&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per decret de Batlia núm. 369 de 23 d’abril de 2018, es publicades íntegrament al BOIB núm. 54 de 3 de maig de 2018,&amp;nbsp; les bases específiques per la convocatòria per la creació d’una borsa de tècnic de grau mitjà per cobrir necessitats o substitucions a la plantilla de personal, segons el disposat a l’art. 49.2 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El Tribunal Qualificador, en data 19 de desembre de 2018, va aixecar acta amb les següents puntuacions totals dels aspirants de la referida borsa:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra la present resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, procedeix interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des del dia següent de la seva publicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Alternativament i de forma potestativa, es pot interposar recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l’ha dictat, en el termini d’un mes a comptar des del dia següent de la seva publicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
