&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"EXTRACTE DE LA &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;CONVOCATÒRIA DE BEQUES DE FORMACIÓ PRÀCTICA PER A ESTUDIANTS UNIVERSITARIS 201&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Codi de la Convocatòria: 444773&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb el previst en els articles 17.3.b i 20.8.a de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de Novembre, General de Subvencions, es publica l'extracte de la convocatòria el text complet de la qual pot consultar-se en la Base de dades Nacional de Subvencions (http://www.pap.minhap.go.es/bdnstrans/index):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.- Beneficiaris.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Podran sol·licitar aquestes ajudes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Hi poden participar els estudiants de Grau, Màster Universitari o títol propi de la UIB (que tenguin com a mínim 160 hores) i que hagin superat almenys un 50 per cent dels crèdits dels estudis. En el cas dels Màsters universitaris o títols propis de la UIB que tinguin una durada d'un curs acadèmic, les condicions de participació seran les que s'estipulin al pla d'estudis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Tenir un número de la Seguretat Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Els titulats no poden gaudir d'aquest tipus de pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per als estudiants que no siguin de la UIB s'establiran en primer lloc els corresponents convenis amb les universitats corresponents tot i que els requisits seran els mateixos i les quanties a pagar també.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els peticionaris han d’estar al corrent de les seves obligacions fiscals amb aquest Ajuntament, i no ser deutors al mateix per qualsevol altre concepte no tributari. De no ser així, tendran 10 dies hàbils per a resoldre la deficiència detectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El simple fet de presentar la sol·licitud de les beques de formació pràctica, suposa acceptar aquestes bases i en cas de falsedat o omissió total o parcial de la documentació presentada s’incorrerà en responsabilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Els alumnes de la UIB han d’estar inscrits al DOIP o s’hi han d’inscriure per optar a la beca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.- Objecte.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L’objecte d’aquesta convocatòria és regular les ajudes que concedirà l’Ajuntament d’Andratx a estudiants universitaris per afavorir la seva formació i pràctica professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="circle"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L’objectiu prioritari d’aquestes ajudes és completar la formació acadèmica, adquirir experiència&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; i donar suport professional a&lt;/span&gt; l'alumne. Per tant, no hi ha vinculació laboral entre l'Ajuntament i l'alumne.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les pràctiques extracurriculars d’alumnes de Grau, Màsters Universitaris i títols propis de la UIB queden regulades per la següent normativa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;ol class="circle"&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Real Decreto 592/2014, d’11 de juliol de 2014 publicat al Butlletí Oficial del Estat número 184 de 30 de juliol de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Acord normatiu del dia 19 de setembre de 2014 de la UIB publicat al FOU número 405 de 17 d’octubre de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ol&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les pràctiques extracurriculars en empreses/entitats suposen l’acolliment a l'Ajuntament d'Andratx d’un/a estudiant universitari/ària, durant un màxim de 650 hores per curs acadèmic, per completar pel que fa a la pràctica la formació acadèmica de l’estudiant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L’objectiu de les pràctiques és la formació de l’estudiant universitari/ària, per tant, no hi ha vinculació laboral entre l’empresa/entitat i l’estudiant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer- Bases Reguladores.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ordenança General de Subvencions de l’Ajuntament d’Andratx&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.- Quantia.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La beca -que ha de ser abonada per l'Ajuntament- depèn del nombre d'hores de pràctiques que l'estudiant/a faci al dia. A la retribució esmentada a continuació se li ha d'aplicar un 2 per cent de retenció d’IRPF, que s’ha de restar a les quantitats brutes, que seran mensuals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;90 euros bruts, si l’estudiant/a realitza una hora diària. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;180 euros bruts, si l’estudiant/a realitza dues hores diàries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;270 euros bruts, si l’estudiant/a realitza tres hores diàries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;360 euros bruts, si l'estudiant/a realitza quatre hores diàries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;450 euros bruts, si l'estudiant/a realitza cinc hores diàries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;540 euros bruts, si l'estudiant/a realitza sis hores diàries (només durant els períodes no lectius). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;630 euros bruts, si l'estudiant/a realitza set hores diàries (només durant els períodes no lectius).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Ajuntament abonarà a la Seguretat Social la quota empresarial de cotització corresponent &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al&lt;/span&gt; becari, establerta segons el RD 1493/2011, de 24 d’octubre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Càrrec de l'aplicació pressupostària 32&lt;/span&gt;6.48101 Beques formació Pràctica, amb la quantitat de vint mil euros (20.000,00.- €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quint.- Termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds hauran de presentar-se al SAC de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx en horari de 8'30 a 13'30h de dilluns a divendres. Així mateix també es podran presentar en els llocs establerts en l’art. 18, de la Llei 39/2015 de 1 d'octubre 2015, Procediment Administratiu Comú. El termini serà de 15 dies a partir de la publicació de l'extracte de les mateixes al BOIB."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
