Consellera del dep. de Territori i Mobilitat de data 05 de febrer de 2019 modificant la composició del Tribunal i assenyalar una nova data per a la celebració de dites proves:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:6pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:6pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per Resolució de la consellera executiva que subscriu, de data 21/12/2018, es varen convocar les proves de competència professional per a l’exercici de les activitats de transport interior i internacional de mercaderies i de transport interior&amp;nbsp; i internacional de viatgers. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:6pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:6pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En l’esmentada Resolució es nomenava al Tribunal qualificador i es fixava la data de les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:6pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:6pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’anterior no obstant, i atesa la impossibilitat sobrevinguda d’assistir a la celebració de les proves per part de diversos membres del Tribunal, es fa necessari modificar la composició del Tribunal i assenyalar una nova data per a la celebració de les dites proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:6pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:6pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sobre la base de tot l’anterior, i atès el que disposa el Decret de Presidència núm. 287/2015, de 8 de juliol, de determinació de les atribucions corresponents als diferents òrgans del Consell Insular d’Eivissa (BOIB núm. 103, de 10/07/2015), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:6pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:6pt; text-align:center"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:6pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:6pt; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:6pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:6pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Modificar la resolució de data 21/12/2018 de convocatòria de les proves de competència professional per a l’exercici de les activitats de transport interior i internacional de mercaderies i de transport interior&amp;nbsp; i internacional de viatgers, en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:6pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:6pt; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Base cinquena.- La composició del Tribunal qualificador de les esmentades proves és la que segueix:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
