    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es fa públic que el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca, en sessió ordinària de dia 17 de desembre de 2018, de conformitat amb les bases aprovades en data 25.9.2017 i publicades en el BOIB núm. 125 de 12.10.2017, va adoptar el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Concedir a les entitats que es relacionen a continuació els ajuts següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1) Beneficiari: Ajuntament des Migjorn Gran&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ajuda: 4.960,23 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Motiu: Ajut escola municipal de música&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es distribueixen un total de 50.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquest acord – que no exhaureix la via administrativa – es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i l'article 22 de la Llei 8/2000, de 27 d'octubre, de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'esmentat recurs s'entendrà desestimat, si no es notifica la resolució corresponent, quan hagin transcorregut tres mesos des de la seva interposició. Contra la desestimació del recurs d'alçada per silenci administratiu podreu interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
