    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es fa públic que durant el període d'exposició pública de l'acord d'aprovació inicial de la modificació del reglament del punt d’informació juvenil de Deià, adoptat en sessió plenària de dia 23 de novembre de 2018, BOIB nº 155, de 11 de desembre de 2018, no s'ha presentat cap al·legació, per la qual cosa es considera aprovat definitivament, procedint a la publicació del text íntegre de l'esmentat Reglament:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;REGLAMENT DEL PUNT D’INFORMACIÓ JUVENIL DEIÀ JOVE DE L’AJUNTAMENT DE DEIÀ&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PREÀMBUL&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El recull de normes aplegades en aquest reglament té com a finalitat regular el funcionament i l’ús de l’espai que comprèn el Punt d´Informació Jove (d´ara endavant, PIJ)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Deià Jove, regulat per la Carta Eryca, la Llei 10/2006 integral de la joventut i atenent a les característiques regulades al Decret 18/2011 que regeix les activitats de temps lliure infantils i juvenils que es desenvolupin a l’àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Qualsevol usuari, entitat, col·lectiu o grup, sigui o no de Deià, que vulgui fer ús&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d’aquest espai es guiarà pel que s’estableix en aquest reglament. Aquest reglament estarà permanentment a disposició de qualsevol que ho desitgi al mateix equipament i a la pàgina web de l’ajuntament de Deià.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;L’accés a les instal·lacions suposarà l’acceptació de les normes contingudes en aquest Reglament, que restarà en un lloc visible del centre.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;CAPÍTOL PRIMER&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;OBJECTE, NATURALESA I ÀMBIT&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 1. Objecte&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;L’objecte d’aquest reglament és regular les condiciones d’ús i funcionament del PIJ Deià Jove.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El PIJ Deià Jove és un equipament municipal que comparteix espai amb la Biblioteca Municipal Joan Graves i té per objectiu oferir l’espai necessari perquè es puguin desenvolupar activitats cíviques, socials, culturals, d’informació i de lleure, així com afavorir la participació ciutadana en aquells assumptes de la comunitat que fomentin la difusió de valors i la convivència associativa dels joves (12 a 35 anys).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;L’accés al servei és lliure, obert a tota la ciutadania jove i gratuït, sense perjudici que per a casos concrets es pugui acordar l’establiment d’una taxa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 2. Naturalesa jurídica&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El PIJ Deià Jove estarà al servei de tots els usuaris i tindrà la consideració de bé de domini públic.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La seva activitat resta assumida per l’ens local com a pròpia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 3. Àmbit territorial&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;L’àmbit territorial d’aquest reglament és el municipi de Deià.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El PIJ Deià Jove compartirà espai amb la Biblioteca Municipal Joan Graves a la &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Via Arxiduc Lluís Salvador&lt;/span&gt; s/n. L’horari d’atenció al públic será els dissabtes de 9.30 a 13.30h, sense perjudici que pugui variar a causa de la realització d’alguna activitat.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;CAPÍTOL SEGON&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;DE LA SEVA ORGANITZACIÓ&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 4.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El PIJ Deià Jove és un equipament municipal que s’organitza tal com estableix aquest reglament. La Regidoria de Joventut dirigirà l’equipament, i podrà proposar modificacions a aquest reglament, recaient en el Ple de la Corporació la potestat d’aprovar-ho. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;CAPÍTOL TERCER&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;ÚS DELS ESPAIS&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 5.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La gestió del PIJ Deià Jove anirà a càrrec de la informadora juvenil que realitzarà les funcions de coordinació, informació i dinamització. Aquesta tasca es realitzarà amb la col·laboració del departament de Serveis Socials.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 6.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Els serveis i activitats que es desenvolupin al PIJ Deià Jove han de tenir una finalitat cultural, cívica, educativa i social.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El contingut del servei d’informació juvenil s’estructura en els programes que s’indiquen a continuació:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Programa d’informació i assessorament:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;S’ESCOLTADOR: Donar informació a tots els joves de forma gratuïta, personal i confidencial. La informació que es dóna és àmplia, contrastada, plural i relativa a tots els interessos dels joves. Aquest servei està disponible, al PIJ Deià Jove, els dissabtes de 9.30 a 11.00 h amb cita prèvia. El servei que es desenvolupa en aquest programa és informació i assessorament sobre les següents àrees temàtiques: ocupació, habitatge, educació i formació, associacionisme, cultura i oci, habitatge, oposicions i voluntariat, informació i mediació en temes de salut, prevenció i sexualitat”.