    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aprovada per la Junta de Govern Local, en sessió ordinària celebrada dia 15 de març de 2019, la convocatòria per ajudes i subvencions, es fa públic la present convocatòria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«CONVOCATÒRIA BEQUES PER A ESTUDIS POSTOBLIGATORIS&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;CURS 2018/2019&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- OBJECTE.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;L’objecte d’aquesta convocatòria és regular els ajuts que concedeixi l’Ajuntament d’Andratx als estudiants que cursen estudis postobligatoris (batxiller, cicle formatiu, estudis universitaris, estudis de règim especial i/o estudis que condueixin a un títol oficial) durant el curs 2018/2019 amb independència del centre en el que estiguin matriculats per tal de sufragar les despeses consistents en escolarització, llibres, allotjament, material escolar, activitats de reforç i programes especials d'educació així com les despeses derivades del transport dels alumnes al centre educatiu matriculats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- REQUISITS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Estar matriculat en un curs postobligatori (batxiller, cicle formatiu, universitari, estudis de règim especial i/o estudis que condueixin a l’obtenció d’un títol oficial).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Estar empadronat al municipi d'Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Estar al corrent de les obligacions fiscals amb aquest Ajuntament, i no ser-hi deutors per qualsevol altre concepte tributari. De no ser així, tendran 10 dies hàbils per resoldre la deficiència detectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- El simple fet de presentar la sol·licitud de les beques 2018/2019 suposa acceptar-les i en cas de falsedat o omissió total o parcial de la documentació presentada s’incorrerà en responsabilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- S’estableix la compatibilitat amb altres subvencions, ajudes, ingressos o recursos per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents de qualsevol Administració o ens públic o privat, nacional, de la Unió Europea o d’organismes internacionals sempre i quan la quantia total de tots els ajuts no superi les despeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.- DOCUMENTACIÓ PER SOL·LICITAR I JUSTIFICAR L'AJUT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per sol·licitar aquest ajut s’haurà de presentar la sol·licitud (que es troba a la pàgina &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;www.andratx.cat&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;) degudament emplenada amb la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; DNI &lt;/span&gt;de l’estudiant, i del pare i de la mare (o tutors) en cas de ser menors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Matrícula, o qualsevol document oficial que acrediti estar cursant un estudi postobligatori, curs 2018/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Document de transferència bancària, facilitat per l'Ajuntament d'Andratx. (www.andratx.cat).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Declaració responsable, degudament signada, de no haver cobrat ni estar pendent de cobrament de cap beca per part de l'estudiant i del pare/mare o tutor/a legals amb el mateix concepte de la present o bé en cas de haver sol·licitat i/o rebut una beca amb el mateix concepte aquesta ha de ser menor o igual a les despeses totals de les dues beques juntes i ha d’estar declarada i justificada en la seva totalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Documentació justificativa de la despesa igual o superior a la quantitat sol·licitada, relacionada amb els estudis en curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.- TERMINI I PRESENTACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Les sol·licituds hauran de presentar-se al SAC de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx en horari de 8'30 a 13'30h de dilluns a divendres. Així mateix també es podran presentar en els llocs establerts en l’art. 18, de la Llei 39/2015 de 1 d'octubre 2015, Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques. El termini de presentació serà de 15 dies hàbils a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.- NATURALESA DELS AJUTS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Són de caràcter voluntari i temporal; no seran adduïbles com a precedent i no es podrà exigir augment o revisió de la quantitat assignada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;L'import de les subvencions establertes en cap cas podrà ser de tal quantia que, aïlladament o en concurrència amb subvencions o ajudes d'altres Administracions Públiques, o d'altres organismes públics o privats, nacionals o internacionals, superi el cost de l'activitat a desenvolupar pel beneficiari (article 4.7 de la Ordenança General de Subvencions). D’ésser així, l’interessat ho haurà de posar en coneixement de l’Ajuntament d’Andratx als efectes oportuns. En cas de no fer-ho, s’hauria d’iniciar en contra del sol·licitant l’oportú procediment sancionador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.- QUANTIES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;No podrà gastar-se més del pressupostat per a aquesta subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Si a l'hora de determinar els ajuts corresponents a les sol·licituds, el crèdit pressupostari no fos suficient per concedir-les totes, es reduirien proporcionalment les quanties resultants fins que no es superi l'import global de la concessió pressupostària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.- PROCEDIMENT &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El procediment de concessió de la subvenció és per concurrència competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Una vegada acabi el termini per presentar les sol·licituds de subvenció, es comprovarà si aquestes reuneixen els requisits exigibles; en cas contrari, es requerirà a l'interessat perquè, en un termini de 10 dies hàbils, resolgui la falta o acompanyi els documents preceptius, amb indicació que, si així no ho fes es tendrà per desistida la seva petició, la qual s’arxivarà prèvia resolució que haurà de ser dictada en els termes de l’art. 68 de la Llei 39/2015, Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Tot seguit s’estudiaran i comprovaran els requisits generals de les sol·licituds presentades i serà l'òrgan instructor, el regidor delegat de l’Àrea d’Educació, qui formularà la proposta de resolució degudament motivada. Es concedirà un termini de 10 dies per a presentar al·legacions. En aquest cas de no haver al·legacions, la proposta de resolució formulada tindrà el caràcter de definitiva. En el cas que es presentin al·legacions un cop examinades i resoltes , es formularà la proposta de resolució definitiva per la Junta de Govern Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Els ajuts concedits seran objecte de publicació en el tauler d’anuncis, a la pàgina web d’aquest Ajuntament, i a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (BDNS) i no seran objecte de notificació individual. Per altra part, les sol·licituds resoltes negativament, sí seran objecte de notificació individual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra la resolució d’aquests ajuts es podrà interposar un recurs de reposició en el termini d’un mes davant el mateix organisme que l’ha resolt, o bé directament un recurs contenciós administratiu en el termini de dos mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.- JUSTIFICACIÓ.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Justificació de la beca mitjançant factura (s'haurà d'acreditar el pagament mitjançant rebut o transferència bancària, no s'acceptaran les factures que simplement duguin la paraula pagat o similar) &lt;strong&gt;haurà de ser presentada juntament amb la sol·licitud de la beca i en els mateixos terminis.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.- PAGAMENT.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La dotació econòmica total de la partida pressupostària prevista als pressuposts de l’Ajuntament d’Andratx pels ajuts econòmics als estudis postobligatoris per al curs 2018/2019 és de&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; 50.000,00.- € a càrrec de la partida pressupostària 326.48100.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.- DRET SUPLETORI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En tot allò que no es preveu en aquesta convocatòria, serà d’aplicació l’Ordenança Municipal reguladora de la concessió d’ajuts i subvencions; la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d'octubre 2015 del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions; i el seu Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11.- PUBLICACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Publicar aquesta Convocatòria en el BOIB, en el tauler d’anuncis, a la pàgina web de l’Ajuntament i a la BDNS.&lt;/strong&gt;»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.18cm"&gt;La qual cosa es fa públic pel seu general coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
