&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES D’AJUDES A ESPORTISTES INDIVIDUALS I ENTITATS ESPORTIVES DEL MUNICIPI DE LLUBÍ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 1.- Objecte i finalitat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les presents Bases té per objecte regular l’atorgament de subvencions per part de l'Ajuntament de Llubí a entitats esportives i a esportistes individuals que es trobin empadronats en el municipi de Llubí, per a la seva participació en competicions, ajudant d’aquesta manera a sufragar les despeses que du la participació en les mateixes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El fet de rebre una subvenció implica l’obligatorietat de dur a terme el projecte subvencionat. Per tal d’executar la totalitat del pressupost, l’entitat beneficiaria ha de cercar altres fons de finançament o bé aportar-hi fons propis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En allò no regulat en aquest Reglament s’estarà al que disposa la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions i el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003 de Subvencions aprovat pel RD 887/2006, de 21 de juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 2.- Destinataris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.- Podran ser beneficiaris d’aquestes&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;ajudes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Els esportistes d’esports individuals federats empadronats en el municipi de Llubí, amb anterioritat a l’1 de gener de l’any al que fa referència la convocatòria de la subvenció, que realitzin activitat esportiva durant un any complet de competició i que practiquin la seva disciplina com a mínim a nivell autonòmic i un mínim de deu proves federades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Els clubs, associacions i entitats esportives, sense ànim de lucre, inscrites en el Registre Municipal d'Entitats Esportives, que fomentin, divulguin, planifiquin, coordinin, executin, assessorin, implantin i promocionin la pràctica de l'activitat física i de l'esport, que hauran de tenir el seu àmbit d'actuació al terme municipal de Llubí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.- Serà requisit indispensable per poder ser beneficiari d’aquesta convocatòria, el tenir correctament justificades totes aquelles ajudes i subvencions concedides per aquest Ajuntament en els exercicis anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 3.- Activitats i despeses subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Són subvencionables les següents despeses realitzades pels esportistes individuals i Entitats esportives en el marc dels seus esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ESPORTISTES INDIVINDUALS:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Despeses pròpies de l'activitat esportiva (llicències federatives, desplaçament, material esportiu, inscripcions a competicions, material de farmaciola i de tractaments mèdics o de rehabilitació, d'inscripció a cursos o activitats de formació, serveis tècnics esportius o altres vinculades a l'esport en concret.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ENTITAS ESPORTIVES:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Despeses pròpies de l'activitat esportiva (llicències federatives, d'arbitratges, desplaçament, alimentació i beguda per els esportistes durant les competicions, material esportiu, material gràfic per a la difusió de l'activitat, material de farmaciola i de tractaments mèdics o de rehabilitació, inscripció a cursos o activitats de formació, serveis tècnics esportius, serveis o subministraments diversos per l'organització de l'activitat esportiva o de formació, o altres vinculades a l'esport en concret.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Despeses d'estructura de l'entitat (lloguer de local, pòlisses d'assegurances obligatòries, de subministraments, de material de papereria, de manteniment o altres vinculades a l'entitat.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En cap cas el cost d’adquisició de les despeses subvencionables podrà ser superior al valor del mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se considera despesa realitzada la que ha estat efectivament pagada amb anterioritat a la finalització del període de justificació determinat per la normativa reguladora de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;No podran ser objecte de subvenció i, per tant, no es consideraran com a despeses subvencionables, les següents:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Festes, celebracions, cloendes o dinars i sopars dels membres de l'entitat, fitxatges o primes de jugadors, sancions i multes federatives, despeses de representació de càrrecs directius, cobraments amb caràcter lucratiu, especialment els de càrrecs directius o membres de juntes directives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 4.- Import&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El pressupost destinat a la present convocatòria vendrà establert a la partida pressupostària 231/48004 per persones físiques i a la partida 924/47901 per les Entitas esportives,de cada exercici pressupostari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La quantia màxima de la subvenció no serà superior a l’import reflectit en la memòria avaluada de la despesa realitzada durant el període objecte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 5.- Sol·licituds: Termini, documentació i esmena&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les presents Bases es publicarà al BOIB i en la pàgina web de l’Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds és de quinze (15) dies naturals, comptats a partir del dia següent al de la publicació de la convocatòria al BOIB .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La sol·licitud, que haurà d’anar signada per la persona que sol·liciti la subvenció s'haurà d’acompanyar de la següent documentació (en el seu cas copies compulsades o acarades):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ESPORTISTES INDIVIDUALS:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.- Sol.licitut de subvenció. (Annex I.- esportistes individuals)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.- Document Nacional d’Identitat del sol·licitant o representant de la persona responsable de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.- Llicència federativa en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.- Certificat d’empadronament del municipi de Llubí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.- Memòria avaluada de la despesa que s’ha realitzat.( Annex II. Esportistes individuals)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Annex III :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.- Declaració jurada d’estar al corrent de les seves obligacions tributàries (tant amb la hisenda estatal com autonòmica) i de la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.