701 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">Mitjançant acord de la Junta de Govern de data 28 de desembre de 2018, es va aprovar el següent:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">“1.&nbsp; Aprovar la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball de l’Ajuntament de Palma consistent en els canvis recollits a les propostes MF-587 i 591 que figura a l’informe adjunt i es concreten en realitzar un canvi d’adscripció del lloc de treball de oficial d’oficis diversos amb codi F60340047, en el sentit que la brigada logística del departament d’infraestructures s’elimina una expansió d’aquest lloc i es crea el lloc de feina F60340077 oficial d’oficis diversos a la brigada de circulació del servei d’ordenació del trànsit del departament de mobilitat. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">2.&nbsp; Establir com a data d’efectes la del dia següent de la seva aprovació. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">3.&nbsp; Publicar el contingut de l’ Acord en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.”</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">Contra aquest acte administratiu, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot presentar recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l’ha dictat, d’acord amb l’article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. El termini per interposar-lo és d’un mes comptat des de l’endemà de rebre aquesta notificació. En aquest cas no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que no s’hagi resolt el de reposició.
