa públic, per a coneixement general, el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES PER LA CONVOCATÒRIA PÚBLICA PER L’ELECCIÓ DE JUTGE/ESSA DE PAU, &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TITULAR I SUBSTITUT/A DEL MUNICIPI D’ALAIOR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Els requisits legalment establerts per ser Jutge/essa de Pau titular o substitut, són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Ser espanyol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Ser major d’edat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Reunir les condicions de capacitat i de compatibilitat, del Reglament 3/1995, de 7 de juny, de Jutges de Pau i de la Llei Orgànica 6/1985, d'1 de juliol, del Poder Judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Residir al municipi d’Alaior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Termini de presentació de sol·licituds. Els interessats presentaran la seva sol·licitud en el termini de 20 dies hàbils &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;comptadors des de l'endemà en el que aparegui publicat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; l’edicte en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Les sol·licituds es presentaran, utilitzant el model establert per a la convocatòria, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;adjuntant el currículum-vitae&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per qualsevol d’aquests mitjans:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n el Registre General de l'Ajuntament d’Alaior, seu física, C. Major, 11, horari de dilluns a divendres de 8:00 a 14:30h, i els dijous també de 16:00 a 19:30h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- En la Seu electrònica de l’Ajuntament d’Alaior (https://alaior.sedelectronica.es), Administració general: assumptes jurídics: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sol·licitud de participació en el procés d'elecció de Jutge/ssa de Pau, Titular i Substitut/a o a la URL: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;https://alaior.sedelectronica.es/catalog/t/499c50e0-0726-4ced-b237-2fa4860e57d7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- A qualsevol dels punts de registre detallats a l’article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; Correspon al Ple de l'Ajuntament, amb el vot favorable de la majoria absoluta dels membres, elegir les persones que han d'ocupar el càrrec de Jutge/essa de Pau, titular i substitut/a, d'aquest municipi, de conformitat amb el que disposa l’article 6 del Reglament 3/1995, de 7 de juny, dels Jutges de Pau i l’article 101.2 de la Llei Orgànica 6/1985, d’1 de juliol, del Poder Judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt; La durada màxima del nomenament de Jutge de Pau, és de quatre anys, segons l’article 4 del Reglament 3/1995, de 7 de juny, dels Jutges de Pau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.&lt;/strong&gt; Al Jutjat de Pau d’Alaior, C. Santa Rita, 20 d’Alaior, telèfon 971371210, en horari de dilluns a divendres de 12:00 a 14:30h, es podrà examinar l'expedient i es podrà obtenir la informació necessària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.&lt;/strong&gt; En cas que no hi hagués sol·licitants, el Ple ho elegirà lliurement, segons l’article 6 del Reglament 3/1995, de 7 de juny, dels Jutges de Pau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