- Certificat emès per la recaptació municipal de trobar-se al corrent amb les obligacions tributàries i de dret públic de l’Ajuntament de Llubí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.- Declaració de no estar incurs en les causes previstes a l’article 13.2 de la Llei 38/2003 General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.- Relació de subvencions que s’hagin sol·licitat amb la mateixa fi a altres institucions i organismes públics o privats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.- Declaració per escrit de no pertànyer a cap club o associació esportiva que percebi subvencions per part de l'Ajuntament de Llubí per a la mateixa activitat esportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ENTITAS ESPORTIVES:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- En el cas de ser la primera vegada que es demana subvenció, d'acord amb aquest reglament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.- Fotocòpia NIF de l’associació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.- Fotocòpia DNI representant de la persona responsable de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.- Fotocòpia dels estatuts de l’associació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.- Fotocòpia de l’acta de constitució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.- Fotocòpia de la inscripció en el registre d’associacions de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.- Certificat de la composició de la Junta Directiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.- Certificat del número de socis de l’associació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.- Sol·licitud de subvenció. (Annex I)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.- Projecte i memòria del projecte en que es basa la sol·licitud. (Annex V)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.- Pressupost del projecte. (Annex II)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;11.- Declaració de subvencions concedides per l’Ajuntament o altres organismes en el transcurs de l'any. (Annex III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;12.- Declaració d’estar al corrent de la Seguretat social i amb l’ATIB. (Annex III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- En el cas d'haver sol·licitat prèviament una subvenció, d'acord amb aquest reglament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.- Sol·licitud de subvenció. (Annex I)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.- Fotocòpia DNI representant de la persona responsable de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.- Certificat de la composició de la Junta Directiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.- Declaració de subvencions concedides per l’Ajuntament o altres organismes en el transcurs de l'any. (Annex III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7.- Projecte i memòria del projecte en que es basa la sol·licitud.( Annex V)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Només es podrà presentar una sol·licitud per club, associació o entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el cas de que la sol·licitud no reuneixi tots els requisits exigits s’instarà al peticionari per què en el termini de deu (10) dies naturals esmeni aquests defectes, amb l’advertiment de què, en cas contrari, s’entendrà per desistit en la seva petició prèvia l’oportuna resolució, segons l’establert a l’article 68 de la Llei 39/2015 d'1 d'octubre del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 6.- Criteris de valoració&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuació s’obtendrà de multiplicar els esportistes de cada categoria per el numero de partits dividit per 12 mesos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ex: 15 cadets x 20 partits/12 + 10 benjamins x 16 partits/12&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Tipologia de les activitats, amb una puntuació màxima de 25 punts a partir de la valoració dels projectes que presentin justificació de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;· Participació i integració de col·lectius més desfavorits o en risc (immigrants, discapacitats, gent gran, etc...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;· Promoció explícita de valors positius (el joc net, hàbits de salut, etc...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f) Disposició d'altres ajudes municipals en forma de material, instal·lacions i subministres. Les entitats sol·licitants que no hagin disposat d’ajuts municipals en forma de cessió de instal·lacions municipals i els corresponents subministres&lt;span style="color:#5b9bd5"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;( en el cas de que paguin lloguer&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;o paguin el subministrament )&lt;/span&gt; rebran una puntuació màxima de fins a 25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 7.- Principis i normes de valoració&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La concessió de les subvencions a les que es refereix aquestes Bases, s’efectuarà mitjançant el procediment establert a les pròpies Bases d’acord amb els principis de publicitat, concurrència i objectivitat, igualtat i no discriminació, garantint la transparència de les actuacions administratives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les subvencions que es concedeixen estaran subjectes a les següents normes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) L’atorgament tendrà caràcter voluntari i eventual, sense que pugui invocar-se com a precedent les subvencions concedides en qualsevol altre moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) L’Ajuntament podrà revocar o reduir les ajudes com a conseqüència de l’alteració de les condicions tingudes en compte per a la concessió de la subvenció i, en tot cas, l’obtenció concurrent d’altres subvencions o ajudes atorgades per altres Administracions o ens públics o privats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) No serà exigible el seu augment o revisió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) L’Ajuntament podrà comprovar en qualsevol moment, pels mitjans que estimi oportuns, la inversió de les quantitats atorgades en relació amb els seus adequats fins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Els comptes presentats en el cas de que tinguin un superàvit de mes d’un 15 % s’haurà de presentar un pla d’inversió d’aquest superàvit dins el present any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 8.