    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es fa públic que el Ple del Consell Insular de Menorca, en sessió de caràcter ordinari de 21 de gener de 2019, adoptà el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprovar inicialment, de conformitat amb el que estableix l’article 13 de la Llei 14/2000, de 21 de desembre, d’Ordenació Territorial, el Pla Director Sectorial d’Equipaments Comercials de Menorca, amb l’objecte i l’abast que defineix la documentació tècnica que s’adjunta i forma part d’aquest acord, i que s’integra per la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Memòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON&lt;/strong&gt;.- Disposar la tramitació del Pla Director Sectorial d’Equipaments Comercials de Menorca seguint el procediment establert a la Llei 14/2000, de 21 de desembre, d’Ordenació Territorial i, en conseqüència, ordenar l’obertura d’un termini d’informació pública de quaranta-cinc dies hàbils, de tota la documentació integrant de l’assenyalat Pla, mitjançant la publicació d’anuncis en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, a un diari de major publicació de l’illa de Menorca, i al corresponent portal web del Consell Insular de Menorca, per tal que qualsevol persona o entitat pugui formular les al·legacions que estimi pertinents. En aquest tràmit s’hi inclou la posada a disposició del públic del projecte del Pla Director Sectorial d’Equipaments Comercials de Menorca i de tota la documentació ambiental en els termes que contemplen la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, d’avaluació ambiental i la Llei 12/2016, de 17 d’agost, d’avaluació ambiental de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER&lt;/strong&gt;- Sol·licitar l’informe previst en l’article 13.1.c) en concordança amb l’article 10.1.d) de la Llei 14/2000, de 21 de desembre, d’Ordenació Territorial, amb relació a l’àmbit de les competències respectives, al Govern de les Illes Balears, a tots els ajuntaments de l’illa i a la Delegació del Govern a la Comunitat Autònoma, que haurà de ser emès en un termini de dos mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.&lt;/strong&gt;- Sol·licitar els informes sectorials que siguin escaients d’acord amb la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ.&lt;/strong&gt;- Sotmetre la documentació integrant del Pla Director Sectorial d’Equipaments Comercials de Menorca, així com tota la documentació ambiental als efectes prevists a la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, d’avaluació ambiental i la Llei 12/2016, de 17 d’agost, d’avaluació ambiental de les Illes Balears, a consulta de les administracions, òrgans i entitats públiques i privades afectades, de conformitat amb el contingut del document d’abast formulat per la Comissió de Medi Ambient de les Illes Balears de dia 12 de juny de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
