El Decret 86/2009, de 1 de juliol, que desplega el Reglament de la Llei d’objectes fabricats amb metalls preciosos, indica a l’article 8 que s’han actualitzar anualment les tarifes que han de percebre els laboratoris autoritzats i el laboratori oficial de les Illes Balears per a l’anàlisi i la contrastació d’objectes fabricats amb metalls preciosos. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">2. L’11 de gener de 2019, el Servei d’UDIT, ITV i Registre Industrial de la Direcció General de Política Industrial va emetre un informe favorable a l’actualització de les tarifes que s’hi han d’aplicar i la publicació dels laboratoris autoritzats per a l’anàlisi i la contrastació d’objectes fabricats amb metalls preciosos a les Illes Balears.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong><span style="line-height:115%">Fonaments de dret</span></strong></span></span></p> <ol> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">La Llei 17/1985, d’1 de juliol, sobre objectes fabricats amb metalls preciosos. </span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">El Reial decret 197/1988, de 22 de febrer, pel qual s’aprova el Reglament de la Llei d’objectes fabricats amb metalls preciosos. </span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong><span style="line-height:115%">Resolució</span></strong></span></span></p> <ol> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Aprovar les tarifes que han de percebre els laboratoris autoritzats per a l’anàlisi i la contrastació d’objectes fabricats amb metalls preciosos, corresponents a l’any 2019, que s’especifiquen en l’Annex I.</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Publicar aquestes tarifes en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em>, així com els laboratoris autoritzats i el laboratori oficial de les Illes Balears, segons l’Annex II.</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Disposar que les tarifes entrin en vigor l’endemà d’haver-s’hi publicat.</span></span></span></p> </li> </ol> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong><span style="line-height:115%">Interposició de recursos</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el conseller de Treball, Comerç i Indústria en el termini d’un mes comptador des de l’endemà d’haver-se notificat, d’acord amb els articles&nbsp; 123 y 124 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d’octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, i l’article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, sense prejudici de poder interposar qualsevol altre recurs que es consideri oportú.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