- Procediment de concessió i òrgan competent&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El termini per a la resolució de la concessió de les presents subvencions serà com a màxim d’un mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La valoració s’efectuarà per personal de l’Ajuntament de Llubí que realitzaran la valoració de les sol·licituds presentades mitjançant informe - proposta en el que se ponderarà el criteri establert a l’article 6ª de les presents Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Posteriorment la regidoria d’Esports realitzarà una proposta de resolució provisional que elevarà a la Junta de Govern local, perquè aquesta dicti la resolució definitiva en tot o part, o denegant les sol·licituds formulades, prèvia fiscalització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una vegada que la sol·licitud mereixi la conformitat, se remetrà amb tot l’expedient a l’òrgan competent perquè dicti la resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La reformulació de sol·licituds haurà de respectar l’objecte, condicions, finalitat de la subvenció, així com els criteris de valoració establerts respecte de les sol·licituds o peticions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L’acord de la Junta de Govern Local, que serà motivat, se notificarà d’acord amb el disposat als&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;articles 40 i 42 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 9.- Quantia de concessió&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L’import de la subvenció en cap cas podrà ser de tal quantia que, aïlladament o en concurrència amb altres subvencions o ajudes o recursos superi el cost de l’activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La quantia del pressupost global inclòs en els corresponents crèdits pressupostaris expressats en l’article 4ª condiciona, sense possibilitat d’ampliació les obligacions que s’hagin contret amb càrrec al mateix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es podrà procedir al prorrateig, entre els beneficiaris de la subvenció, de l’import global màxim destinat a subvencionar la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 10.- Justificació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La manca de presentació de la justificació en temps i forma implicarà que la subvenció concedida no pugui declarar-se correctament justificada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La justificació de la subvenció concedida estarà integrada per la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.- Dades bancàries del compte on s’abonarà la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.-Justificants de la despesa efectuada per import global mínim equivalent a la subvenció concedida. De no ser així l’ajuda serà minorada proporcionalment en la quantia procedent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els justificants podran consistir en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A.- Despeses Corrents: Se justificarà mitjançant factures originals, agrupades per activitats subvencionades i hauran de complir les normes d’expedició segons RD 1496/2003. No se consideraran vàlids tiquets, ni rebuts per imports superiors als 90,00 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L’acreditació del pagament s'ha de realitzar mitjançant:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Transferència i extracte bancari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Xec i extracte bancari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Pagament “Al comptat” i segell de l’empresa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;B.- Altres: mitjançant documents de valor provatori equivalent amb validesa en el tràfic jurídic mercantil o amb eficàcia administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La intervenció municipal efectuarà la validació i segellat dels justificants de despesa, fent constar que s’han utilitzat com a justificació de la subvenció concedida per l’Ajuntament de Llubí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A l’expedient s’acreditarà per la Regidoria delegada la comprovació i aprovació dels justificants, així com el compliment dels fins que justifiquen la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.- Declaració jurada del beneficiari de la subvenció en la que es faci constar que l’import dels ingressos rebuts no superen el cost de l’activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El termini màxim de presentació de la documentació justificativa de la subvenció concedida serà de 15 dies a partir de la data de notificació a la que es refereix l’article 8 de les Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 11.- Obligacions dels esportistes i entitats subvencionades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els esportistes individuals i entitats esportives que rebin per part de l’Ajuntament de Llubí subvencions quedaran obligats a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Emprar els fons rebuts als fins per als que es va atorgar la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Proporcionar tota la informació i documentació complementària de l’expressament assenyalada en el present Reglament, que eventualment, els fos requerida per la Regidoria d’Esports, a efectes de verificar el compliment dels requisits exigits, tant a efectes de seguiment i planificació, com d'avaluació i justificació de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Justificar degudament l’aplicació de la subvenció concedida i percebuda en la forma i terminis establerts en la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Comunicar a la Regidoria d’Esports qualsevol eventualitat que modifiqui o alteri les dades consignades en la sol·licitud i documentació presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Quan les Entitats esportives organitzin activitats, han d'incloure en tota la publicitat referent al projecte subvencionat, l'escut municipal, precedit del text ”... amb el suport de l’Ajuntament de Llubí ”, d'acord amb el disseny que l'Ajuntament facilitarà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 12.- Control financer, reintegrament i revisió&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El procediment de control financer, reintegrament i revisió d’actes és el regulat per la Llei 38/2003 General de Subvencions i en l’Ordenança General de Subvencions aprovada per l’Ajuntament de Llubí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'Ajuntament iniciarà expedient de reintegrament parcial o total de la subvenció si:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;· Les persones i/o col·lectius beneficiàries no compleixen amb els objectius, activitats o projectes subvencionats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;· No es justifica adequadament la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;· Les despeses presentades no responen a l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;· No s'adopten les mesures de difusió del finançament públic rebut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 13.- Normativa aplicable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les presents Bases s’ajustaran al disposat en la Llei 38/2003 General de Subvencions, en el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003 de Subvencions aprovat pel RD 887/2006 de 21 de juliol, les Bases d’Execució del vigent Pressupost Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L’Ajuntament restarà exempt de responsabilitat civil, mercantil, laboral o qualsevol altre derivada de les actuacions a que estiguin obligades les persones o entitats destinatàries de les subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
