&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Amb a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;questa resolució es va a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;utoritzar la despesa dimanant d’aquest expedient per l’import total &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;màxim de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.383&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;0&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;0&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;0.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(IVA exempt)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 402312822709.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; La convocatòria es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 129, de 18 d'octubre de 2018 i una vegada finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds han presentat sol·licitud per al primer concert social per al &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ervei &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de centre de dia &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per a persones amb discapacitat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;física&lt;/span&gt; les següents entitats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ASSOCIACIÓ BALEAR D'ESCLEROSI MÚLTIPLE (en endavant ABDEM).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ASSOCIACIÓ BALEAR DE PERSONES AMB DISCAPACITAT FÍSICA (en endavant ASPROM).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ASOCIACIÓN PARA LA REHABILITACIÓN DE ACCIDENTADOS CEREBRALES (en endavant REHACER).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; Per part del Servei d'Autoritzacions, Registre i Inspecció de Centres i Serveis Socials, en data 7 de novembre de 2018, s'informà sobre els serveis autoritzats i vegents de les entitats sol·licitants, així com de l'existència o no d'expedient sancionador en matèria de serveis socials per infraccions de les que consten en els articles 128 i 129 de la Llei 4/2009, de Serveis Socials de les Illes Balears durants els darrers 24 mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. &lt;/strong&gt; La responsable del Servei de Persones amb Discapacitat va emetre informe tècnic, de data 12 de novembre de 2018, per a la Comissió Avaluadora, en el qual es detalla, entre d'altres, les sol·licituds rebudes i l'anàlisi efectuat per part de la Direcció Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. &lt;/strong&gt;La Comissió Avaluadora es va reunir en dates 12 de novembre de 2018, 7 i 13 de desembre de 2018, acordant, després del pertinent tràmit d'esmenes, admetre a les entitats ABDEM, ASPROP i REHACER, així com presentar l'informe proposta per a la concessió del primer concert social del &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;servei &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;centre de dia &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per a persones amb discapacitat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;física.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. &lt;/strong&gt;Atès que, en data 4 de gener de 2018, va tenir entrada al Servei Juridicoadministratiu la proposta de resolució del Director Insular de Persones amb Discapacitat, &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;de data 17 de desembre de 2018, segons la qual es&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;proposa que la Presidenta de l'IMAS resolgui l'adjudicació del concert de 50 places &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del servei de centre de dia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; per a persones amb discapacitat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;física&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;així com 6 places de transport social, les quals podran incloure com a màxim 3 places de complement per transport adaptat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;per un període de dos anys prorrogables dos anys més a favor de&lt;/span&gt; les entitats sol·licitants &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;i de conformitat a la següent distribució de places:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;En data 8 de gener de 2019 s'ha comprovat per part del Servei Juridicoadministratiu que les entitats ABDEM, ASPROM i REHACER no consten a la relació de prohibicions de contractar vigents i inscrites en el ROLECE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Consideracions&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;jurídiques&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;La Llei 9/2017, 8 de novembre, de Contractes del Sector Públic, per la qual es transposen les Directives del Parlament Europeu i del Consell 2014/23/UE i 2014/24/UE, de 26 de febrer de 2014, en el seu article 11.6 estableix que: &lt;em&gt;«Queda exclosa de la present Llei la prestació de serveis socials per entitats privades, sempre que aquesta es realitzi sense necessitat de celebrar contractes públics, a través, entre altres mitjans, del simple finançament d'aquests serveis o la concessió de llicències o autoritzacions a totes les entitats que compleixin les condicions prèviament fixades pel poder adjudicador, sense límits ni quotes, i que aquest sistema garanteixi una publicitat suficient i s'ajusti als principis de transparència i no discriminació».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. &lt;/strong&gt;L’article 89.1 de la Llei 4/2009, d’11 de juny, de serveis socials de les Illes Balears, estableix que “&lt;em&gt;les administracions públiques de les Illes Balears, en l’àmbit de les seves competències, poden organitzar la prestació dels serveis del Catàleg de Prestacions i Serveis Socials de les Illes Balears a través de les fórmules següents: gestió directa, règim de concert previst en aquesta Llei, gestió indirecta en el marc de la normativa de contractació de les administracions públiques i convenis amb entitats sense ànim de lucre&lt;/em&gt;”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L’article 89 &lt;em&gt;bis &lt;/em&gt;d’aquesta norma disposa que les entitats d’iniciativa privada que ofereixen serveis socials prevists en la cartera de serveis i/o en la planificació autonòmica o insular es poden acollir al règim de concerts en els termes que estableix aquesta Llei. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. &lt;/strong&gt;El &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ecret 48/2017, de 27 d'octubre, (BOIB número 132 de 28 d'octubre de 2017) pel qual s'estableixen els principis generals als quals s'han de sotmetre els concerts socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. &lt;/strong&gt;L’Institut Mallorquí d’Afers Socials, com a organisme autònom creat pel Consell de Mallorca, adscrit al Departament de Benestar i Drets Socials del Consell de Mallorca, és l’organisme que exerceix les competències atribuïdes per qualsevol títol al Consell de Mallorca en matèria de serveis socials, d'acord amb el Tex consolidat dels Estatuts de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (BOIB núm. 140, de 5 de novembre de 2016).