![CDATA[Aprovació definitiva modificació Ordenança fiscal reguladora del preu públic per la prestació del servei Escola de Música]] 2019-02-09 ca 80 2019-02-09 text/html 2019-02-07 CAIB CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%">No havent-se presentat pels interessats, durant el termini d’exposició al públic, cap reclamació contra la modificació de l’Ordenança Fiscal reguladora del preu públic per a la prestació del servei de l’Escola de Música (BOIB Núm. 139 de 15/12/2011 i BOIB Núm. 192 de 24/12/2011), aprovada inicialment per l’Ajuntament Ple, en sessió de dia 31 d’octubre de 2018, ha resultat definitivament aprovat, i per aquest motiu, es publica el text íntegre del mencionat acord, que és el següent:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><strong>PRIMER.-</strong> Aprovar provisionalment la modificació de l’Ordenança Fiscal reguladora del preu públic per a la prestació del servei de l’Escola de Música (BOIB Núm. 139 de 15/12/2011 i BOIB Núm. 192 de 24/12/2011), en el sentit següent:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><strong>Article Únic.
