El 23 de març de 2017 es va publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 35 la Resolució del conseller de Medi Ambient, Agricultura i Pesca, de 15 de març de 2017, per la qual es delimiten les àrees prioritàries de reproducció, alimentació, dispersió i concentració local de l'avifauna contra la col·lisió i l'electrocució en línies elèctriques.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:normal">Aquesta Resolució va disposar que, en el termini d'un any, la Direcció General d'Espais Naturals i Biodiversitat i els seus mitjans instrumentals, juntament amb la col·laboració del Servei d'Agents de Medi Ambient, ha d'inventariar les esteses incloses en les zones de protecció que no s'ajustin a les prescripcions tècniques del Reial decret 1432/2008, de 29 d’agost, pel qual s’estableixen mesures per a la protecció de l’avifauna contra la col·lisió i l’electrocució en línies elèctriques d’alta tensió, i que, d'acord amb aquest Reial decret, representin un perill per a l'avifauna.&nbsp;</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:normal">2. Des de la publicació de la Resolució esmentada, la Direcció General ha estat fent feina en aquest sentit, a partir dels antecedents disponibles en la mateixa Direcció General, les tasques de camp executades pel personal de l'Institut Balear de la Natura (IBANAT), projectes expressament contractats, agents de medi ambient i informacions comunicades pel Consell de Menorca. El resultat d'aquest treball és una primera relació d'esteses elèctriques incloses dins zones de protecció que no s'ajusten al Reial decret 1432/2008, la qual es publica mitjançant aquesta Resolució. Això obstant, aquest primer inventari no és exhaustiu sinó que cal seguir treballant en aquesta línia, amb la finalitat de donar compliment al que estableix el Reial decret.</span></span></span><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:normal">3.