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;FONTS D’INFORMACIÓ: És un espai on es pengen les informacions, per una part en suport paper als portafulletons del PIJ Deià Jove i, per altra, a les xarxes socials (facebook i instagram). Són una plataforma idònia per tal de fer arribar la informació a la gent jove. És una forma de dinamització de la informació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PAPI (Punt d’Accés Públic a Internet):&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Disposam de quatre ordinadors on la gent jove pugui accedir a Internet de forma gratuïta atenent a l’establert al capítol quart d’aquest reglament.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Formació:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Té com a objectiu fomentar el desenvolupament de la formació professional i personal del jovent en educació no formal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;PIJ Deià Jove ha de ser un recurs a disposició de la joventut, per això s'ofereixen cursos, impartits per empreses privades o organismes públics, perquè puguin ampliar els seus coneixements o desenvolupar les seves habilitats socials dins de l'educació no formal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Àmbit de col·laboració amb associacions i altres entitats no lucratives:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Té com a objectiu:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;ul style="list-style-type:circle"&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Assessorar els joves que decideixin crear una associació juvenil.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fomentar l'associacionisme, mitjançant activitats que facilitin la participació associativa a nivell local.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Promoure, difondre, estimular i acollir tota mena d'activitats impartides per associacions o entitats juvenils socioculturals dirigides a cobrir les necessitats de la ciutadania en els àmbits de comunicació, informació, formació, oci i temps lliure.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Activitats d’oci i temps lliure:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Té com a objectiu:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fomentar activitats d'oci saludable i no consumista.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Oferir un espai de lúdic / recreatiu en el qual el jovent pugui relacionar-se i gaudir del seu temps d'oci.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Desenvolupar les habilitats socials fomentant actituds de solidaritat, cooperació i tolerància, entre d'altres.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Es dividiran en quatre grans grups: lúdiques, culturals, conscienciació i esportives.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A aquest efecte, existiran dues modalitats d´activitats:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les que es duguin a terme en el mateix espai jove. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les que es duguin a terme fora de l´espai jove. Aquestes activitats consistirán en sortides amb finalitats culturals, cíviques, educatives i socials. Serà imprescindible l´autorització dels tutors legals en cas de menors. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les despesses originades per aquestes activitats aniran a càrrec dels usuaris, sempre i quan no existeixin partides pressupostàries a l’efecte o subvencions rebudes de les distintes administracions. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 7.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Queden prohibides expressament totes les activitats que atemptin contra els valors fonamentals d’igualtat, llibertat, tolerància, convivència i democràcia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 8.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;L’Ajuntament de Deià podrà exercir en qualsevol moment les potestats de tutela i inspecció adoptant les decisions que siguin adients segons aquest Reglament.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 9.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El PIJ Deià Jove podrà ser utilitzat per joves d’edats compreses entre els 12 i 35 anys.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Els joves d´11 anys que compleixin els 12 anys durant l’any vigent, també podran asistir a les activitats i utilizar les instal·lacions i serveis del PIJ Deià Jove.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 10.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El personal municipal no es fa responsable de la informació a la qual accedeixen els usuaris. Aquesta informació tendrà el caràcter de reservada i es garantirà el dret a la intimitat de les persones usuàries. A aquest efecte es destinarà un temps i espais adequats setmanals dins l´horari establert a l´article 6.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Accés a Internet.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Recerca d’informació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Ús de correu electrònic.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 12.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquest servei és d’ús exclusiu per als joves usuaris del PIJ Deià Jove.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 13.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Atès que els equipaments informàtics són limitats, els temps d’utilització és també limitat. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 14.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;S’estableix un termini de 30 minuts per a l’ús dels equipaments informàtics. L’ús dels ordinadors, ateses les limitacions materials, queda sempre i en tot cas condicionat per a la prioritat de l’ús per a recerca d’informació i tasques escolars.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 15.