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. &lt;/strong&gt;En Ple del Consell de Mallorca del 13 de juliol de 2017 es dona aprovació definitiva al reglament pel qual s'aprova la Cartera Insular de Serveis Socials i dels Serveis a Menors i Família de Mallorca (BOIB núm. 97, de 18 de juliol de 2017 i correcció d'errades materials publicada BOIB núm. 161, de 30 de desembre de 2017).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. &lt;/strong&gt;El 8 de febrer de 2018 s’aprov&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;à&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; al Ple &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del Consell de Mallorca el reglament pel qual es regula el funcionament dels serveis socials per a persones amb discapacitat inclosos a la Cartera Insular de serveis socials i s’estableixen els requisits d’autorització i acreditació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(BOIB núm. 21, de 15 de febrer de 2018)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. Aquesta normativa estableix, entre d’altres, les condicions tècniques i materials i els requisits de qualitat dels serveis de serveis socials per poder optar al règim de concert social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de la presidenta de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de data &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d'octu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;bre de 2018, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per la qual es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; convoc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el primer concert social del servei &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de centre de dia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; per a persones amb discapacitat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;física&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; (BOIB Núm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;29&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'octu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;bre de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;virtut&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;punt &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la resolució &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;resolució&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de concessió o denegació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;concert social es notificarà a les entitats interessades i es publicarà en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff3333"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vegada fiscalitzada per la intervenció del&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;gada de l'IMAS, l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;’òrgan competent per aprovar aquesta resolució és la Presidència de l'IMAS, d’acord amb l’article 7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del Text Refós dels Estatuts de l’IMAS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i amb el punt &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.1 de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la resolució d’aprovació de la convocatòria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;concert social del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;servei&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de centre de dia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; per a persones amb discapacitat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;física, inclòs a la xarxa pública de serveis per a persones amb discapacitat de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt; El Servei Juridicoadministratiu i la Intervenció Delegada han emès informes favorables a la concessió del present concert a favor de les entitats &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ABDEM, ASPROM &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;REHACER&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;REQUERIR a l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;entitat adjudicatàri&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a l'efecte de que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;formalitzi &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l present concert social &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en un termini de deu dies hàbils, a contar des de la notificació de la present resolució, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;prèvia &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;presenta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ció de la declaració responsable que es continuen complint els requisits exigits per concertar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.&lt;/strong&gt; ORDENAR la publicació d'aquesta resolució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i que es formalitzi el concert d'acord amb els punts 10.3 i 11de la resolució de la presidenta de l'IMAS de dia&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'octu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;bre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 201&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8&lt;/span&gt; que aprovà la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.&lt;/strong&gt; NOTIFICAR aquesta resolució a &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;entitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sol·licitants&lt;/span&gt;, així como a la Direcció Insular de Persones amb Discapacitat, al Servei de Gestió Econòmica i a la Intervenció Delegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta resolució no posa fi a la via administrativa i contra ella es pot interposar, d'acord amb l'article 27.1 del Text consolidat dels Estatuts de l'IMAS aprovat pel Ple del Consell de Mallorca de data 13 d'octubre de 2016 (BOIB núm. 140, de 5 de novembre de 2016), recurs d’alçada davant el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Mallorca, dins el termini d’un mes, comptador a partir del dia següent al de la notificació de la present resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa del recurs d’alçada podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent al de la notificació de la desestimació de l’esmentat recurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs d’alçada podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en qualsevol moment a partir del dia següent a la desestimació presumpta (tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs sense que s’hagi notificat la resolució).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No obstant l’anterior, es pot exercitar, si n’és el cas, qualsevol altre recurs que s’estimi pertinent. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la Jurisdicció Contenciosa Administrativa, i de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