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Es pot perllongar el temps d’utilització sempre que els equips informàtics estiguin buits i el comportament de l’usuari sigui l’adequat a les normes establertes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 16.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En el cas que l’ordinador tingui problemes, cal avisar el personal encarregat del servei d’informació juvenil.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 17.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El personal del PIJ no es fa responsable de la informació a la qual accedeixen els usuaris.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 18.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El personal del PIJ es reserva el dret de finalitzar les sessions d’accés als ordinadors en el cas que no se’n faci un bon ús.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- A trobar en òptimes condicions de salubritat i higiene el PIJ Deià Jove.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- A ser tractat amb respecte. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- A la confidencialitat de les seves dades personals i que aquestes no siguin difoses sense permís dels usuaris.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- A la privacitat de les comunicacions. No obstant, el personal podrà controlar l’accés a pàgines web dels menors d’edat amb l’única finalitat de protegir els drets de la infància i joventut.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 20. Deures&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Els usuaris i/o entitats tenen els deures següents:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Respectar els horaris d’obertura i tancament del PIJ Deià Jove.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Mantenir l’espai net d’olors i de fems: no s’hi pot menjar ni fumar ni prendre begudes ni cap substància estupefaent. La regidoria de Joventut competent pot autoritzar el menjar i la beguda si l’acte programat així ho requereix.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Tractar amb respecte, corresponsabilitat i col·laboració a la resta d’usuaris i al personal tècnic.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Seguir en tot moment, les indicacions del personal municipal responsable de la instal·lació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Esser respectuós amb els altres joves, tècnic i veïnats: no cridar, anar correctament vestit i permetre que tothom gaudeixi dels recursos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- No entrar a les instal·lacions amb animals.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- No està permès entrar-hi amb bicicletes, patinets o monopatins.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les sancions no tindran únicament un efecte punitiu, sinó que tindran un caràcter més integrador i positiu. L'aplicació de sancions haurà de ser proporcional a la conducta del jove i contribuirà, en la mesura que això sigui possible, al manteniment i la millora del procés educatiu. Quan es procedeixi a l'aplicació d'una sanció s'hauran de tenir en compte les circumstàncies atenuants o agreujants del/s jove/s. No es descarta la possibilitat de demanar informació i/o assessorament a altres professionals. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les infraccions es classifiquen en lleus i greus. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Són infraccions o faltes lleus les següents: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) Alterar el normal funcionament dels tallers o altres activitats del PIJ Deià Jove. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) Actes d'incorrecció o desconsideració amb els dinamitzadors/es i/o companys/es. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) Fumar dintre del PIJ Deià Jove. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) Consumir altres tòxics dins del centre. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) Deteriorament lleu de les dependències, del material o dels objectes i les pertinences d'altres joves. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f) Actes d'indisciplina, injúries i ofenses lleus contra els dinamitzadors/es i/o companys/es. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g) Suplantació de la personalitat en activitats i la falsificació o sostracció de documents i/o material. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Són infraccions o faltes greus les següents: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) Reiteració de les faltes lleus. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) Actes greus d'indisciplina, injúries o ofenses contra els dinamitzadors/es i/o companys/es. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) Agressió física o amenaces contra els dinamitzadors/es i/o companys/es. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) Deteriorament, causat intencionadament, de les dependències, del material o dels objectes i les pertinences dels educadors/es i/o companys/es. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) Els actes injustificats que alterin greument el desenvolupament normal de les activitats. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f) La incitació sistemàtica a actuacions molt perjudicials per a la salut i la integritat personal dels companys/es. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g) Promoure el consum de drogues dins el PIJ Deià Jove. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h) Qualsevol altra falta de les normes contingudes en el present Reglament no contemplada com a falta lleu. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En el supòsit de que alguna infracció pogués ésser constitutiva de delicte, es donarà compte a l'autoritat judicial competent. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 23. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Seran circumstàncies atenuants: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) El reconeixement espontani per part del jove de la seva conducta incorrecta. b) No haver comès amb intencionalitat faltes ni conductes contràries a la convivència del PIJ Deià Jove. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) La petició pública d'excuses en els casos d'injúries, ofenses i alteració del desenvolupament de les activitats. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) La falta d'intencionalitat. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) La reparació personal immediata del dany. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Seran circumstàncies agreujants: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) Qualsevol acte que atempti contra el deure a no discriminar a cap membre de la comunitat per raó de naixement, edat, afinitat política, raça, sexe o per qualsevol altra circumstància personal o social. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) Causar danys, injúries o ofenses als companys. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) La premeditació i la reiteració. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) Col·lectivitat i/o publicitat intencionada. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) Intencionalitat i/o ànim de lucre. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 24.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Sancions: l’informador juvenil podrà fer fins a 3 avisos verbals al/s jove/s abans de considerar que s'ha comès una falta lleu.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per la comissió d'una falta tipificada com a lleu, l’informador juvenil s'entrevistarà amb l'autor/s de l'esmentada falta i s'arribarà a la confecció dels "pactes reparadors" amb compromís verbal i/o escrit del jove a reparar els danys que se l'imputin (ja siguin materials, morals...). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Si es reitera la comissió de faltes lleus i/o s'incompleixen els pactes reparadors, donarà lloc a la imposició d'una sanció de la suspensió del dret a assistència al PIJ Deià Jove per un període d'entre 15 dies i 3 mesos amb el compromís escrit de reparació de danys signat per l’informador juvenil, el regidor de joventut, el departament de Serveis Socials, els pares i/o tutors legals i el jove/s autor/s dels fets imputats.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per la comissió d'una falta tipificada com a greu, donarà lloc a la imposició d'una sanció de la suspensió del dret a assistència al PIJ Deià Jove per un període d'entre 3 i 6 mesos amb el compromís escrit de reparació de danys signat per l’informador juvenil, el regidor de joventut, el departament de Serveis Socials, els pares i/o tutors legals i el jove/s autor/s dels fets imputats. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La reiteració de faltes greus, donarà lloc a la imposició d'una sanció de la suspensió del dret a assistència al PIJ Deià Jove per un període d'entre 6 mesos i 1 any amb el compromís escrit de reparació de danys signat per l’informador juvenil, el regidor de joventut, el departament de Serveis Socials, els pares i/o tutors legals i el jove/s autor/s dels fets imputats. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 25.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Procediment sancionador&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La imposició de la sanció s'efectuarà prèvia audiència del jove i/o entitat responsable i/o dels seus representants legals, els quals en el termini de deu dies podran presentar les al·legacions que considerin oportunes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A la vista d'aquestes actuacions l'instructor de l'expedient efectuarà la corresponent proposta de resolució que contindrà la descripció dels fets, la identificació de les persones responsables, les infraccions que aquests fets puguin constituir, amb indicació de la normativa infringida i les sancions aplicables. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La resolució de l'expedient i imposició de les sancions correspon al batle o persona en qui delegui. La sanció es notificarà, a més de a l'interessat, als tutors o responsables legals del jove en cas de ser menor d’edat. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra la sanció imposada es podrà interposar recurs de reposició davant del batle en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de la notificació de la sanció.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 26.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Prescripció.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El termini de prescripció de la infracció s'inicia el dia en què es comet. Les infraccions lleus prescriuen al cap de tres mesos i les greus al cap de sis mesos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Disposició addicional. Dret supletori.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En tot allò que no estigui previst en aquest Reglament, caldrà regir-se pel que disposi el Reglament d´us de la Biblioteca Municipal “Joan Graves” del terme municipal de Deià (BOIB núm 77 de 18 de juny de 2016), sobretot en el referent a normes de règim interior (article 5) i naturalesa dels serveis (article 6). Així mateix, també pel que disposi la legislació estatal, autonómica i local sobre gestió de serveis dels ens locals.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Disposició final&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El present Reglament, entrarà en vigor a partir de la seva publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:whitesmoke"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt; La seva darrera publicació va ser en el BOIB nº 87 de data 18-06-2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
